furthermore, the fireproof plate 301 is fixedly arranged on the surface of the rock wool sandwich panel 3 in a cementing manner, and the fireproof plate 301 is a fiber cement plate, so that when a fire disaster occurs indoors, the metal movable plate 1 can play a certain role in flame resistance prevention, and when the temperature of the metal movable plate 1 is higher, the fireproof plate 301 can prevent the temperature from reaching the ignition point of the rock wool sandwich panel 3, so that the combustion of the rock wool sandwich panel 3 cannot be caused, and the safety performance of the structure is improved;

the fire shield 301 can be directly connected to the fire shield slot 401 in a clamping manner, and is simple in structure, convenient to install and capable of improving the stability of the structure.

A hollow copper column 10 is fixedly arranged in the middle of the rock wool sandwich plate 3, two ends of the hollow copper column 10 penetrate through the reinforcing grid 4, one end of the hollow copper column 10 is in contact with the metal movable plate 1, and the other end of the hollow copper column 10 is in contact with the metal fixed plate 2;

a plurality of uniformly distributed protective acoustic boards 7 are fixedly arranged on one side surface of the metal movable plate 1, which is far away from the rock wool sandwich plate 3, the protective acoustic boards 7 are of an L-shaped structure, an acoustic groove 701 is formed between the protective acoustic boards 7 and the metal movable plate 1, and a sound passing groove 103 is formed inside the acoustic groove 701;

the L-shaped sound absorption groove 7 is arranged on the bottom side surface of the metal movable plate 1, so that the attractive appearance of the outer side surface of the metal movable plate 1 can be improved while noise is effectively absorbed;

the sound passing groove 103 is arranged right below the sound absorbing groove 701, and the inside of the metal movable plate 1 is communicated with the sound absorbing groove 701 through the sound passing groove 103;

a filter strip 11 is arranged inside the sound absorption groove 701 in a sliding manner, and the filter strip 11 is a sponge strip;

the inside of inhaling sound groove 701 simultaneously slides and is provided with filter strip 11, and when indoor sound is great, sound can absorb through inhaling the inside filter strip 11 of sound groove 701, can also transmit the inside to metal fly leaf 1 through crossing sound groove 103 when the noise is great, carries out further amortization, the pollution of to a great extent noise reduction through rock wool sandwich panel 3.

In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the two side surfaces of the metal movable plate 1 are provided with a first right-angle connector 6 and a second right-angle connector 601 which are symmetrically distributed;

the first right-angle connector 6 is opposite to the direction of the port of the second right-angle connector 601;

the both sides of metal fly leaf 1 are provided with first right angle connecting piece 6 and the second right angle connecting piece 601 of symmetric distribution, and first right angle connecting piece 6 and the block of second right angle connecting piece 601 are connected, because the port department opposite direction of first right angle connecting piece 6 and second right angle connecting piece 601, consequently can connect gradually a plurality of metal fly leaf 1, reach the purpose of concatenation, can splice into the area that is suitable for, promote the flexibility of using.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, a plurality of uniformly distributed screw rod connection blocks 8 are fixedly arranged on one side surface of the metal fixing plate 2 away from the rock wool sandwich panel 3;

a fixed bolt groove 802 is formed between the screw rod connecting block 8 and the outer side surface of the metal fixing plate 2, a bearing bolt 902 is arranged inside the fixed bolt groove 802, a screw rod 9 is connected to the bearing bolt 902 in a screwing manner through threads, one end of the screw rod 9 is connected with the bearing bolt 902 in a screwing manner, and the other end of the screw rod 9 penetrates through the screw rod connecting block 8 and is fixedly connected with a wall;

a screw rod sliding groove 801 is formed in the screw rod connecting block 8, the screw rod 9 penetrates through the screw rod sliding groove 801 and is connected with a fixing bolt 901 in a screwing mode, the fixing bolt 901 is arranged on the outer side face of the screw rod connecting block 8, and the fixing bolt 901 and a bearing bolt 902 are used for fixing the screw rod 9;

can fix metal fixing plate 2 on the ceiling through fixation screw 9, also can directly splice metal fixing plate 2 on the wall body and use as the wall body, when fixing metal fixing plate 2 on the ceiling through fixation screw 9, with the fixing bolt 901 and the bearing bolt 902 joint of fixation screw 9 bottom on lead screw connecting block 8, then fixing bolt 901 and bearing bolt 902, simple structure promotes the stability of hoist and mount greatly.

As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the method for manufacturing a metal surface rock wool sandwich panel structure provided in this embodiment includes the following steps:

the method comprises the following steps: firstly, fixing a screw rod 9 on a wall, rotationally mounting two nut fixing bolts 901 and two bearing bolts 902 at the bottom end of the screw rod 9 in advance, sliding the screw rod 9 between the fixing bolts 901 and the bearing bolts 902 to a proper position through a screw rod chute 801, and then adjusting the height to clamp the fixing bolts 901;

step two: then clamping reinforcing grids 4 on two side faces of the rock wool sandwich panel 3 in a reverse mode, and clamping the fireproof plate 301 into the fireproof plate groove 401;

step three: placing the rock wool sandwich plate 3 clamped with the reinforcing grid 4 into the metal movable plate 1, and clamping the metal movable plate 1 of the metal movable plate with the metal fixed plate 2;

step four: when a plurality of rock wool sandwich panels are installed, the first right-angle connecting piece 6 on the metal movable plate 1 of one rock wool sandwich panel is clamped on the other metal movable plate 1, splicing is sequentially carried out, and the number of the screw rods 9 is increased at a proper position.
