1. A method for installing cathodes and anodes of an electric dust collector is characterized by comprising the following steps:

installing an inlet horn of an electric dust remover and an outlet horn of the electric dust remover;

vertically erecting an anode plate row packing box with an anode plate row head facing upwards and a tail facing downwards, and fixing the anode plate row packing box on a steel bracket at the lower part of an electric dust collector, wherein the anode plate row packing box is internally provided with an anode plate row;

vertically hanging the anode plate row out of the anode plate row packaging box, checking the flatness of the anode plate row, and hanging the anode plate row into an electric field after the anode plate row is qualified;

suspending the anode plate row on a top beam of the electric dust collector;

hoisting the anode plate row to a hook of a transfer trolley by using a tower crane, and transferring the anode plate row to an anode plate row hoisting position by using the transfer trolley;

fixing the anode plate row on the anode plate row hanging;

vertically hoisting the cathode frame, checking the flatness of the cathode frame after hoisting, and hoisting the cathode frame into an electric field after the flatness is checked;

hoisting the cathode frames to hooks of a transfer trolley by using a tower crane, and transferring each cathode frame to the vicinity of a corresponding anode plate row by using the transfer trolley;

temporarily throwing and hanging the cathode frames on the anode plate rows by using iron wires, wherein one cathode frame is correspondingly thrown and hung on one anode plate row;

after the anode plate row and the cathode frame of one ash bucket partition are hoisted, welding a cathode hanging beam temporary support channel steel between top beams of the electric dust collector, adjusting the height of the cathode frame in a chain block mode, sleeving the cathode frame into a cathode anvil beam short pipe, and inserting a temporary bolt;

and finely adjusting the position of the cathode frame, and fixing the cathode frame on the cathode frame hanger after adjusting the cathode frame to a proper installation position.

The method of claim 1, wherein the erecting the anode plate row packing box vertically with the anode plate row head up and the anode plate row tail down comprises: vertically erecting an anode plate row packaging box by using an anode plate row turning tool according to the anode plate row with the head upwards and the tail downwards;

wherein the anode plate turning tool comprises a rectangular frame, a balance beam, a first fixed pulley, a second fixed pulley, a first hanging rope and a second hanging rope, the first fixed pulley and the second fixed pulley are respectively rotatably arranged at two sides of the balance beam, the first hanging rope is wound on the first fixed pulley, the second hanging rope is wound on the second fixed pulley, the lengths of the first hanging rope and the second hanging rope are consistent, the rectangular frame is configured into a structure sleeved with an anode plate row packing box, the rectangular frame comprises a first connecting frame and a second connecting frame, the first connecting frame is opposite to the second connecting frame, two ends of the first connecting frame are respectively provided with a first hanging contact and a second hanging contact, two ends of the second connecting frame are respectively provided with a third hanging contact and a fourth hanging contact, two ends of the first hanging rope are respectively connected with the first hanging contact and the second hanging contact, and two ends of the second hoisting connection rope are respectively connected with the third hoisting connection point and the fourth hoisting connection point.

4. The method of claim 1, wherein the hanging the anode plate row vertically out of the anode plate row packaging box, checking the flatness of the anode plate row, and hanging into an electric field after passing the inspection comprises:

vertically hanging the anode plate rows out of the anode plate row packaging box, checking the flatness of the anode plate rows, and hanging the qualified anode plate rows into an electric field; and correcting the anode plate row which is not qualified in the inspection, checking the flatness of the anode plate row after the correction, and hoisting the anode plate row into an electric field after the inspection is qualified.

The method of claim 1, wherein the hoisting the anode plate row to a hook of a transfer vehicle by a tower crane, and the transferring the anode plate row to the anode plate row hanging position by the transfer vehicle comprises: hoisting 6 rows of anode plate rows to hooks of a transfer trolley by using a tower crane each time, bundling the lower ends of the 6 rows of anode plate rows by using iron wires, drawing the lower ends of the 6 rows of anode plate rows by using a drawing rope, and transferring the 6 rows of anode plate rows to anode plate row hanging positions by using the transfer trolley.

6. The method of claim 1, wherein said vertically hoisting the cathode frame, checking the flatness of the cathode frame after hoisting, and hoisting the cathode frame into the electric field after passing the inspection, comprises: vertically hoisting the cathode frame, checking the flatness of the cathode frame after hoisting, and hoisting the qualified cathode frame into an electric field; and correcting the cathode frame which is not qualified, checking the flatness of the cathode frame after correction, and hoisting the cathode frame into an electric field after the cathode frame is qualified.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the transfer trolley comprises a cross beam and a hook, the hook is hooked on the cross beam, the hook is provided with a plurality of hooking holes, each hooking hole can be hooked with an anode plate row or a cathode frame, two sides of the cross beam are respectively provided with walking wheels, and the walking wheels at two sides can be respectively supported on two adjacent top beams of the electric dust remover.

8. The method as claimed in claim 7, wherein the number of the hooking holes provided in the hook is 6.

The method of claim 1, wherein the hoisting the cathode frames to hooks of a transfer vehicle by a tower crane, each cathode frame being transferred by the transfer vehicle to the vicinity of a corresponding anode plate row, comprises: and placing the cathode frame on the pulling frame, binding the tower crane steel wire rope on the upper opening of the cathode frame, standing the pulling frame to the vertical position, hoisting the cathode frame to a hook of a transfer trolley by using a tower crane when the pulling frame is lifted to the vertical position, and transferring each cathode frame to the vicinity of a corresponding anode plate row by using the transfer trolley.

10. The method of claim 1, wherein the cathode suspension beams of the same electric field temporarily support the channel steel at a uniform height.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of electric dust collectors, in particular to a method for installing cathodes and anodes of an electric dust collector.

Background

The electric dust collector is a necessary corollary equipment of a thermal power plant, and has the function of removing particle smoke dust in the smoke discharged by a boiler, thereby greatly reducing the smoke dust amount discharged into the atmosphere.

Referring to fig. 1, the operation principle of the electric dust collector can be summarized as that the flue gas enters through the inlet trumpet 110, passes through the anode plate row and the cathode frame suspended and fixed by the top beam 130, and is discharged from the outlet trumpet 120. When the flue gas passes through the anode plate row and the cathode frame, the particle smoke dust in the flue gas is adsorbed on the cathode frame, and the particle smoke dust on the cathode frame falls into the ash hopper 140 below the electric dust collector by striking the cathode frame at regular time. The anode plate rows are generally fixed on the top beam 130, the cathode frames are generally fixed on the cathode frame hangers on the top beam 130, and a plurality of top beams are arranged at intervals on the top of the electric dust collector.

The installation of the anode plate row and the cathode frame of the electric dust collector is one of the problems to be solved by the technical personnel of the electric construction.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the application provides a method for installing a cathode and an anode of an electric dust collector, and aims to solve the problem that an anode plate row and a cathode frame are inconvenient to install.

The embodiment of the application provides a cathode and anode installation method of an electric dust collector, which comprises the following steps: installing an inlet horn of an electric dust remover and an outlet horn of the electric dust remover; vertically erecting an anode plate row packing box with an anode plate row head facing upwards and a tail facing downwards, and fixing the anode plate row packing box on a steel bracket at the lower part of an electric dust collector, wherein the anode plate row packing box is internally provided with an anode plate row; vertically hanging the anode plate row out of the anode plate row packaging box, checking the flatness of the anode plate row, and hanging the anode plate row into an electric field after the anode plate row is qualified; suspending the anode plate row on a top beam of the electric dust collector; hoisting the anode plate row to a hook of a transfer trolley by using a tower crane, and transferring the anode plate row to an anode plate row hoisting position by using the transfer trolley; fixing the anode plate row on the anode plate row hanging; vertically hoisting the cathode frame, checking the flatness of the cathode frame after hoisting, and hoisting the cathode frame into an electric field after the flatness is checked; hoisting the cathode frames to hooks of a transfer trolley by using a tower crane, and transferring each cathode frame to the vicinity of a corresponding anode plate row by using the transfer trolley; temporarily throwing and hanging the cathode frames on the anode plate rows by using iron wires, wherein one cathode frame is correspondingly thrown and hung on one anode plate row; after the anode plate row and the cathode frame of one ash bucket partition are hoisted, welding a cathode hanging beam temporary support channel steel between top beams of the electric dust collector, adjusting the height of the cathode frame in a chain block mode, sleeving the cathode frame into a cathode anvil beam short pipe, and inserting a temporary bolt; and finely adjusting the position of the cathode frame, and fixing the cathode frame on the cathode frame hanger after adjusting the cathode frame to a proper installation position.

Optionally, the vertically standing anode plate row packaging box with the head of the anode plate row facing upwards and the tail of the anode plate row facing downwards comprises: vertically erecting an anode plate row packaging box by using an anode plate row turning tool according to the anode plate row with the head upwards and the tail downwards; wherein the anode plate turning tool comprises a rectangular frame, a balance beam, a first fixed pulley, a second fixed pulley, a first hanging rope and a second hanging rope, the first fixed pulley and the second fixed pulley are respectively rotatably arranged at two sides of the balance beam, the first hanging rope is wound on the first fixed pulley, the second hanging rope is wound on the second fixed pulley, the lengths of the first hanging rope and the second hanging rope are consistent, the rectangular frame is configured into a structure sleeved with an anode plate row packing box, the rectangular frame comprises a first connecting frame and a second connecting frame, the first connecting frame is opposite to the second connecting frame, two ends of the first connecting frame are respectively provided with a first hanging contact and a second hanging contact, two ends of the second connecting frame are respectively provided with a third hanging contact and a fourth hanging contact, two ends of the first hanging rope are respectively connected with the first hanging contact and the second hanging contact, and two ends of the second hoisting connection rope are respectively connected with the third hoisting connection point and the fourth hoisting connection point.

Optionally, before the anode plate row packing box is vertically erected with the anode plate row head up and the anode plate row tail down, the method further comprises: and reinforcing the bottom of the anode plate row packaging box.

Optionally, the anode plate row is vertically hung out of the anode plate row packaging box, the flatness of the anode plate row is checked, and the anode plate row is hung into an electric field after being qualified by inspection, and the method includes the following steps: vertically hanging the anode plate rows out of the anode plate row packaging box, checking the flatness of the anode plate rows, and hanging the qualified anode plate rows into an electric field; and correcting the anode plate row which is not qualified in the inspection, checking the flatness of the anode plate row after the correction, and hoisting the anode plate row into an electric field after the inspection is qualified.

Optionally, the hoisting the anode plate row to the hook of the transfer trolley by using the tower crane, and transferring the anode plate row to the anode plate row hanging position by using the transfer trolley comprises: hoisting 6 rows of anode plate rows to hooks of a transfer trolley by using a tower crane each time, bundling the lower ends of the 6 rows of anode plate rows by using iron wires, drawing the lower ends of the 6 rows of anode plate rows by using a drawing rope, and transferring the 6 rows of anode plate rows to anode plate row hanging positions by using the transfer trolley.

Optionally, the vertically hoisting the cathode frame, checking the flatness of the cathode frame after hoisting, and hoisting the cathode frame into an electric field after passing the inspection, includes: vertically hoisting the cathode frame, checking the flatness of the cathode frame after hoisting, and hoisting the qualified cathode frame into an electric field; and correcting the cathode frame which is not qualified, checking the flatness of the cathode frame after correction, and hoisting the cathode frame into an electric field after the cathode frame is qualified.

Optionally, the transfer trolley comprises a cross beam and a hook, the hook is hooked on the cross beam, a plurality of hooking holes are formed in the hook, each hooking hole can be used for hooking an anode plate row or a cathode frame, walking wheels are arranged on two sides of the cross beam respectively, and the walking wheels on the two sides can be supported on two adjacent top beams of the electric dust collector respectively.

Optionally, the number of the hooking holes arranged on the hook is 6.

Optionally, the hoisting the cathode frames to hooks of a transfer vehicle by using a tower crane, and transferring each cathode frame to the vicinity of a corresponding anode plate row by using the transfer vehicle, includes: and placing the cathode frame on the pulling frame, binding the tower crane steel wire rope on the upper opening of the cathode frame, standing the pulling frame to the vertical position, hoisting the cathode frame to a hook of a transfer trolley by using a tower crane when the pulling frame is lifted to the vertical position, and transferring each cathode frame to the vicinity of a corresponding anode plate row by using the transfer trolley.

Optionally, the heights of the cathode hanging beams temporarily supporting the channel steel in the same electric field are consistent.

The embodiment of the application adopts at least one technical scheme which can achieve the following beneficial effects:

in the embodiment of the application, the inlet horn and the outlet horn can be installed firstly, the anode plate row packaging box can be erected vertically, the anode plate row can be hung out of the anode plate row packaging box vertically, the flatness of the anode plate row is checked, the anode plate row is hung in an electric field after being checked to be qualified, the anode plate row can be hung on a top beam of an electric dust remover, the anode plate row can be hoisted to a hook of a transport vehicle by utilizing a tower crane, the anode plate row is transported to a hanging position of the anode plate row by utilizing the transport vehicle, and the anode plate row can be fixed on the anode plate row hanging. The cathode frame can be vertically hoisted, the flatness of the cathode frame is checked after the cathode frame is hoisted, and the cathode frame is hoisted into an electric field after the cathode frame is qualified; the cathode frames can be hoisted to hooks of a transfer trolley, and each cathode frame is transferred to the vicinity of a corresponding anode plate row by the transfer trolley; the cathode frame can be temporarily thrown and hung on the anode plate row, when the anode plate row and the cathode frame of one ash bucket partition are hoisted, a cathode hanging beam temporary supporting channel steel can be welded between top beams of the electric dust collector, the height of the cathode frame is adjusted, the cathode frame is sleeved at the short pipe of the cathode anvil beam, and a temporary bolt is inserted; the position of the cathode frame can be finely adjusted, and the cathode frame is fixed on the cathode frame hanger after being adjusted to a proper installation position. This in turn completes the installation of the anode plate rows and the cathode frame.

Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the hoisting the anode plate row to the hook of the transfer vehicle by using the tower crane, and the transporting the anode plate row to the anode plate row hoisting position by using the transfer vehicle may include: hoisting 6 rows of anode plate rows to hooks of a transfer trolley by using a tower crane each time, bundling the lower ends of the 6 rows of anode plate rows by using iron wires, drawing the lower ends of the 6 rows of anode plate rows by using a drawing rope, and transferring the 6 rows of anode plate rows to anode plate row hanging positions by using the transfer trolley. Of course, in other embodiments of the present application, other numbers of anode plate rows may be hoisted, for example, 4 rows, 5 rows, 7 rows, etc., which are not listed here.

Alternatively, referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment of the present application, the transfer vehicle may include a beam 410 and a hook 420, the hook 420 is hooked on the beam 410, the hook 420 is provided with a plurality of hooking holes 4201, each hooking hole 4201 may hook an anode plate row or a cathode frame, both sides of the beam 410 may be respectively provided with walking wheels 4101, and the walking wheels 4101 of both sides may be respectively supported on two adjacent top beams of the electric dust collector. That is, in an embodiment of the present application, the left road wheels 4101 may be supported on a top beam, and the right road wheels 4101 may be supported on a top beam adjacent to the top beam corresponding to the left road wheels 4101. In this way, the transport vehicle can move the anode plate rows or the cathode frames suspended in the suspension holes 4201 in the space between two adjacent top beams, in this way, the anode plate rows can be transported.

Alternatively, in the embodiment of the present application, the number of the hooking holes 4201 provided on the hook 420 may be 6. It should be noted that, in other embodiments of the present application, other manners may also be used to transport the anode plate row, for example, the anode plate row may be transported by directly using the hoisting device. Alternatively, the anode plate rows may be transported using other transport vehicles, not listed herein.

Step 212, the anode plate row is fixed on the anode plate row hanger.

In an embodiment of the present application, after the anode plate row is transported to the anode plate row hanging position, the anode plate row may be fixed on the anode plate row hanging position. Specifically, bolts may be used to secure the anode plate rows to the anode plate row hangers. In this way, the installation of the anode plate row can be completed.

And step 214, vertically hoisting the cathode frame, checking the flatness of the cathode frame after hoisting, and hoisting the cathode frame into an electric field after the flatness is qualified.

After the anode plate row is fixed on the anode plate row hanger, the cathode frame can be vertically hoisted, the flatness of the cathode frame is checked after the cathode frame is hoisted, and the cathode frame is hoisted into an electric field after the cathode frame is qualified. Of course, the cathode frame can also be vertically hoisted before the anode plate row is fixed on the anode plate row hanger, the flatness of the cathode frame is checked after the cathode frame is hoisted, and the cathode frame is hoisted into the electric field after the cathode frame is qualified.

Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, vertically hoisting the cathode frame, checking the flatness of the cathode frame after hoisting, and hoisting the cathode frame into the electric field after passing the inspection may include: vertically hoisting the cathode frame, checking the flatness of the cathode frame after hoisting, and hoisting the qualified cathode frame into an electric field; and correcting the cathode frame which is not qualified, checking the flatness of the cathode frame after correction, and hoisting the cathode frame into an electric field after the cathode frame is qualified.

And step 216, hoisting the cathode frames to hooks of a transfer trolley by using a tower crane, and transferring each cathode frame to the vicinity of a corresponding anode plate row by using the transfer trolley.

In the embodiment of the application, after the cathode frame is hung in the electric field, the cathode frame can be hung and transported to the hook of the transfer trolley by using the tower crane, and each cathode frame can be transferred to the vicinity of one corresponding anode plate row by the transfer trolley. Alternatively, the transfer vehicle may be a transfer vehicle in accordance with fig. 4.

Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, hoisting the cathode frames to hooks of a transfer vehicle by using a tower crane, and transferring each cathode frame to the vicinity of a corresponding anode plate row by the transfer vehicle may include: and placing the cathode frame on the pulling frame, binding the tower crane steel wire rope on the upper opening of the cathode frame, standing the pulling frame to the vertical position, hoisting the cathode frame to a hook of a transfer trolley by using a tower crane when the pulling frame is lifted to the vertical position, and transferring each cathode frame to the vicinity of a corresponding anode plate row by using the transfer trolley. Wherein the construction of the pulling frame may be similar to that of the anode gang plate turnover tool shown in fig. 3.

Step 218, temporarily suspending the cathode frames on the anode plate rows by using iron wires, wherein one cathode frame is correspondingly suspended on one anode plate row.

In the embodiment of the present application, after each cathode frame is transported to the vicinity of a corresponding anode plate row, the cathode frame can be temporarily hung on the anode plate row by using iron wires, wherein one cathode frame is correspondingly hung on one anode plate row.

Step 220, after the anode plate rows and the cathode frame of one ash bucket partition are hoisted, welding a cathode hanging beam temporary supporting channel steel between top beams of the electric dust collector, adjusting the height of the cathode frame in a chain block mode, sleeving the cathode frame into a cathode anvil beam short pipe, and inserting a temporary bolt.

In the embodiment of the application, after the anode plate row and the cathode frame of one ash bucket partition are hoisted, the cathode hanging beam temporary supporting channel steel can be welded between the top beams of the electric dust collector, the height of the cathode frame can be adjusted in a chain block mode, the cathode frame can be sleeved into the short pipe of the cathode anvil beam, and a temporary bolt can be inserted. Therefore, the position of the cathode frame can be finely adjusted in a follow-up manner by inserting the temporary plug, so that the cathode frame can be adjusted to a proper installation position.

Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, the heights of the cathode suspension beams temporarily supporting the channel steel for the same electric field may be uniform.

Step 222, fine-tuning the position of the cathode frame, adjusting the cathode frame to a proper installation position, and fixing the cathode frame on the cathode frame hanger.

In the embodiment of the application, after the cathode frame is sleeved into the short cathode anvil beam pipe and the temporary plug is inserted, the position of the cathode frame can be finely adjusted, and after the cathode frame is adjusted to a proper installation position, the cathode frame is fixed on the cathode frame hanger. In this way, the mounting of the cathode frame can be completed.

In this way, in the embodiment of the application, the inlet horn and the outlet horn can be installed firstly, the anode plate row packaging box can be erected vertically, the anode plate row can be hung out of the anode plate row packaging box vertically, the flatness of the anode plate row is checked, the anode plate row is hung in an electric field after being checked to be qualified, the anode plate row can be hung on a top beam of an electric dust remover, the anode plate row can be hoisted to a hook of a transport vehicle by utilizing a tower crane, the anode plate row is transported to a hanging position of the anode plate row by utilizing the transport vehicle, and the anode plate row can be fixed on the anode plate row hanging. The cathode frame can be vertically hoisted, the flatness of the cathode frame is checked after the cathode frame is hoisted, and the cathode frame is hoisted into an electric field after the cathode frame is qualified; the cathode frames can be hoisted to hooks of a transfer trolley, and each cathode frame is transferred to the vicinity of a corresponding anode plate row by the transfer trolley; the cathode frame can be temporarily thrown and hung on the anode plate row, when the anode plate row and the cathode frame of one ash bucket partition are hoisted, a cathode hanging beam temporary supporting channel steel can be welded between top beams of the electric dust collector, the height of the cathode frame is adjusted, the cathode frame is sleeved at the short pipe of the cathode anvil beam, and a temporary bolt is inserted; the position of the cathode frame can be finely adjusted, and the cathode frame is fixed on the cathode frame hanger after being adjusted to a proper installation position. This in turn completes the installation of the anode plate rows and the cathode frame.
