s4, cooling the extruded product by cooling equipment;

s5, after cooling, conveying the mixture to a crusher for primary crushing;

s6, after the crushing is finished, conveying the crushed materials to a crusher for crushing and grinding, wherein the grinding speed is 3500 rpm;

and S7, weighing and bagging after crushing.

The invention relates to the technical field of aerogel, and particularly relates to powder aerogel and a preparation method thereof.

Background

Aerogels have attracted intensive research by scientists around the world as new materials that are of great interest to the scientific community around the world. The aerogel can make the mass leap of various industries and disciplines. Aerogel is listed as one of ten hot scientific technologies by the international top authority academic journal scientific, and is called as a multifunctional new material capable of changing the world.

However, the conventional aerogel coatings have poor thermal insulation performance, resulting in large temperature difference.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a powder aerogel, which is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 55-65 parts of resin, 5-15 parts of curing agent, 15-25 parts of pigment and 5-15 parts of aerogel particles.

The preparation method of the powder aerogel according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps:

s1, weighing the resin, the curing agent, the pigment and the aerogel particles according to the proportion;

s2, putting the weighed raw materials into a stirring paddle for fully stirring;

s3, extruding the mixture through a hot-pressing extruder after stirring, wherein the extrusion stability is 110-115 ℃;

s4, cooling the extruded product by cooling equipment;

s5, after cooling, conveying the mixture to a crusher for primary crushing;

s6, after the crushing is finished, conveying the crushed materials to a crusher for crushing and grinding, wherein the grinding speed is 3500 rpm;

and S7, weighing and bagging after crushing.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

the invention has simple process, lower raw material cost, better heat insulation performance than common powder coating, can reduce the temperature difference and improve the heat insulation performance, thereby meeting the use requirement of products; the aerogel powder prepared by the invention has silica aerogel particles with a nano porous structure, the density is as low as 80kg/m, the specific surface area is as high as 600 square meters/g, the porosity is as high as 90-95%, and the aerogel powder is added into the water-based paint, so that the aerogel powder has excellent heat insulation, heat preservation, adsorption and sound insulation properties.

Example 1

A method for preparing a powdered aerogel comprising the steps of:

s1, weighing 55 parts of resin, 15 parts of curing agent, 15 parts of pigment and 15 parts of aerogel particles according to the proportion;

s2, putting the weighed raw materials into a stirring paddle for fully stirring;

s3, extruding the mixture through a hot-pressing extruder after stirring, wherein the extrusion stability is 110 ℃;

s4, cooling the extruded product by cooling equipment;

s5, after cooling, conveying the mixture to a crusher for primary crushing;

s6, after the crushing is finished, conveying the crushed materials to a crusher for crushing and grinding, wherein the grinding speed is 3500 rpm;

and S7, weighing and bagging after crushing.

The powder aerogel obtained above was added to the coating and tested in the presence of light in comparison with conventional powder coatings, the test data being shown in fig. 1 and table one:

Therefore, the powder coating added with the aerogel has better heat insulation performance than the common powder coating, and the cold surface temperature difference under the test condition is 8-9 ℃;

A method for preparing a powdered aerogel comprising the steps of:

s1, weighing 65 parts of resin, 5 parts of curing agent, 15 parts of pigment and 15 parts of aerogel particles according to the proportion;

s2, putting the weighed raw materials into a stirring paddle for fully stirring;

s3, extruding the mixture by a hot-pressing extruder after stirring, wherein the extrusion stability is 115 ℃;

s4, cooling the extruded product by cooling equipment;

s5, after cooling, conveying the mixture to a crusher for primary crushing;

s6, after the crushing is finished, conveying the crushed materials to a crusher for crushing and grinding, wherein the grinding speed is 3500 rpm;

and S7, weighing and bagging after crushing.

The powder aerogel obtained above was added to the coating and tested with a conventional powder coating under a backlight, and the test data are shown in fig. 2 and table two:

Therefore, the cold surface temperature difference is basically consistent when the powder coating added with the aerogel and the common coating are tested under the condition that the coating surface is in backlight;

example 3

A method for preparing a powdered aerogel comprising the steps of:

s1, weighing 60 parts of resin, 10 parts of curing agent, 20 parts of pigment and 10 parts of aerogel particles according to the proportion;

s2, putting the weighed raw materials into a stirring paddle for fully stirring;

s3, extruding the mixture through a hot-pressing extruder after stirring, wherein the extrusion stability is 110 ℃;

s4, cooling the extruded product by cooling equipment;

s5, after cooling, conveying the mixture to a crusher for primary crushing;

s6, after the crushing is finished, conveying the crushed materials to a crusher for crushing and grinding, wherein the grinding speed is 3500 rpm;

and S7, weighing and bagging after crushing.

After the aerogel powder coating is added once, a weaving common orange peel pattern powder coating is sprayed, and the weaving common orange peel pattern powder coating and the common orange peel pattern powder coating are subjected to a light test, wherein the test data are shown in figure 3 and table three:

Therefore, after the powder coating added with the aerogel is sprayed once, a weaving common orange peel pattern powder coating is sprayed, the powder coating and the common orange peel pattern powder coating are subjected to a light test, and the cold surface temperature difference is 3 ℃.

In conclusion, the powder aerogel prepared by the invention can reduce the temperature difference and improve the heat preservation when being added into common coating, thereby meeting the use requirement of products.

Example 4

The main parameters of the powder aerogel prepared by the invention are shown in the fourth table:

Therefore, the aerogel powder prepared by the invention has silica aerogel particles with a nano porous structure, the density is as low as 80kg/m, the specific surface area is as high as 600 square meters/g, the porosity is as high as 90-95%, and the aerogel powder is added into the water-based paint, so that the aerogel powder has excellent heat insulation, heat preservation, adsorption and sound insulation properties.

Meanwhile, the pore diameter (20-50 nm) of the aerogel is smaller than the mean free path (70 nm) of air, namely, gas molecules in pores cannot freely flow, so that the thermal convection among the gas molecules is inhibited.

Example 5

The powder aerogel is added to the coating, and the performance parameters of the formed slurry are shown in the fifth table:

Therefore, the aerogel slurry is the aqueous dispersion of aerogel powder, a unique dispersion technology is adopted, the aerogel powder is uniformly dispersed in water to prepare the slurry on the premise of not damaging the aerogel nanostructure, the aerogel powder is very easy to add and disperse in the coating, and the problem of the aerogel in the transportation process is perfectly solved.

Example 6

Powder aerogel can show the coefficient of heat conductivity that reduces coating in the coating, and the glass microballon is replaced to the aerogel, specifically is: the traditional heat-insulating coating is mainly added with hollow glass beads as heat reflection/heat barrier functional filler. The hollow glass beads are hollow spheres with the particle size of 10-250 microns, the pore diameter of the aerogel is only 1/5000 of the hollow glass beads, the porosity is as high as 95%, and the aerogel can greatly increase the air content in the coating, so that the heat insulation effect is more obvious.

Meanwhile, the application of the hollow glass beads in the coating has obvious defects: 1) the requirement on the dispersion condition is high: the hollow glass microspheres are easy to damage when the dispersion speed is too high, and the dispersion is not uniform when the dispersion speed is too low; 2) the heat insulation effect is not obvious: so that the heat conductivity coefficient of the coating is still higher.

In order to solve the problems, the aerogel powder can be prepared into slurry through a special dispersion technology, the aerogel nanostructure is not damaged, the slurry is very easy to add and uniformly disperse in the coating, the operation is simple, and the heat conductivity coefficient of the coating can be obviously reduced. In addition, the aerogel can greatly improve the hemispherical emissivity (vertical emissivity) of the coating, reduce the solar radiation absorption p value and enable the coating to have excellent reflection and heat insulation effects.
