In the rotating process of the rotating shaft 4, the sliding end 7 gradually extends out of the fixed end 6 under the action of centrifugal force, when the rotating speed of the rotating shaft 4 is low, the sliding distance of the sliding end 7 is short, when the rotating speed of the rotating shaft 4 is high, the sliding distance of the sliding end 7 is long, and when the rear end (the end, away from the rotating shaft 4, of the sliding end 7) of the sliding end 7 slides to the front end of the sliding groove 61, the sliding end 7 does not slide outwards any more, and meanwhile, the elastic piece is in an extending state under the pulling of the sliding end 7. The movement of the sliding end 7 drives the cleaning piece 71 to move on the shell 1, and the cleaning piece 71 wipes the shell 1 to clean the shell 1. The difference from the first embodiment is that in the present embodiment, the connecting frame 2 is further provided with a limiting frame matched with the shape of the housing 1, and after the sliding end 7 slides out of the fixed end 6, the front end of the sliding end 7 abuts against the limiting frame. In this embodiment, taking the rectangular housing 1 as an example, the limiting frame is a rectangular frame.
