Two sections of metal parts of a protection connecting piece (shown in attached figures 1 and 2) commonly used on a relay protection device in the prior art are exposed, the relay protection device in the prior art comprises a rotating column 11, an installation column 12, a tightening nut 121, an installation seat 122, a connecting piece 13 and an installation bayonet 131, the first end of the connecting piece 13 is rotatably installed on the rotating column 11, the installation bayonet 131 is arranged at the second end of the connecting piece 13, during connection, the second end of the connecting piece 13 is clamped between the tightening nut 121 and the installation seat 122 through the installation bayonet 131 and then connected through the tightening nut 121; the device has the risk of mistakenly touching adjacent connected pieces or getting an electric shock when the protection connected pieces are thrown and withdrawn and the like, the throwing and withdrawing operation of the connected pieces 13 is more complicated and time-consuming through the elastic nuts 121, and the loose of the elastic nuts possibly causes bad contact of the connected pieces when the protection device operates, so that the action of the protection device is influenced.

Therefore, a portable relay protection link needs to be developed to solve the above problems.

when the connecting piece is put in, the movable connecting piece is transversely rotated and pushed in from the opening between the upper fixed connecting piece and the lower fixed connecting piece, after rotation, under the action of the resilience force of the elastic piece, the first end of the movable connecting piece is clamped into the upper limiting piece group, and the second end of the movable connecting piece is clamped into the lower limiting piece group.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

the position of the movable connecting piece is adjusted through rotation of the knob, the movable connecting piece can be pushed in from an opening between the upper fixed connecting piece and the lower fixed connecting piece when the knob is pressed downwards through the matching effect of the knob, the connecting rod and the elastic piece, then the movable connecting piece is rotated, and then hands are loosened to clamp the two ends of the fixed connecting piece into the upper limiting piece group and the lower limiting piece group respectively; and poor contact caused by loosening possibly caused by adopting the nut for fixing is also avoided.

a lower fixing link 23; the upper fixing connecting piece 22 and the lower fixing connecting piece 23 are both formed into an L shape, and the first end of the upper fixing connecting piece 22 and the first end of the lower fixing connecting piece 23 are both connected with the panel 21 of the screen cabinet; an opening for transversely pushing the movable connecting piece 26 is formed between the second end of the upper fixed connecting piece 22 and the second end of the lower fixed connecting piece 23;

a lower limiting sheet set 25; the lower limiting sheet group 25 is arranged on the inner side of the second end of the lower fixing connecting sheet 23;

a movable connecting piece 26; the middle part of the inner surface of the movable connecting piece 26 is connected with the first end of the connecting rod 28;

a knob 27; the knob 27 is fixed on the middle part of the outer surface of the movable connecting piece 26;

a connecting rod 28;

an elastic member; the second end of the connecting rod 28 is connected with the panel 21 of the screen cabinet through an elastic piece;

when the connecting piece is put in, the movable connecting piece 26 is transversely rotated and pushed in from the opening between the upper fixed connecting piece 22 and the lower fixed connecting piece 23, after rotation, under the effect of the resilience force of the elastic piece, the first end of the movable connecting piece 26 is clamped into the upper limiting piece group 24, and the second end of the movable connecting piece 26 is clamped into the lower limiting piece group 25.

As shown in fig. 3, the elastic member is a spring 29.

As shown in fig. 5, a second threaded section 282 is disposed at a position, close to the second end, of the connecting rod 28, the second limit nut 285 is in threaded connection with the second threaded section 282, a limit block 283 is disposed at an end portion of the second end of the connecting rod 28, a first through hole is disposed on the panel 21 of the screen cabinet, a diameter of the limit block 283 is larger than that of the first through hole, the second end of the connecting rod 28 passes through the first through hole, the limit block 283 is disposed on an inner surface of the panel 21 of the screen cabinet, and the spring 29 is disposed between an outer surface of the panel 21 of the screen cabinet and an end surface of the second limit nut 285.

As shown in fig. 5, a first threaded section 281 is disposed at a first end of the connecting rod 28, a second through hole is disposed at a center of the movable connecting piece 26, a screw hole is disposed at a center of the knob 27, a first limit nut 284 is in threaded connection with the first threaded section 281, the first end of the connecting rod 28 passes through the second through hole and then is screwed into the screw hole, and the movable connecting piece 26 is clamped and mounted between the knob 27 and the first limit nut 284.

As shown in fig. 6, the upper limiting sheet set 24 and the lower limiting sheet set 25 both include two limiting sheets, a slot is formed between the two limiting sheets, and two ends of the movable connecting sheet 26 are respectively clamped into the two slots when the connecting sheet is put into the slot.

As shown in fig. 7, an indication line 271 is provided on the surface of the knob 27.

As shown in fig. 3, the first end of the upper fixing piece 22 and the first end of the lower fixing piece 23 are connected to the cabinet panel 21 through the insulating sleeve 210.

It should be noted that: the contact parts of the upper fixed connecting sheet 22 and the lower fixed connecting sheet 23 and the movable connecting sheet 26 are exposed metal parts, and the rest parts of the upper fixed connecting sheet 22, the lower fixed connecting sheet 23 and the movable connecting sheet 26 are wrapped by insulating sleeves 210 or insulating sleeves.
