Background

The large-area burn patient can lie on the suspension bed for treatment. The suspension bed utilizes air flow to blow suspension media, such as silica sand particles and the like, so that a patient lying on the bed is uniformly stressed, and the recovery of wound surfaces is facilitated. The suspension bed can be heated, and the air flow also has drying effect, so that the wound surface of the burn patient is dried, the infection is reduced, and the recovery is promoted.

When a patient lies on the suspension bed, the limbs of the patient are required to be stretched, so that the skin of the whole body is not contacted with each other as much as possible, and the patient can recover. Because the air current of suspension bed lasts and applys the effort to patient's health, patient's four limbs can slide to the health gradually sometimes, and the final is gathered together with the truck together, influences the surface of a wound and resumes, needs nursing staff to resume patient to the state that four limbs separately extended at this moment, and this has just increased nursing staff work load, and patient's truck four limbs are drawn in repeatedly and are opened, and the skin surface of a wound is adhesion separation repeatedly, is unfavorable for surface of a wound skin to resume, increases patient's misery.

To prevent the limbs of the patient from closing to the trunk, people are relied on to watch at present, the body position of the patient is adjusted manually in time, medical care manpower resources are occupied, and the operation is very inconvenient.

Detailed Description

The following description is presented to disclose the invention so as to enable any person skilled in the art to practice the invention. The preferred embodiments in the following description are given by way of example only, and other obvious variations will occur to those skilled in the art.

In order to solve the technical problem that the limbs and the trunk of a patient on a suspension bed gradually get together along with the lapse of time, as shown in fig. 1, the following technical scheme is provided:

a suspension bed capable of controlling the posture of a patient comprises,

a bed body 1;

the bed surface 2 is covered on the bed body 1, and the edge of the bed surface 2 is hermetically connected with the bed body 1;

the suspension medium is filled between the bed body 1 and the bed surface 2;

the output end of the airflow generator penetrates through the bed body 1 and is arranged towards the bed surface 2, and the airflow generator is used for outputting airflow to the suspension medium to enable the bed surface 2 to generate a supporting force which is enough for suspending a patient and preventing the patient from being in contact with the bed body 1;

the bed surface 2 is composed of a plurality of cloth pieces 2a which are closely connected with each other, wherein the cloth pieces 2a which are positioned between the two arms and the trunk and between the two legs of the patient have the extensibility that can be protruded upwards from other cloth pieces 2 a.

Specifically, the suspension medium is mainly silica sand particles, the airflow generator is mainly an air compressor, and after the airflow generator works, the silica sand particles move randomly between the bed body 1 and the bed surface 2, so that the bed surface 2 is supported by the silica sand particles to be suspended on the bed surface 2.

The patient lies on bed surface 2, and the position between patient's both arms and the truck, between the both legs receives convex cloth 2 a's influence for patient's both arms and truck can't contact, and patient's both legs can't contact, thereby make patient's position can not take place the unfavorable change to the patient, need not special person on duty.

Further:

in order to solve the technical problem that the bed surface 2 is positioned at the part between the two arms and the trunk and between the two legs of the patient and protrudes out of other parts all the time, the suspension bed loses the due function of uniformly applying force to all parts of the patient, as shown in fig. 2, the following technical scheme is provided:

the bed is characterized by further comprising a control system and a visual detection module 5, wherein the visual detection module 5 is hung right above the bed surface 2, and the visual detection module 5 and the airflow generator are in communication connection with the control system.

Specifically, the visual detection module 5 is mainly composed of a CCD camera, the CCD camera is suspended right above the bed body 1 through a bracket, the CCD camera converts a detected target into an image signal and then transmits the image signal to the image processing system, the image processing system converts information such as pixel distribution, brightness, color and the like into digital signals, various operations are performed on the signals to extract characteristics of the target, such as area, number, position and length, and results including size, angle, number, qualification/disqualification, presence/absence and the like are output according to preset allowance and other conditions, thereby realizing an automatic identification function.

The control system takes a picture of the patient in real time through the visual detection module 5, then judges the posture of the patient according to the picture, and in an initial state, the airflow generator works at about 70 percent of power, and when the patient does not lie on the bed surface 2, all the cloth pieces 2a of the bed surface 2 have the same height; after the patient lies on the bed surface 2, the patient is stressed as the same as the common suspension bed; when the control system finds that the two arms and the trunk of the patient or the two legs of the patient have the tendency of approaching to each other through the visual detection module 5, the control system sends a signal to the airflow generator, the airflow generator works at 100% power, so that the cloth pieces 2a positioned between the two arms and the trunk of the patient and between the two legs of the patient on the bed surface 2 are protruded above the other cloth pieces 2a, further the two arms and the trunk of the patient are far away, and the two legs of the patient are far away from each other, thereby recovering the posture of the patient; after the recovery is completed, the airflow generator recovers about 70% of the output power.

Further:

in order to solve the technical problem of how the control system judges that the two arms and the trunk of the patient or the two legs of the patient have the tendency of getting closer, as shown in fig. 2, the following technical solutions are provided:

the control system comprises a human-computer interaction device and an industrial host, and the human-computer interaction device and the visual detection module 5 are in communication connection with the industrial host.

Specifically, the human-computer interaction device is a control panel arranged at the side of the bed body 1, after the medical staff puts the patient on the bed surface 2, the medical staff puts the body of the patient to a proper posture, then the medical staff sends a photographing instruction to the industrial host computer through the control panel, the industrial host computer takes a picture of the patient as an initial posture through the visual detection module 5, then the industrial host computer takes a picture of the patient at intervals, and compares the picture taken later with the initial picture, it is determined whether the posture of the patient needs to be adjusted, for example, when the difference between the patient posture in the later picture and the patient posture in the initial picture exceeds 15%, the industrial host computer immediately sends a full-power working signal to the airflow generator.

Further:

in order to solve the technical problem of how to make the part of the cloth pieces 2a forming the bed surface 2 have the extensibility which can be protruded upwards from other cloth pieces 2a, the following technical proposal is provided.

In the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 3:

the cloth 2a that is located between patient's both arms and the truck, between the both legs passes through elastic connection spare 3 and bed body 1 fixed connection, and other cloth 2a pass through flexible connection spare 4 and bed body 1 fixed connection, and under elastic connection spare 3 the stress-free state, elastic connection spare 3's length equals flexible connection spare 4's length, is provided with a plurality of through-holes 1a that run through bed body 1 on the bed body 1.

Specifically, the elastic connecting piece 3 is a tension spring, the flexible connecting piece 4 is a rope, and the airflow generator outputs airflow between the bed body 1 and the bed surface 2 through the through hole 1 a.

When the airflow generator outputs about 70 percent of power, the suspension medium between the bed body 1 and the bed surface 2 moves irregularly under the action of airflow, so that the bed surface 2 is suspended and has the performance of supporting the weight of a patient, and at the moment, the heights of all the cloth pieces 2a forming the bed surface 2 are the same.

When the airflow generator outputs full power, the cloth 2a fixedly connected with the bed body 1 through the flexible connecting piece 4 keeps the original position, and the cloth 2a fixedly connected with the bed body 1 through the elastic connecting piece 3 overcomes the resilience force of the elastic connecting piece 3 and protrudes upwards, so that the height of the cloth is higher than that of other cloth 2 a.

Example two, as shown in fig. 4:

a partition cloth 2b extending to the bed body 1 along the edge of each cloth 2a is arranged between the bed surface 2 and the bed body 1, each cloth 2a and the bed body 1 form cavities which are not communicated with each other through the partition cloth 2b, a plurality of through holes 1a are arranged on the bed body 1, the through holes 1a are communicated with each cavity, and a regulating valve 1b communicated with an airflow generator is arranged on each through hole 1 a.

Specifically, the cavity between the bed body 1 and the bed surface 2 is divided into a plurality of independent parts by partition cloth 2b, each independent part supplies air through one or more independent adjusting valves 1b, each independent part is filled with suspension medium, the airflow generator supplies air to each independent cavity through each adjusting valve 1b, the adjusting valves 1b are in communication connection with a control system, when the control system judges that the posture of a patient needs to be adjusted, the adjusting valves 1b between the double arms and the trunk of the patient and between the double legs of the patient increase the flux of airflow, and the adjusting valves 1b at other parts reduce the flux of airflow, so that the cloth pieces 2a between the double arms and the trunk of the patient and between the double legs of the patient obviously protrude out of other cloth pieces 2 a.

Example three, as shown in fig. 5:

a plurality of through holes 1a are fully distributed on the bed body 1, and each through hole 1a is provided with a regulating valve communicated with an airflow generator.

Specifically, each regulating valve is in communication connection with the control system, the control system increases and decreases the flux of each regulating valve according to a preset program, so that the protrusion degree of each cloth is changed, and the cloth 2a between the two arms and the trunk and between the two legs of the patient has extensibility, so that the cloth is more easily protruded out of other cloth, and the function of adjusting the body position of the patient is achieved. Compared with the scheme, the scheme saves materials and has low production cost, but the control system needs to carry out a large amount of machine learning to obtain the optimal working procedure, and the control system cannot be rapidly put into the market for use.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:

firstly, an airflow generator works at about 70 percent of power, a suspension medium between a bed body 1 and a bed surface 2 moves irregularly under the action of airflow, and the bed surface 2 is supported so as to be suspended right above the bed body 1;

step two, the patient is placed on the bed surface, each part of the patient is uniformly applied with force by the bed surface 2, and then the body of the patient is adjusted to a proper posture;

thirdly, operating the control panel, taking a picture of the patient by the visual detection module 5, and recording the initial posture of the patient;

step four, the vision detection module 5 takes a picture of the patient once every a period of time, the industrial computer identifies the posture of the patient through an image signal sent by the vision detection module 5, and compares the posture of the patient with the initial posture, if the difference between the posture of the patient and the initial posture is large, the step five is executed;

and step five, sending a signal to the regulating valve by the industrial computer, and regulating the gas flow rate by the regulating valve, so that the cloth pieces 2a positioned between the two arms and the trunk of the patient and between the two legs of the patient are obviously protruded out of the other cloth pieces 2a, and the posture of the patient is recovered towards the initial posture.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. according to the invention, the cloth pieces 2a positioned between the two arms and the trunk and between the two legs of the patient are replaced by the cloth with extensibility, so that the air flow generator can be protruded out of other cloth pieces 2a by changing the output power of the air flow generator, the gradually closed body position of the patient is recovered by utilizing the protruded shape of the air flow generator, and the technical problem that the limbs and the trunk of the patient on the suspension bed are gradually closed together along with the lapse of time is solved.

2. According to the suspended bed, the visual detection module 5 suspended in the air is arranged on the bed surface 2 to photograph a patient in real time, and then the control system is used for judging the body position of the patient and whether the body position needs to be restored to the initial posture or not, so that the surface of the bed surface 2 is flat under a normal condition, and the surface part of the bed surface 2 is convex under a necessary condition, and the technical problem that the suspended bed loses the due function of uniformly applying force to all parts of the patient due to the fact that the part of the bed surface 2 between the double arms and the trunk of the patient and between the double legs is always protruded above other parts is solved.

3. The invention uses a plurality of elastic connecting pieces 3 and flexible connecting pieces 4 to pull the cloth pieces 2a at different positions, and the cloth pieces 2a at different positions have different extensibility due to the difference of the extensibility of the elastic connecting pieces 3 and the flexible connecting pieces 4, thereby solving the technical problem of how to enable part of the cloth pieces 2a forming the bed surface 2 to have extensibility which can be protruded upwards from other cloth pieces 2 a.

4. According to the invention, the partition cloth 2b is used for partitioning the air flow communication among the cloth pieces 2a, so that each cloth piece 2a forms an independent cavity with the bed body 1 through the partition cloth 2b, and then the flow of air introduced into each cavity is regulated by the regulating valve 1b, thereby solving the technical problem of how to enable part of the cloth pieces 2a forming the bed surface 2 to have ductility capable of protruding upwards from other cloth pieces 2 a.

The foregoing shows and describes the general principles, essential features, and advantages of the invention. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, which are merely illustrative of the principles of the invention, but that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, which fall within the scope of the invention as claimed.
