9. A preparation method of composite slurry fuel comprises the following steps:

step one, adding 45-60 parts by weight of coal-based raw materials into 5-20 parts by weight of traditional Chinese medicine residues, mixing, crushing to obtain raw material mixed particles within 3 mm;

step two, adding the crushed raw material mixed particles, 30-35 parts of water and 0.1-0.5 part of dispersing agent into a coal mill respectively for grinding to obtain original composite slurry fuel;

and step three, screening the original composite slurry fuel through a filter screen, filtering the original composite slurry fuel through a slurry filter, and then carrying out strong stirring through a stirring tank and carrying out homogeneous curing through a homogenizing tank to form the finished composite slurry fuel.

Technical Field

Background

Coal water slurry is a new type of coal-based fluid fuel, has the same fluidity as petroleum, has a calorific value equal to half of that of oil, and is called liquid coal product. The coal water slurry technology relates to a system technology of multiple subjects, has the characteristics of economy (high combustion efficiency), safety, universality, high efficiency, environmental protection (low pollutant emission) and the like, and has the advantages of low ash content and sulfur content, high combustion efficiency, lower flame center temperature during combustion, and lower discharge amount of smoke dust, PM2.5, SO2 and NOX (nitrogen oxide) than that of fuel oil and fire coal. Many countries are currently researching, developing and storing as a fuel technology for replacing oil with coal based on long-term energy strategic considerations.

The research work of coal water slurry in China starts at the end of the 80 s and at the beginning of the 90 s, and is basically synchronous with foreign countries. China is a country rich in coal, less in gas and poor in oil, so in recent years, the preparation technology and the combustion technology of coal water slurry in China develop rapidly to reach the international level, and engineering tests of coal water slurry for combustion in industrial boilers, power station boilers, steel rolling heating furnaces, heat treatment furnaces, furnaces and kilns are completed successively. The coal water slurry is used as a novel environment-friendly fuel and is recognized by more and more enterprises, and the product structure of the coal enterprises can be further optimized by adopting the coal water slurry technology, so that the economic benefit of the coal enterprises is improved. The coal water slurry is divided into coal water slurry for fuel and coal water slurry for gasification according to the application, is a coal-based fluid fuel which has low pollution, high efficiency and can be conveyed by a pipeline, is the most practical coal-based fluid fuel, and is a novel clean fuel which is relatively simple to prepare, convenient to transport and store, safe, reliable and low in pollution. Therefore, the coal water slurry technology is an important component of the clean coal technology at present, is the most practical and marketable clean coal technology in the 21 st century, and plays a very important role in the energy strategy of China. In the long run, along with the development of national economy, the contradiction between energy supply and demand in China will be further increased, the constraint of the environment on fuel will be further strengthened, and the usage amount of the coal water slurry will be gradually increased. Therefore, the application prospect of the coal water slurry is very wide.

Because of the shortage of high-quality raw material coal and the price factor, both coal water slurry production enterprises and application enterprises mainly have economy, most of ordinary power coal is purchased to be used as a pulping raw material, the nature of the ordinary power coal determines that high-concentration coal water slurry is difficult to prepare, and the thermal efficiency of a boiler is reduced due to the reduction of the concentration of the coal water slurry (the increase of the water content); in order to reduce the construction investment of the boiler and improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler, high-quality coal with high calorific value is used for pulping, thereby increasing the pulping cost. The coal consumption is required to be reduced due to the requirement of reducing carbon emission, clean fuel is urgently required to replace the coal consumption, and how to realize the preparation of the slurry clean fuel is the problem which is urgently required to be solved at present.

The traditional Chinese medicine dregs are industrial waste materials obtained by degrading macromolecular organic compounds of medical production enterprises, the calorific value of the traditional Chinese medicine dregs is 2000 kcal/kg-3000 kcal/kg, the traditional Chinese medicine dregs can only be used as the waste materials and other high-calorific-value fuels to be mixed and burnt into a boiler hearth for high-temperature combustion treatment due to low calorific value, if the traditional Chinese medicine dregs are directly used as the mixed and burnt fuels to be conveyed into the boiler hearth for combustion, the mixed burning proportion is smaller, a boiler feeding structure needs to be correspondingly modified, and the transportation cost of independently transporting the traditional Chinese medicine dregs increases the cost of utilizing and treating the traditional Chinese medicine dregs.

How to prepare the composite slurry fuel with high concentration, high calorific value and low cost by using the traditional Chinese medicine residues becomes a problem to be solved urgently.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above problems, the invention provides a composite slurry fuel, which is prepared by using coal-based raw materials, traditional Chinese medicine residues, water and additives, and solves the problems of treatment and utilization of traditional Chinese medicine residues in the prior art, so that industrial waste is effectively utilized, the preparation cost of the composite slurry is reduced, and the composite slurry fuel with high concentration, high calorific value and low cost is prepared.

The traditional Chinese medicine dregs refer to industrial waste materials of medical production enterprises after degradation treatment of macromolecular organic compounds, the calorific value of the industrial waste materials is 2000 kcal/kg-3000 kcal/kg, the traditional Chinese medicine dregs can only be mixed with other high-calorific-value fuels for combustion treatment in a boiler furnace at high temperature due to low calorific value, if the traditional Chinese medicine dregs are directly used as mixed combustion fuels to be fed into the boiler furnace for combustion, the mixed combustion proportion is smaller, the feeding structure of the boiler needs to be correspondingly modified aiming at the function of mixed combustion of various fuels, and the cost for independently transporting the traditional Chinese medicine dregs is increased by the transportation cost of the traditional Chinese medicine dregs.

The solution concentration of the composite slurry fuel is 70.00 percent, and the heat value of the composite slurry is 4130 kcal/kg.

The composite slurry fuel consists of the following components in parts by weight: 450g of raw coal, 200g of traditional Chinese medicine residues, 2g of dispersing agent and 348g of water. The solution concentration of the composite slurry fuel is 65.20%, and the calorific value of the composite slurry is 4023 kcal/kg.

Example 4

The composite slurry fuel consists of the following components in parts by weight: 580g of raw coal, 67g of herb residue, 3g of dispersing agent and 350g of water. The solution concentration of the composite slurry fuel is 65.00 percent, and the calorific value of the composite slurry is 4042 kcal/kg.

Example 5

The composite slurry fuel consists of the following components in parts by weight: 520g of raw coal, 170g of Chinese herb medicine residues, 1.5g of dispersing agent, 0.2g of stabilizing agent and 308.3g of water. The solution concentration of the composite slurry fuel is 69.17%, and the calorific value of the composite slurry is 4085 kcal/kg.

Example 6

The composite slurry fuel consists of the following components in parts by weight: 480g of raw coal, 180g of Chinese herb medicine residues, 1.2g of dispersing agent, 0.05g of stabilizing agent and 338.75g of water. The solution concentration of the composite slurry fuel is 66.13%, and the calorific value of the composite slurry is 4016 kcal/kg.

Example 7

The composite slurry fuel consists of the following components in parts by weight: 500g of raw coal, 160g of traditional Chinese medicine residues, 1.3g of dispersing agent, 0.1g of stabilizing agent and 338.6g of water. The solution concentration of the composite slurry fuel is 66.14%, and the calorific value of the composite slurry is 4047 kcal/kg.

It can be seen from examples 1 to 7 that the concentration of the composite slurry fuel of the present invention is above 65%, the calorific value is above 4000kcal/kg, while the concentration of the common coal water slurry is about 60%, and the calorific value is within 4000 kcal/kg.

The embodiment of the invention prepares the high-quality composite slurry fuel with high concentration (65-70%) and high calorific value (more than 4000kcal/kg) by taking 5500 kcal/kg-6500 kcal/kg of coal-based raw materials as main raw materials and assisting 2000 kcal/kg-3000 kcal/kg of traditional Chinese medicine residues, additives and water of medical production enterprises, solves the problems of treatment and utilization of the traditional Chinese medicine residues in the prior art, effectively utilizes industrial waste, reduces the preparation cost of the composite slurry, prepares the composite slurry fuel with high concentration, high calorific value and low cost, and simultaneously improves the combustion thermal efficiency of a boiler.

In another embodiment of the present invention, a method for preparing a composite slurry fuel is further provided, comprising the following steps:

step one, adding 45-60 parts by weight of coal-based raw materials into 5-20 parts by weight of traditional Chinese medicine residues, mixing, crushing to obtain raw material mixed particles within 3 mm;

step two, adding the crushed raw material mixed particles, 30-35 parts of water and 0.1-0.5 part of dispersing agent into a coal mill respectively for grinding to obtain original composite slurry fuel;

and step three, screening the original composite slurry fuel through a filter screen, filtering the original composite slurry fuel through a slurry filter, and then carrying out strong stirring through a stirring tank and carrying out homogeneous curing through a homogenizing tank to form the finished composite slurry fuel.

In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a method for preparing a composite slurry fuel, comprising the steps of:

step one, adding 45-60 parts by weight of coal-based raw materials into 5-20 parts by weight of traditional Chinese medicine residues, mixing, crushing to obtain raw material mixed particles within 3 mm;

step two, adding the crushed raw material mixed particles, 30-35 parts of water and 0.1-0.5 part of dispersing agent into a coal mill respectively for grinding to obtain original composite slurry fuel;

screening the original composite slurry fuel by a filter screen, and filtering by a slurry filter to obtain a semi-finished composite slurry fuel;

and step four, adding 0.005-0.02 part of stabilizer into the stirring tank according to the state of the semi-finished product composite slurry fuel, and then carrying out strong stirring and homogeneous curing in the homogenizing tank through the stirring tank to form the finished product composite slurry fuel.
