04. the inserting plate 102 enters the inside of the main body 1 to be in contact with the bottoms of the two turnover plates 304, the turnover plates 304 are limited and fixed, the fixing block 103 is inserted into the supporting groove 302 to be fixed, and the connecting head 204 is inserted into the connecting groove 303 to be fixedly connected, so that the assembling process of the device is completed.

As another implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, when the height of the main body 1 does not need to be adjusted, the top block 108 does not need to be installed, so that the use cost is saved, and after the bolt is tightened, the fixture block 107 can be directly fixed in the inner portion of the adjustment groove 105 in a limiting manner, so as to directly fix the main body 1.

When in use: when the device is needed, the four jacking blocks 108 can be controlled to be sleeved inside the four clamping blocks 107 through manpower, then the four clamping blocks 107 are controlled to be embedded inside the four adjusting grooves 105, then bolts penetrate through round holes of the clamping blocks 107 to be connected with a wall body, the jacking blocks 108 are in contact with the inside of the adjusting grooves 105, the jacking blocks 108 are not pressed, the bolts are not screwed, then the upper end and the lower end of the main body 1 are knocked, the position of the main body 1 can be adjusted up and down, the installation position of the box body 3 is further adjusted, after the position is adjusted, the bolts are screwed, the rectangular blocks of the clamping blocks 107 can be embedded inside the clamping grooves 106, the main body 1 is further stably connected, then the connecting head 204 is controlled to rotate to be in a horizontal state, then the box body 3 is inverted, dry powder is added inside a jacking bin of the box body 3, then the turning plate 304 is controlled to be closed, the baffle plate 306 is inserted, and the baffle plate 306 can temporarily block the turning plate 304, the turnover plate 304 is not turned over, and then the box body 3 is controlled to be reset and installed, so that the plug board 102 can be inserted into the slot 301, then, the case 3 is pressed, so that the fixing block 103 can be inserted into the supporting groove 302 for fixing, the connecting head 204 can be inserted into the connecting groove 303 for connecting, the flap 306 is then pulled out to close the insert plate 102 supporting the flap plate 304, and after a prolonged period of use of the cabinet 3, when the fixing block 103 is damaged and the top end of the box body 3 is separated, the connector 204 can contact with the box body 3, so that the connecting rod 2 is stressed to enable the box body 3 to be pulled and fixed for the second time, and meanwhile, the stress block 201 compresses the spring to enable the box body 3 to buffer the impact force generated when the box body falls, meanwhile, the plug board 102 is pulled out from the inside of the slot 301, so that the limit of the turnover board 304 can be relieved, dry powder at the top end of the turnover board 304 can fall down, and the phenomenon of fire on a line is avoided.
