Technical Field

The invention relates to a novel air dispersing device which is mainly applied to air conveying pipelines of rectangular pipelines or round-angle rectangular pipelines.

Background

The existing air pipes are not provided with any air dispersing devices generally, and when air enters the pipeline, the air flows disorderly, so that the air quantity of each part in the pipeline is uneven. When the air conveying pipeline is a rectangular pipeline or a round-corner rectangular pipeline with a larger size (the side length is larger than 250mm), the air quantity is uneven, the laminar flow distribution of air flow is influenced, and the uniform heat transmission in the pipe can be facilitated by considering that the pressure equalization and the air flow must be realized.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects of the existing air pipe, the invention provides a novel air dispersing device which is provided with a guide plate, wherein a certain angle is formed between the guide plate and the air inlet direction, the guide plate inclines towards the four walls of the air pipe, the air dispersing devices are arranged at multiple positions in the air pipe, and the air dispersing devices at different positions are arranged at 90 degrees, so that the air in the air pipe is distributed more uniformly.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: an air dispersing device of a rectangular pipeline comprises horizontal dispersing tablets or/and vertical dispersing tablets, wherein the horizontal dispersing tablets and the vertical dispersing tablets are respectively provided with guide plates which are uniformly arranged, a certain angle is formed between each guide plate and the air inlet direction, and the guide plates incline to the four walls of an air duct, namely, the outlet from the outlet direction is a horn-shaped outlet; air dispersing devices are arranged at a plurality of positions (preferably uniformly) in the air pipe, and the air dispersing devices at different positions, namely the horizontal dispersing tablets and the vertical dispersing tablets, are arranged on the same plane at an angle of 90 degrees, so that the air distribution in the air pipe is more uniform.

The invention has the following beneficial effects: the invention relates to a novel air dispersing device, which adopts horizontal dispersing tablets and vertical dispersing tablets, and is arranged at a plurality of positions in an air pipe, so that the air distribution in the air pipe is more uniform. The distribution of the guide plates is splayed, and the outlet of the guide plates is (outwards expanded) trumpet-shaped from the outlet direction and can be frustum-shaped (the splayed outlets are uniformly distributed in XY two-dimensional directions); the air quantity is uneven, the laminar flow distribution of air flow is influenced, and the uniform transmission of heat exchange (generally rectangular) in the pipe is facilitated by considering the pressure equalization and the air flow.

Detailed Description

The following describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings. Wherein: 1. an air duct; 2. horizontal dispersible tablets; 3. a support frame; 4, vertical dispersing tablets; 5. a guide plate; 6. a centerline.

As shown in fig. 1-3, the air dispersing device of this embodiment includes a horizontal dispersing tablet 2 and a vertical dispersing tablet 4, rows of guide plates 5 (splayed in the same row and arranged on both sides) are disposed on both the horizontal dispersing tablet 2 and the vertical dispersing tablet 4, the guide plates 5 have a certain angle with the air intake direction, the guide plates 5 are inclined toward the four walls of the air duct 1, the horizontal dispersing tablet and the vertical dispersing tablet are mounted on a support frame 3 in the air duct, air dispersing devices are disposed at multiple positions in the air duct 1, and the air dispersing devices at different positions are arranged at 90 °, so that the air distribution in the air duct 1 is more uniform.

The guide plates (splayed on two sides) have a certain angle with the air inlet direction, and the angle range is 20-70 degrees; the guide plate inclines to the four walls of the air pipe; the guide plate is a unit of each of the horizontal dispersible tablets 2 and the vertical dispersible tablets 4; the horizontal dispersion tablet and the vertical dispersion tablet (component) are arranged on a support frame in the air duct; in order to achieve higher uniformity, air dispersing devices can be arranged at multiple positions in the air duct, and fig. 1 shows that half of the air dispersing devices at different positions are provided with horizontal dispersing tablets and half are provided with vertical dispersing tablets (assemblies), and the horizontal dispersing tablets and the vertical dispersing tablets are arranged at 90 degrees (one is in the X-axis direction, and the other is in the Y-axis direction).

The guide plate can also be a cone-frustum-shaped distribution horn-shaped outlet (the XY two-dimensional directions are all uniform splayed distribution).
