4. The pegboard of claim 1 wherein the core board is a solid board or a hollow board with a smooth and strong surface, and the core board is at least one of cork, paper, rubber, and plastic foam.

5. The pegboard of claim 1 wherein adjacent surfaces of the face sheet, the core sheet, the staple-fixing sheet, and the base sheet are integrally and tightly attached to each other.

6. A nailing and painting method, according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized by comprising the following steps:

the first step is as follows: the drawing nails are sequentially arranged in the nail pressing groove of the nail pressing device according to patterns, the drawing nails are pressed into the bottom plate through the panel, the nail fixing plates and the middle core plate which are not less than two layers in a pressing mode by the nail pressing device, the bottom plate is firmly fixed in the nail line drawing board, and part of the head ends of the drawing nails are reserved outside the panel.

The second step is that: the wire clamp clamps a drawn wire to keep tension, and the wire drawing pen draws the drawn wire to continuously detour at the lower end of the head of a drawing pin pressed into and fixed on the nail line drawing board to finish drawing.

Background

The nail line painting is an art handicraft form which uses lines to go around among nails to generate patterns and shapes, is popular with the public and is particularly suitable for self-service creation and self-entertainment. The method for making the nail line picture generally uses a hammer and a nail as main drawing tools at present, the nail is firstly nailed on a wood board according to a pattern, and then the picture is wound around the nail by a line by hands.

The existing manufacturing method of the nail line painting looks simple and has certain difficulty, and particularly, the time is long for manufacturing a good-quality work, and higher requirements are put forward for the patience of a manufacturer. During manufacturing, nails are nailed on the wood board by hammers, so that hands are injured by the hammers, noise is generated, hammering marks can be left by the nailheads during painting, and even rust is generated after long time; the height of the nail is uniform, and the verticality is not easy to control; the manual winding is not easy to operate, fatigue and wrong winding are easy to generate, the tension of the wound wire is generally uneven, and the work can be loosened and deformed for a long time.

There is also a method for preparing regular nail holes with uniform density on the drawing board or presetting the nail holes according to patterns, and the nail holes are nailed according to the nail holes, thereby partially reducing the problems, but greatly limiting the painting creation space and the making interest, and simultaneously increasing the making cost.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention provides a nail line drawing system and method, which is designed to solve the above-mentioned problems in the prior art.

the nail line drawing system comprises a nail line drawing board, a nail pressing device and a line drawing pen, wherein the nail line drawing board consists of a panel, a nail fixing plate, a center core plate and a bottom plate. The nail fixing plates are not less than two layers, and the middle of each nail fixing plate is provided with the central core plate at intervals;

one or more open-ended snap fastener grooves are formed in the side surface of the end head of the snap fastener;

the wire drawing pen is provided with a wire clamp which is elastic or adjustable in tightness.

The nail fixing plates cover the upper surface and the lower surface of the central core plate, and the nail fixing plates and the central core plate are positioned between the face plate and the bottom plate.

The nail fixing plate can be a plastic, metal, paperboard or other material sheet or net film with certain hardness and toughness and higher density than the central core plate.

The central core plate is a solid plate or a hollow plate with a smooth and firm surface, and can be made of cork, paper, rubber, plastic foam and other materials.

The adjacent surfaces of the panel, the central core plate, the nail fixing plate and the bottom plate are completely and tightly attached and connected into a whole.

According to the nail line drawing system, the nail line drawing method comprises the following implementation steps:

the first step is as follows: the drawing nails are sequentially arranged in the nail pressing groove of the nail pressing device according to patterns, the drawing nails are pressed into the bottom plate through the face plate, the nail fixing plates and the middle core plate in a vertical pressing mode by the nail pressing device, the bottom plate is firmly fixed in the nail line drawing board, and the end part of the drawing nail head is reserved outside the face plate.

The second step is that: the wire clamp clamps a drawn wire to keep tension, and the wire drawing pen draws the drawn wire to continuously detour at the lower end of the head of a drawing pin pressed into and fixed on the nail line drawing board to finish drawing.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: pressing the drawing nails into the nail line drawing board with at least two nail fixing boards with the nail pressing device to fix the drawing nails firmly; meanwhile, the line drawing pen has tension to draw and draw a line, so that continuous winding is facilitated, nail line drawing is easy, easier and safer to manufacture, the quality of works is greatly guaranteed, and creation interest is increased.

The nail fixing plates 12 are not less than two layers, and the middle of each nail fixing plate is provided with the central core plate 13 at intervals;

one or more open-ended thumb nail grooves 21 are arranged on the side surface of the end head of the thumb nail device 2;

the tail end of the wire drawing pen 3 is provided with an elastic wire clamp 31 or a tightness-adjustable wire clamp.

The nail fixing plates 12 cover the upper and lower surfaces of the central core plate 13, and the nail fixing plates 12 and the central core plate 13 are positioned between the face plate 11 and the bottom plate 14.

The density of the nail fixing plate 12 is higher than that of the central core plate 13, and the nail fixing plate can be at least one of plastic, metal, paperboard and other thin plates or net films with certain hardness and toughness.

The central core plate 13 is a solid plate or a hollow plate with a flat and solid surface, and can be at least one of cork, paper, rubber, plastic foam and other materials.

The adjacent surfaces of the panel 11, the nail fixing plate 12, the central core plate 13 and the bottom plate 14 are completely and tightly attached and connected into a whole.

According to the nail line drawing system, the nail line drawing method comprises the following implementation steps:

the first step is as follows: the drawing nails are sequentially arranged in a nail pressing groove 21 of a nail pressing device 2 according to patterns, the drawing nails are pressed by the nail pressing device 2 and sequentially penetrate through the panel 11, the nail fixing plates 12 which are not less than two layers and the central core 13 to reach the bottom plate 14, the drawing nails are firmly fixed in the nail line drawing board 1, and the end parts of the drawing nails are remained outside the panel 11.

And in the second step, the line clamp 31 is used for clamping the drawn line to keep tension, the line drawing pen 3 is used for drawing the drawn line to continuously bypass the lower end of the head part of the drawing pin which is pressed into and fixed on the nail line drawing board 1, and drawing is finished.
