背景技术

铝电解行业电解槽的打壳和下料系统对电解槽运行状况影响较大,目前国内电解铝厂电解车间人员约一半以上的作业做打壳下料系统相关,电解槽的正常巡检人员、电解槽槽上部维护人员等均和打壳下料系统相关,提高打壳下料系统的寿命和智能程度,对减小电解车间工作量意义重大。

实现打壳下料系统的智能化,传感器的应用必不可少,目前国内外打壳下料系统传感器主要是机械结构,包括PARKER、诺冠等。

博世-力士乐提出了采集电解槽电信号的传感器方式,但应用并不理想。

由于电解车间的特殊环境—不均匀的稳恒磁场,最高达上千高斯,粉尘、高温等使得其他传感方式难以应用。
