Then high-pressure gas enters the control cabinet from the gas inlet pipeline 2, the one-way valve 17 is opened, the high-pressure gas enters the steel cylinder, the temperature detector 19 transmits a temperature signal to the PLC at any time in the filling process, and the control program automatically adjusts the filling pressure according to the temperature signal. The air inlet pipeline 2 and the output pipeline 5 are connected with a pressure transmitter 18, so that the pressure is monitored from time to time, when the set pressure value is reached, the power air source part 12 controls the air inlet automatic valve 3 to be closed, after a cylinder valve on the high-pressure steel cylinder is closed, residual gas in the filling busbar is diffused through the manual or automatic safety diffusion valve 6 to be discharged, then the steel cylinder is taken down, and filling is completed.
