10. The integrated screw drop-free wire holder as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the bottom plate, the longitudinal partition, the transverse partition and the frame of the insulating base are of an integrated structure.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a wire holder, in particular to an integrated wire holder with a screw not falling off.

Background

Common wire holders are more in the same kind of products. The wire holders can be conveniently combined into different numbers of poles from two poles to a plurality of poles according to actual requirements. Such wire holders are generally composed of an insulating base, a wire frame, a conductive plate, a wire screw, and the like. Conventional products have more or less such undesirable concerns or disadvantages.

The traditional screw does not fall off the wire holder, a combined structure is adopted among all levels, and if a wire frame is combined with an elastic pressing sheet, the condition that the combination between the two levels is loosened easily occurs, meanwhile, due to the combined structure, one more assembly process is needed, the material consumption is increased, and the automatic and rapid production is difficult to realize; in addition, the conventional wire holder has a large volume without dropping a screw, and the requirements of miniaturization and energy conservation in the market are difficult to meet.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to design an integrated wire holder with a non-falling screw, breaks through the traditional one-piece assembling mode of the wire holder with the non-falling screw and the structural mode of the wire holder with the larger volume of the existing non-falling screw, and also meets the requirements of miniaturization and energy conservation in the market.

Preferably, the cross section of the top cover is T-shaped, the top cover comprises a top plate and an inserting plate in the center of the bottom surface of the top plate, two sides of the top plate are bent downwards to form fixing parts corresponding to the power side chamber and the load side chamber respectively, and the inner side surfaces of the fixing parts are provided with hook parts; the center of the transverse partition plate is provided with an inserting groove for inserting the top cover inserting plate along the axial direction, and the center of the upper part of the inner side surface of the transverse partition plate in the power side cavity and the load side cavity is provided with a fixed hook part matched with the hook part of the inner side surface of the top cover top plate fixing part.

Preferably, a groove for inserting the top cover is formed in the center of the upper end face of the longitudinal partition plate.

Preferably, two sides of the bottom cover in the length direction respectively extend upwards to form a fixed hook corresponding to the power side chamber and the load side, and correspondingly, two sides of the frame body on the bottom surface of the bottom plate are respectively provided with an insertion hole for fixing the fixed hook.

according to the invention, two supporting parts are arranged on each base plate penetrating through the wiring locking screw to be matched with the spring on the insulating base bottom plate fixing column, and the top cover is in limit matching, so that the integrated screw does not fall off, the chip assembly form of the traditional screw falling-off-free wire holder is broken, the structural form of the traditional wire holder with larger volume without falling off of the screw is broken, and the requirements of miniaturization and energy conservation in the market are met.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1 to 11, the integrated screw non-dropping wire holder of the present invention includes,

the insulating base 1 comprises, in combination,

a bottom plate 11, on which a plurality of longitudinal partition plates 12 are arranged in parallel at intervals, and a plurality of parallel independent compartments 101 are formed on the bottom plate 11 along the length direction; a frame body 13 is arranged on the bottom surface of the bottom plate 11;

the transverse partition plate 14 is inserted in the middle of the longitudinal partition plate 12 at intervals in parallel, and divides the compartment into a plurality of corresponding power supply side chambers and load side chambers along the width direction of the bottom plate, and the bottom plates 11 corresponding to the power supply side chambers and the load side chambers are respectively provided with an installation platform 111; a gap is kept between the bottom surface of the transverse clapboard 14 and the upper end surface of the mounting platform 111 to form a channel 102 penetrating through the front and the rear; a fixing groove 1111 is formed in the center of the upper end face of the mounting platform 111, and a through hole 1112 for inserting a wiring locking screw is formed in the center of the bottom in the fixing groove 1111; through holes 1113 and 1114 (taking the side of the power side chamber as an example, the same applies below) are respectively arranged on two sides of the mounting platform 111 on the bottom plate 11 corresponding to the power side chamber and the load side chamber, which are close to the side of the transverse partition plate 12;

a plurality of terminal boards 3, wherein the terminal boards 3 are inserted into the insulating base 1 from a load side chamber or a power side chamber through a channel 102 below a transverse partition 14 and are lapped on a mounting platform 111 in the power side chamber and the load side chamber; two sides of the terminal board 3 along the length direction are respectively provided with a connecting through hole 31, 32, and two side surfaces of the middle part of the terminal board 3 are respectively provided with a slot 33, 34 corresponding to the through holes 1113, 1114 on the two sides of the mounting platform 111;

the terminal board comprises a plurality of terminal locking screws 4, nuts 5 and corresponding backing plates 6, wherein the center of each backing plate 6 is provided with a connecting through hole 61 for the terminal locking screw 4 to pass through, one side of each backing plate 6 is bent downwards and extends to form two supporting parts 62 and 62 ', the two supporting parts 62 and 62 ' respectively pass through slots 33 and 34 on two side surfaces of the middle part of the terminal board 3 and through holes 1113 and 1114 of the mounting platform 111, the end parts of the supporting parts 62 and 62 ' are abutted against the upper end of the spring 2, and the bent part on one side of each backing plate 6 is limited by the outer side edge of the top cover 15; the nut 5 is arranged in a fixing groove 1111 in the center of the upper end face of the mounting platform 111, and the lower portion of the wiring locking screw 4 penetrates through the base plate 6, the wiring terminal plate 3 and the nut 5 and is locked by the nut 5.

Referring to fig. 11, the top cover 15 has a T-shaped cross section, and includes a top plate 151 and an insert plate 152 at the center of the bottom surface thereof, and two sides of the top plate 151 are respectively bent downward to form fixing portions 1511, 1512 corresponding to the power side chamber and the load side chamber, and hook portions 15111, 15121 are disposed on inner side surfaces of the fixing portions 1511, 1512; the center of the transverse partition 14 is provided with an inserting groove 141 for inserting the top cover 15 along the axial direction, and the centers of the upper parts of the inner sides of the transverse partition 14 in the power side chamber and the load side chamber are provided with fixing hook parts 142 and 142' matched with the hook parts 15111 and 15121 of the inner sides of the fixing parts 1511 and 1512 of the top plate 151 of the top cover 15.

Preferably, a groove 121 for inserting the top cover 15 is formed in the center of the upper end surface of the longitudinal partition 12.

Preferably, two longitudinal sides of the bottom cover 16 extend upward to form fixing hooks 162 and 162 ' corresponding to the power side chamber and the load side chamber, and two corresponding insertion holes 131 and 131 ' for fixing the fixing hooks 162 and 162 ' are provided on two sides of the frame 13 on the bottom surface of the bottom plate 11.

Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the bottom surface of the bottom plate 11 is provided with guide sleeves 1115 and 1116 corresponding to the through holes 1113 and 1114 for the support portions 62 and 62' of the tie plate 6 to pass through, and the inner walls of the two sides of the guide sleeve 1115 are provided with guide grooves 11151 and 11152.

Preferably, the bottom plate, the longitudinal partition plate, the transverse partition plate and the frame body of the insulating base are of an integrated structure.
