本发明的目的是利用机动瞬拉原理，来拉动人体运动，从而使人消耗很少的体力就能达到壮腰强 肾的效果。

本发明的目的是这样来实现的：人躺在床上通过人脚1和绳子2连接在一起，而绳子的另一头得 固定在小圆柱体转轴3上，小圆柱体转轴3得固定在重物4上，重物4固定在由钢线支撑的大钢圈5上， 铁机子6起到固定由钢线支撑的大钢圈5的作用，由钢线支撑的大钢圈5通过三角皮带7和小皮带轮8连 接在一起，小皮带轮8由手电钻9夹紧，铁架子10起到连接固定铁机子6和手电钻9的作用，当手电钻9 起动的时候，通过小皮带轮8就带动了连着三角皮带7的由钢线支撑的大钢圈5，由钢线支撑的大钢圈5 通过固定在重物4上的小圆柱体转轴3，带动通过绳子2连接着的人脚1，从而带着人体做运动，由于由 钢线支撑的大钢圈一边有大约19斤的重物，一边没有，使得由钢线支撑的大钢圈转速时快时慢，使得人 体某瞬间的受到的拉力达到1200牛左右，人体的腰部、肾部从而得到了充分的锻炼。瞬拉能使人体阻塞 的肾经脉渐渐地疏通，从而使肾变得越来越强壮，肾强壮了，对于高血压、近视、胃胀胃痛、很多皮肤病 都有很好的恢复作用(已有实例)。

当电钻机9起动后，通过由电钻机9夹紧的小皮带轮8，从而带动了通过三角皮带7和小皮带轮 8连接在一起的由钢线支撑的大钢圈5，由钢线支撑的大钢圈5有重物4的一边得固定着小圆柱体转轴3， 小圆柱体转轴3得通过绳子2和人脚1连接在一起，由钢线支撑的大钢圈5一转动，就带动了固定在重物 4上的小圆柱体转轴3，小圆柱体转轴3一转动就通过和绳子2连接在一起的人脚1，从而带动了人体做运 动。
