Technical Field

The existing ceramics with gold wire effect mostly adopt a gold milli-celestial-mesh glaze form, and complete crystallization is carried out through ferric oxide, so that gold milli-grains are formed, but because the requirement of the gold milli-celestial-mesh glaze on crystallization integrity is very high, if crystallization is not complete, the conditions of gray, yellow, insufficient brightness and the like of the milli-grains can be caused, the yield is low, and the milli-grains of the gold milli-celestial-mesh glaze are fine and are not easy to observe.

From the above description, the colored silk and golden silk glaze ceramic and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention have the following beneficial effects: copper fibers are embedded between glaze surfaces, the copper fibers react with oxides in glaze materials to produce copper oxide in the firing process, and chromium oxide is added into the glaze materials to form copper-chromium oxide enriched around the surfaces of the copper fibers and present gold wire lines which can be easily observed by naked eyes; silk texture is formed on the colored glaze layer through the silk fabric, so that the ceramic glaze surface with the effect of colored silk and golden silk is formed.
