In recent years, with the rapid development of epoxy water-based technology, water-based epoxy floor coatings are developed and applied, and compared with traditional solvent-based epoxy floor coatings, the water-based epoxy floor coatings have the advantages of explosion resistance, flame retardance, safe use, environmental protection and the like, so that the water-based epoxy floor coatings are more and more widely applied; the water-based epoxy floor paint is mainly prepared from various different substances such as oil, tree materials, colors, solvents and the like through a plurality of production processes such as mixing, dissolving, dispersing and the like, and can be divided into decorative floor paint, heavy-duty anticorrosive floor paint, heavy-duty floor paint and the like according to actual application.

In recent years, along with the coming of various relevant laws and regulations around environmental protection, the problem of environmental pollution has attracted great attention of society, and the replacement of the traditional solvent-based epoxy floor coating with the water-based epoxy floor coating with environmental protection points is a great trend for the development of the floor coating industry; however, at present, the curing time of the waterborne epoxy floor needs about 24 hours under normal temperature conditions, and the time is too long, so that the preparation is slow.

the component B of the water-based epoxy sealing intermediate paint is 10-20% of a water-based epoxy resin curing agent, 15-30% of a polyamide resin curing agent, 20-25% of water, 0.2-0.6% of a dispersing agent, 0.4-1% of an antifoaming agent, 25-35% of kaolin, 15-25% of barium sulfate and 0.6-1% of a pigment;

the B component of the water-based epoxy floor finish paint is 10-20% of a water-based epoxy resin curing agent, 15-30% of a polyamide resin curing agent, 20-25% of water, 0.2-0.4% of a dispersing agent, 0.3-0.6% of an antifoaming agent, 3-5% of a pigment, 5-10% of quartz sand, 15-25% of barium sulfate, 3-5% of talcum powder and 3-5% of sericite.

Preferably, the aqueous epoxy resin curing agent is a water-based curing agent WG828 with the brand name of Meifeng Fenghuang brand being CGE-19.

Preferably, the polyamide resin curing agent is one of HT305 polyamide resin curing agent or 651 polyamide resin curing agent.

Preferably, the ratio of the usage amount of the water-based epoxy resin curing agent to the polyamide resin curing agent is 1: 1.2 to 1.6.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:

1. the invention uses two curing agents of water-based epoxy resin curing agent and polyamide resin curing agent simultaneously, and the two curing agents are mixed according to the usage amount of 1: the proportion of 1.2-1.6 is used, so that the overall mechanical property of the water-based wear-resistant epoxy floor coating can be effectively improved, the thermal deformation temperature of the coating reaches 118 ℃, the tensile strength of the coating reaches 32MPa, the curing time at normal temperature is only 11 hours, and the preparation time is greatly shortened.

The preparation method of the component B of the water-based epoxy seal primer comprises the following steps (parts by weight):

adding 20kg of water-based curing agent WG828 and 30kg of polyamide resin 651 curing agent into a dispersion mixer, starting stirring, adding 50kg of water when the dispersion mixer reaches 1000r/min, stirring for 15-30 min, filtering and packaging.

The preparation method of the component B of the water-based epoxy sealing intermediate paint comprises the following steps (parts by weight):

step one, adding 10kg of water-based curing agent WG828 and 15kg of polyamide resin 651 curing agent into a dispersion mixer, starting stirring, adding 20kg of water when the rotating speed reaches 1000r/min, and stirring for 15-30 min;

secondly, reducing the rotating speed to 600r/min, adding 0.4kg of SN-5029 dispersing agent, 35kg of kaolin, 18kg of barium sulfate and 1kg of pigment, and stirring for 20-30 min;

and thirdly, increasing the rotating speed to 800r/min, adding 0.6kg of BYK-022 defoaming agent, stirring for 15-25 min, and filtering and packaging.

The preparation method of the component B of the water-based epoxy floor finish comprises the following steps of:

step one, adding 12kg of water-based curing agent WG828 and 18kg of polyamide resin curing agent 651 into a dispersion mixer, starting stirring, adding 20kg of water when the rotating speed reaches 1000r/min, and stirring for 15-30 min;

secondly, reducing the rotating speed to 600r/min, adding 0.4kg of SN-5029 dispersing agent, 10kg of quartz sand, 25kg of barium sulfate, 5kg of talcum powder, 4kg of sericite and 5kg of pigment, and stirring for 30-45 min;

and thirdly, increasing the rotating speed to 800r/min, adding 0.6kg of BYK-022 defoaming agent, stirring for 25-40 min, and filtering and packaging.

Mixing the component A and the component B of the water-based epoxy seal primer according to the proportion of 1: and 4, mixing, adding into a stirrer, stirring for 10-20 min, standing for 5min for defoaming to obtain the water-based epoxy seal primer, wherein the primer is cured only for 11h after coating at normal temperature, the curing is rapid, and the surface of the cured paint layer is flat and smooth and has strong adhesion.

Mixing the component A and the component B of the water-based epoxy sealing intermediate paint according to the proportion of 1: 6, adding the mixture into a stirrer after mixing for 15-30 min, standing for 5min for defoaming to obtain the water-based epoxy sealing intermediate paint, wherein the intermediate paint is cured only for 11h after coating at normal temperature, the curing is rapid, the surface of the cured paint layer is smooth, the hardness is high, the wear resistance is good, and the service life of the whole paint layer can be prolonged.

The component A and the component B of the waterborne epoxy floor finish paint are mixed according to the proportion of 1: 7, stirring for 30-45 min, standing for 7min for defoaming to obtain the water-based epoxy floor finish paint, wherein the finish paint is cured only in 11h after being coated at normal temperature, the curing is rapid, and the surface of the cured paint layer has the characteristics of smoothness, flatness, good durability, good physical and chemical properties and the like, so that the whole paint layer is very durable and has long service life.
