3. The water-based shoe material spray adhesive and the preparation method thereof according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the silane coupling agent modified nano titanium dioxide is prepared by surface modification of nano titanium dioxide by 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane.

The water-based shoe material spray adhesive of claim 3, wherein the preparation method of the silane coupling agent modified nano titanium dioxide comprises the following steps: adding nano titanium dioxide into water, uniformly dispersing to obtain a nano titanium dioxide suspension with the mass fraction of 3-5%, then adding 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane with the mass fraction of 10-20% of that of the nano titanium dioxide, stirring and reacting for 4-6h at 80-90 ℃, centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain the nano titanium dioxide suspension.

The water-based shoe material spray adhesive according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the solid content of the neoprene latex is 50 to 60%; the solid content of the hydroxy acrylic emulsion is 30-45%, and the hydroxy content is 2-3%; the solid content of the aqueous terpene resin emulsion is 50-60%.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of glue spraying, in particular to water-based shoe material glue spraying and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The spray glue can deform along with the shape of a use object, has certain cohesiveness, is not easy to flow adhesive agent, and is widely applied to industries of furniture, leather, cloth art, decorative materials and the like. With the rapid development of economy in China, the spray glue is widely used in the bonding aspect of materials such as sponges, sofas, mattresses, dress shoe materials, artware, toys, plastics, glass and the like, and has very wide market prospect. At present, the spray glue sold in the market is mainly a solvent type, contains a large amount of organic solvent, has certain toxicity to human bodies, and can cause environmental pollution.

The water-based spray adhesive is a novel spray adhesive which is widely concerned in recent years, has the advantages of no toxicity, no harm, low smell, safety and environmental protection compared with a solvent-based spray adhesive, and is particularly suitable for being applied to the fields of furniture, artware, clothes, shoe materials and the like which have higher requirements on environmental protection. As the quality of life of people is gradually improved, more demands are put on the quality and functionality of shoe materials, particularly, a plurality of shoe materials have certain requirements on antibacterial property, and the antibacterial agent is directly added into the water-based spray glue for the shoe materials, so that certain negative effects can be generated on the performances such as the stability, the adhesive strength and the like of the spray glue.

Preferably, the silane coupling agent modified nano titanium dioxide is prepared by carrying out surface modification on nano titanium dioxide by 3-aminopropyl trimethoxy silane.

Preferably, the preparation method of the silane coupling agent modified nano titanium dioxide comprises the following steps: adding nano titanium dioxide into water, uniformly dispersing to obtain a nano titanium dioxide suspension with the mass fraction of 3-5%, then adding 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane with the mass fraction of 10-20% of that of the nano titanium dioxide, stirring and reacting for 4-6h at 80-90 ℃, centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain the nano titanium dioxide suspension.

Preferably, the solids content of the neoprene latex is 50-60%; the solid content of the hydroxy acrylic emulsion is 30-45%, and the hydroxy content is 2-3%; the solid content of the aqueous terpene resin emulsion is 50-60%.

Preferably, the isocyanate group content of the aqueous isocyanate curing agent is 15 to 20%.

Preferably, the thickening agent is at least one of carboxymethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose and hydroxypropyl starch; the defoaming agent is an organic silicon defoaming agent.

A preparation method of the water-based shoe material spray adhesive comprises the following steps: .

S1, weighing the raw materials of the component A, 2-hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride chitosan, silane coupling agent modified nano titanium dioxide, a thickening agent, a defoaming agent and deionized water according to the mass parts, mixing, dispersing uniformly, adding neoprene latex, hydroxyl acrylic emulsion and water-based terpene resin emulsion, and stirring uniformly to obtain the component A;

s2, weighing the raw materials of the component A and the component B according to the proportion, respectively storing the raw materials in isolation, and mixing the component A and the component B when in use.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

the water-based shoe material spray glue of the invention is a bi-component spray glue, neoprene latex and hydroxyl acrylic emulsion are compounded to be used as adhesive base material, water-based terpene resin emulsion is used as tackifying component, 2-hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride chitosan and silane coupling agent modified nano titanium dioxide are compounded to be used as antibacterial component, and conventional additives such as a thickening agent, a defoaming agent and the like, and the component A is prepared by taking a water-based isocyanate curing agent as the component B, in the process of curing the adhesive, the isocyanate group can perform a crosslinking function on hydroxypropyl groups on a chitosan molecular chain of the 2-hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and amino groups on the surface of the modified nano titanium dioxide by the silane coupling agent, so that the compatibility of the antibacterial component and the base material of the adhesive can be improved, the stability of the sprayed adhesive can be improved, the function of increasing the cohesion of the adhesive can be realized, and the cohesiveness of the sprayed adhesive can be improved. Through the compounding of the components, the water-based shoe material spray adhesive disclosed by the invention has excellent antibacterial performance, high adhesive strength and stability and good service performance.

The technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to specific examples.

Example 1

The water-based shoe material spray adhesive comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 60 parts of neoprene latex, 20 parts of hydroxyl acrylic emulsion, 5 parts of water-based terpene resin emulsion, 1 part of 2-hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride chitosan, 0.5 part of silane coupling agent modified nano titanium dioxide, 1 part of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 0.2 part of organic silicon defoamer and 20 parts of deionized water;

the component B is a water-based isocyanate curing agent;

the mass ratio of the component A to the component B is 1: 0.2.

the component B is a water-based isocyanate curing agent;

the mass ratio of the component A to the component B is 1: 0.3.

The water-based shoe material spray adhesive comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 75 parts of neoprene latex, 25 parts of hydroxyl acrylic emulsion, 7.5 parts of water-based terpene resin emulsion, 1.5 parts of 2-hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride chitosan, 0.8 part of silane coupling agent modified nano titanium dioxide, 1.5 parts of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 0.3 part of organic silicon defoaming agent and 25 parts of deionized water;

the component B is a water-based isocyanate curing agent;

the mass ratio of the component A to the component B is 1: 0.25.

The spray glue prepared in the examples 1-3 is subjected to performance test, wherein the stability test method specifically comprises the following steps: sealing the sprayed glue, storing for 1 year at 25 deg.C and 50% humidity, wherein the sprayed glue is stable if no precipitate, delamination or gel is formed, or unstable if no precipitate, delamination or gel is formed; the specific method for testing the bonding performance comprises the following steps: spraying and mixing the component A and the component B by a special spray gun for the two-component water-based adhesive, and then spraying the mixture on the bonding surface of the two leather test pieces, wherein the spraying amount is 0.035kg/m2Bonding the bonding surfaces of the two test pieces, applying pressure of 0.4MPa, keeping for 5min, and testing the 180-degree peel strength by using a peel strength tester 24h after pressure relief; the antibacterial performance test method refers to GB/T21866-2008, and the test strain is escherichia coli; the test results are shown in table 1:

As can be seen from Table 1, the spray adhesive of the present invention has good adhesion property and stability, and simultaneously has excellent antibacterial effect.
