The deflection cleaning device comprises a driving motor 3, two groups of front supporting mechanisms and two groups of rear supporting mechanisms.

The dough mixer main body 4 is supported on a base surface through two groups of front supporting mechanisms and two groups of rear supporting mechanisms, the two groups of front supporting mechanisms are respectively arranged on two sides of the dough mixer main body 4 in the width direction, each front supporting mechanism comprises a front supporting leg 11 and a hinge base 12, the upper end of each front supporting leg 11 is fixed with the bottom of the front side of the dough mixer main body 4 in the length direction through a bolt, the lower end of each front supporting leg 11 is hinged with the hinge base 12, and the hinge bases 12 are fixed on an underframe 13 (base surface) through bolts;

The driving motor 3 is a motor with double output shafts, two output shafts of the driving motor 3 are respectively connected with input shafts of the speed reducers 22 in the two groups of rear supporting mechanisms, the driving motor 3 is fixedly connected to the foundation surface, and the output shaft of the driving motor 3 is connected with the input shaft of the speed reducer 22 through a coupler.

When the dough mixer is normally used, the driving motor 3 is started, the driving motor 3 drives the speed reducers 22 of the two groups of rear supporting mechanisms to synchronously operate, the screw rods 21a of the two groups of rear supporting mechanisms synchronously rotate to enable the nuts 21c to move up and down, and finally the dough mixer main body 4 is kept horizontal.

When the dough mixer needs to be cleaned, the driving motor 3 is started reversely, the driving motor 3 drives the speed reducers 22 of the two groups of rear supporting mechanisms to run synchronously, and the screw rods 21a of the two groups of rear supporting mechanisms rotate synchronously to enable the nuts 21c to move downwards to the lowest positions, so that the lowest end of the dough mixer main body 4 can be lowered to 285mm, and the residual flour surface in the cylinder and the cover at the dead angle can be cleaned more easily.

In this process, flour-mixing machine main part 4 uses articulated seat 12 of two sets of preceding supporting mechanism as the rotation of axle to flour-mixing machine main part 4 realizes the rotation of self angle through the rotating assembly of two sets of back supporting mechanism, and flour-mixing machine main part 4 realizes its a small amount of displacements at length direction through the sliding assembly of two sets of back supporting mechanism.
