The exhaust gas recirculation is a technology for separating a part of exhaust gas of a small internal combustion engine for an automobile after combustion and introducing the exhaust gas into an air inlet pipe for re-combustion, and the main purpose is to reduce nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas and improve fuel consumption rate when sharing partial load, taking the prefix 'EGR' of each English word as a general name, the EGR rate of the engine is the ratio between the mass flow of the EGR valve and the total air quantity of an engine cylinder, the current measurement method for the EGR rate of the engine on the whole automobile is indirectly obtained by the opening degree of the EGR valve, firstly measuring the corresponding EGR rate of the engine when the engine runs under different working conditions and the EGR valve is different in opening degree, namely the ideal EGR rate of the engine, taking the corresponding relation between the opening degree of the EGR valve and the EGR rate as a calibration basis, then measuring the actual opening degree of the EGR valve on the whole automobile, and obtaining the EGR rate of the engine according to the calibration basis, however, after the engine on the whole vehicle is used for a long time, a large amount of impurities are deposited on the hole wall of the EGR valve, and the accumulation of the impurities inevitably leads to the reduction of the hole diameter, so that the actual passing exhaust gas quantity of the engine on the whole vehicle is smaller than the exhaust gas throughput when in an ideal state, namely the actual EGR rate is smaller than the ideal EGR rate, the gasoline combustion performance is reduced, and the performance of the whole vehicle is influenced;

the method is an effective measure for reducing the emission of carbon monoxide at present, but excessive exhaust gas can affect the normal operation of the engine in circulation, and particularly when the engine is in idle speed, low speed and small load and is in cold state operation, the performance of the engine can be obviously reduced by the recirculated exhaust gas, therefore, an EGR valve is arranged in the exhaust gas recirculation to automatically adjust the amount of the exhaust gas participating in the exhaust gas recirculation according to the change of the working condition of the engine, in order to meet the requirements of reducing the content of pollutants discharged by an automobile and not reducing the performance index of the engine, the control requirement of the EGR valve is very accurate, however, most of the existing EGR valve assemblies do not have a filter screen structure, thereby can not effectually filter the solid particle impurity among the automobile exhaust in the exhaust pipe, and then appear solid particle impurity and directly enter into the combustion chamber through the air inlet and cause the combustion chamber inner wall to be worn and torn for a long time, greatly reduced the life of combustion chamber, in addition, when the filter screen uses for a long time, the jam can appear in its filtration pore, need dismantle it and wash, however, current usually can not dismantle fast, reduces work efficiency.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a method for directly measuring the EGR rate of an engine and an engine EGR valve assembly, which have the advantage of convenience in replacing a filter screen and solve the problem that the filter screen is inconvenient to replace in the conventional device.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a direct measurement method of engine EGR rate comprises the following steps;

s1 calculating the basic exhaust temperature of the engine;

s2, calculating the density of the exhaust gas according to the basic exhaust temperature of the engine and a corresponding formula; s3, measuring the air intake flow of the engine by using an air flow meter; s4, respectively installing a temperature sensor and a pressure sensor in front of and behind the EGR valve, controlling the opening of the EGR valve by an automobile engine control unit, and measuring the pressure and the temperature of an exhaust gas inlet of the EGR valve and the pressure and the temperature of an exhaust gas outlet of the EGR valve by using the temperature sensor and the pressure sensor; s5 measuring the sectional area of the exhaust passage of the EGR valve; s6, calculating the mass flow of the exhaust gas of the EGR valve according to a formula;

s7 calculates an engine EGR rate according to the formula.
