Background

The environment-friendly wall material can effectively reduce environmental pollution, saves production cost, has higher economic environmental significance, and mainly comprises light aggregate concrete blocks, perforated bricks, foamed concrete blocks and the like. The lightweight aggregate concrete block is a heat-insulating wall material formed by using cement and lightweight aggregate as main raw materials, using expanded perlite, ceramsite and expanded vermiculite as heat-insulating media and using cement as a cementing material. Although the lightweight aggregate concrete block has the advantages of light weight and good heat insulation performance, the lightweight aggregate concrete block still has the phenomena of low strength and wall cracking.

Erythritol is a novel fermentation type low-calorie sweetener produced by adopting advanced biotechnology and has a chemical name of 1,2,3, 4-erythritol. Based on the characteristics of low heat, small side effect and the like of the erythritol, the erythritol has wide application prospect in high-grade foods, cosmetics, medicine sugar coatings and flavoring agents. The main byproducts in the existing erythritol production process are waste thalli left after ceramic membrane filtration and waste mother liquor obtained after erythritol crystallization separation. The waste mother liquor is complex in component and high in viscosity, if high value-added components are extracted and utilized, the cost is increased, and if the high value-added components are directly discharged, the environment is polluted and resources are wasted, so that from the aspects of environmental protection, economy and social benefits, how to adopt an effective means to utilize the waste mother liquor and realize the resource utilization of the erythritol by-product is imperative.

At present, no report on the application of the erythritol mother liquor in preparing environment-friendly wall materials exists.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides the application of the erythritol mother liquor in the environment-friendly wall material, and the erythritol mother liquor is used for preparing the environment-friendly wall material after being treated, so that the strength and durability of the environment-friendly wall material are improved, the resource utilization of erythritol byproducts is realized, and the environment is protected.

(2) sodium pyrophosphate and diethylenetriamine pentamethylene sodium phosphate are added into the erythritol mother liquor and are compounded with erythritol, arabitol and other components in the erythritol mother liquor, so that the hydration heat of cement in the environment-friendly wall material is reduced, cracks caused by temperature stress are reduced, the microstructure of the cement is improved, the compactness is increased, the compressive strength of the wall material can be further improved, the heat storage performance of the environment-friendly wall material can be improved, and the durability is improved.

the erythritol mother liquor treatment method comprises the following steps: adding activated carbon with the mass-volume ratio of 2.0g/100mL into the erythritol waste mother liquor, heating to 80 ℃, keeping the temperature and decoloring for 30min, adjusting the pH to 4.0, then adding sodium pyrophosphate with the mass-volume ratio of 5g/100mL and diethylenetriamine pentamethylene sodium phosphate with the mass-volume ratio of 5g/100mL, stirring at 1200r/min for 40min, and mixing to obtain a treatment solution;

the environment-friendly wall material comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: the raw materials comprise 20 wt% of cement and 50 wt% of apparent density450~650Kg/m3Ceramsite with the particle size of 5-50 mm and the apparent density of 20 wt% of 300Kg/m3The following perlite, 6% is fly ash and 4% water.

Test example

The performance tests of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were carried out, and the specific results are shown in Table 1.
