"upper", "lower", "left", "right", and the like are used merely to indicate relative positional relationships, and when the absolute position of the object being described is changed, the relative positional relationships may also be changed accordingly.

In the present disclosure, when a specific device is described as being located between a first device and a second device, there may or may not be intervening devices between the specific device and the first device or the second device. When a particular device is described as being coupled to other devices, the particular device may be directly coupled to the other devices without intervening devices or may be directly coupled to the other devices with intervening devices.

All terms used in the present disclosure have the same meaning as understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which the present disclosure belongs, unless otherwise specifically defined. It will be further understood that terms, such as those defined in commonly used dictionaries, should be interpreted as having a meaning that is consistent with their meaning in the context of the relevant art and will not be interpreted in an idealized or overly formal sense unless expressly so defined herein.

Techniques, methods, and apparatus known to those of ordinary skill in the relevant art may not be discussed in detail, but are intended to be part of the specification where appropriate.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an air conditioner provided according to some embodiments of the present disclosure includes: a fan component 1, a heat exchanger component 2 and a snap locking structure 3, wherein the snap locking structure 3 is configured to detachably connect the fan component 1 and the heat exchanger component 2.

In the illustrative embodiment, the fan component 1 and the heat exchanger component 2 are detachably connected by arranging the buckle locking structure 3, the volume and the weight of each component are smaller than those of the whole air conditioner, and the fan component 1 and the heat exchanger component 2 can be independently transported and installed, so that the transportation and installation flexibility is improved; the buckle locking structure 3 is easy to open and close, a fan component and a heat exchanger component are assembled without using threaded fasteners, convenience and efficiency are improved, the problems of low transportation efficiency and inconvenient installation of the air conditioner are effectively solved, and high implementability is realized.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, for the convenience of installation, in some embodiments, the fan member 1 is detachably disposed right above the heat exchanger member 2, and the fan member 1 and the heat exchanger member 2 may be detached in the up-down direction.

As shown in fig. 3 to 6, in some embodiments, the snap-lock structure 3 includes a first connecting member 31 disposed on the fan component 1 and a second connecting member 32 disposed on the heat exchanger component 2, the second connecting member 32 is detachably engaged with the first connecting member 31, a slot is formed on the first connecting member 31, and a hook is formed on the second connecting member 32 and is engaged with the slot. The fan component 1 and the heat exchanger component 2 are respectively provided with a first connecting piece 31 and a second connecting piece 32 which are the same in number and correspond in position.

After the fan component 1 and the heat exchanger component 2 are positioned and connected, the hook on the second connecting piece 32 is matched and fastened with the clamping groove on the first connecting piece 31, and the installation mode does not need to use extra tools and fasteners, so that the installation is very convenient; in addition, after the first connecting piece 31 and the second connecting piece 32 are fastened, tension exists between the fan component 1 and the heat exchanger component 2, so that the air conditioner is stable and reliable in structure after being installed, and the air leakage in the air conditioner work process and the influence on the work efficiency of the air conditioner due to the fact that gaps exist among the components can be avoided.

In alternative embodiments, the same effect can be achieved with the first connection 31 on the heat exchanger part 2 and the second connection 32 on the fan part 1.

To further improve the connection stability, as shown in fig. 3 to 6, in some embodiments, the second connecting member 32 includes a box cover structure provided with hooks. The box cover structure can improve the contact area of the clamping hook and the clamping groove, improve the fastening force and improve the connection stability and reliability.

To ensure that the lid structure can be stably snapped onto the first connector 31, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, two sidewalls of the first connector 31 are configured as flat surfaces to mate with the side panels of the lid structure.

In order to press the second connecting member 32 to be engaged with the first connecting member 31, as shown in fig. 3 to 6, in some embodiments, a portion of the second connecting member 32 away from the hook is provided with a recess 33 for pressing.

In order to improve the positioning reliability, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the air conditioner further includes a positioning pin structure 4 for positioning when the fan component 1 and the heat exchanger component 2 are assembled, and the positioning pin structure 4 enables the fan component 1 and the heat exchanger component 2 to be accurately positioned when assembled, and the assembled components do not move, so that the structural stability is improved. In the embodiments, the accuracy and stability of the connection between the fan component 1 and the heat exchanger component 2 are ensured by the combined action of the buckle locking structure 3 and the positioning pin structure 4, and meanwhile, the convenience of assembly is improved.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments, the positioning pin structure 4 includes a positioning hole 41 provided on the fan part 1 and a positioning pin 42 provided on the heat exchanger part 2. The fan component 1 and the heat exchanger component 2 are respectively provided with positioning holes 41 and positioning pins 42 which are the same in number and correspond in position. In some alternative embodiments, the positioning holes 41 are provided on the heat exchanger part 2 and the positioning pins 42 are provided on the fan part 1, which achieves the same effect.

When the air conditioner is installed, the fan component 1 and the heat exchanger component 2 can be installed at required positions one by one, and the installation sequence is not limited. After the fan component 1 and the heat exchanger component 2 are installed, the other component is connected with the installed component in a positioning mode through the positioning hole 41 and the positioning pin 42. The positioning hole 41 and the positioning pin 42 have the same diameter, and after the positioning hole is matched with the positioning pin 42, the fan component 1 and the heat exchanger component 2 can be prevented from moving along the radial direction of the positioning pin 42.
