sending the slurry of the decorative layer to a second die with decorative patterns on the lower die for second forming treatment so as to obtain the decorative layer with the decorative surface;

Background

The soft porcelain (MCM material) is a novel energy-saving low-carbon decorative material, is used as a wall surface decorative material, and has the characteristics of light weight, good flexibility, various appearance models, good weather resistance and the like; it is used as a ground decoration material and has the characteristics of wear resistance, skid resistance, comfortable foot feel and the like; the construction is simple and quick, the construction period is shortened compared with the traditional material, the space and the cost are saved, and the falling is not easy. The composite material is suitable for building decoration of outer walls, inner walls, ground and the like, and is particularly suitable for high-rise building outer facing projects, building outer facade decoration projects, city old city reconstruction outer wall plane materials, facing layers of outer heat insulation systems, and facing projects of different buildings such as arc walls, arch columns and the like. Compared with ceramic tiles, the soft porcelain has excellent flexibility, but the bending resistance of the soft porcelain prepared by the existing process needs to be improved, and the automatic production capacity of the soft porcelain also needs to be improved.

Disclosure of Invention

Therefore, one object of the invention is to provide a soft porcelain material, a preparation method and an application thereof, wherein the soft porcelain material not only has a decorative surface, but also has a marking surface, so that the soft porcelain material not only has excellent appearance expressive force, but also has marking capability, and meets the requirement of an enterprise for marking, and meanwhile, the soft porcelain material also has excellent bending resistance on the decorative surface and the marking surface, and meets the requirements of different use scenes.

sending the slurry of the decorative layer to a second die with decorative patterns on the lower die for second forming treatment so as to obtain the decorative layer with the decorative surface;

In a further aspect of the invention, a building is proposed, which, according to an embodiment of the invention, has the above-described soft porcelain material or has the soft porcelain material produced by the above-described method for producing a soft porcelain material. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the upper surface of the decoration layer 100 is the decoration surface 110, the specific content of the decoration surface is not particularly limited, and a person skilled in the art can select the decoration surface according to actual needs, for example, different decoration surfaces can be designed according to the requirements of customers, so as to provide an excellent and changeable appearance for the soft porcelain material, and significantly improve the appearance expressive force of the soft porcelain material.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the thickness of the decorative layer is not particularly limited, and may be 0.5-2mm, specifically, may be 0.5/0.6/0.7/0.8/0.9/1.0/1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5/1.6/1.7/1.8/1.9/2mm, and the thickness of the decorative layer may be selected by one skilled in the art according to actual needs. The inventors have found that when the thickness of the decorative layer is within the above range, the soft porcelain material has both good wear resistance and good bending resistance, and is lightweight. If the thickness of the decorative layer is too large, the thickness of the whole soft porcelain material is easily too thick, so that the weight of the whole soft porcelain material is heavier, the cost of raw materials is increased, meanwhile, the position of a reinforcing piece is possibly seriously deviated, and the bending resistance of the decorative surface and the identification surface of the soft porcelain material is greatly different; if the thickness of the decorative layer is too small, the wear resistance of the soft porcelain material can be reduced, and the use performance of the soft porcelain material is further influenced.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the connecting layer 200 is located below the decoration layer 100 and is connected in contact with the lower surface of the decoration layer 100, that is, the connecting layer is closely attached to the lower surface of the decoration layer, where the lower surface is the surface opposite to the decoration surface. The inventor finds that the connecting layer connects the decorative layer and the back layer, so that the soft porcelain material comprising the decorative layer, the connecting layer and the back layer is integrated, and the physical and chemical properties of the soft porcelain material, such as peeling resistance, bending resistance and the like, can be integrally improved.

The specific thickness of the tie layer is also not particularly limited according to an embodiment of the present invention, and can be selected by those skilled in the art according to actual needs, such as 0.5-3mm, and specifically, such as 0.5/0.7/1.0/1.2/1.5/1.7/2.0/2.3/2.5/2.8/3 mm. The inventors have found that if the thickness of the joining layer is too small, it may not function to join the decorative layer and the back layer; if the thickness of articulamentum is too big, lead to the thickness of whole soft porcelain material too big on the one hand, weight is overweight, is unfavorable for practicing thrift raw and other materials, also does not benefit to follow-up transportation and installation, and on the other hand also makes the reinforcement skew easily, and then influences soft porcelain material's wholeness ability.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the thickness of the back layer is not particularly limited, and may be selected by those skilled in the art according to the requirement, such as 1-10mm, and specifically, such as 1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10 mm. The inventor finds that if the thickness of the back layer is too small, the position of the reinforcing piece deviates in the whole soft porcelain material, so that the bending resistance difference between the decorative surface and the identification surface of the soft porcelain material is too large, and further, if the thickness of the back layer is too small, the wear resistance of the identification surface is greatly weakened; if the thickness of the back layer is too large, the cost of raw materials is increased, and the soft porcelain material is too thick and heavy, so that subsequent transportation and installation are affected.

According to still another embodiment of the present invention, the specific type of the reinforcing member is not particularly limited, and may be a mesh cloth or other suitable substitute. The inventor finds that the grid cloth not only has flexibility and can be suitable for soft porcelain materials, but also can effectively reinforce the soft porcelain materials, and meanwhile, the grid cloth has wide sources and low price and is beneficial to large-scale production of the soft porcelain materials.

According to still another embodiment of the present invention, the thickness ratio of the decorative layer, the joining layer and the back layer is also not particularly limited, and may be, for example, 0.5 to 2: 0.5-3: 1-10, specifically, for example, it may be 0.5/1.0/1.5/2: 0.5/1.0/1.5/2.0/2.5/3: 1/3/5/7/9/10. The inventor finds that when the thickness ratio of the decorative layer, the connecting layer and the back layer is within the range, the soft porcelain material can meet various physical and chemical performances, meanwhile, the weight is relatively low, the cost performance of the soft porcelain material is remarkably improved, meanwhile, the bending resistance of the soft porcelain material based on the decorative surface is consistent with that based on the identification surface, and the problem that the bending resistance of the decorative surface is obviously larger than that of the identification surface and the identification surface is insufficient can be avoided.

The soft porcelain material decorative layer is provided with a decorative surface, and the decorative surface can be designed according to different requirements, so that the decorative surface can provide excellent appearance expressive force for the soft porcelain material; the connecting layer is connected with the decorative layer and the back layer, so that the soft porcelain material comprising the decorative layer, the connecting layer and the back layer is integrated; contain the reinforcement in the back layer, be favorable to improving soft porcelain material's physical and chemical properties, the reinforcement is located back layer upper portion and is close to the articulamentum simultaneously, the reinforcement is located soft porcelain material's middle part promptly, can make soft porcelain material have more even physical and chemical properties, can have comparable bending resistance ability like decorative cover and identification face, and is further, has the identification face in the back layer, and the identification face can design different signs according to the demand, satisfies the different demands of enterprise.

It should be noted that the above features and advantages of the soft ceramic material are also applicable to the method for preparing the soft ceramic material, and are not described in detail herein.
