Therefore, the invention can realize the right-angle demoulding of the paper pulp moulding product, ensure that the product can be demoulded smoothly after being shaped in the mould, and realize the increase of the thickness of the product and the smooth and mellow edge by combining the back plate sticking in the later finishing, when the sticking construction is carried out, the gap transition between the three-dimensional modeling plates is natural and smooth, the back surface of the plate body is stuck with the wall body, and the side plate body is stuck with the plate body to form an integral effect.

Therefore, the folding angle is an extension relation between 90 degrees and 120 degrees, after the 120 degrees of angle extension, the right-angle demolding of the pulp molded product can be realized, and the problems of vertical edge fracture, difficult mold drawing and the like caused by direct demolding due to the 90-degree right angle are solved.

The invention also provides a production method of the integrated product with the edge folded at the angle of 90 degrees of the three-dimensional decorative plate, which comprises the following steps:

step 1, designing a forming die, a heat setting die and an edge cutting positioning die;

wherein, the forming die and the heat setting die have the same shape of the die body and comprise a female die 4 and a male die 5;

with reference to fig. 8-12, the male mold 5 is located below the female mold 4, and a space between the male mold 5 and the female mold 4 forms a cavity; the male die 5 and the female die 4 are the same in shape and both comprise: the die comprises a die body A1 with a molding part, wherein the peripheral edge of the die body A1 is folded downwards by 90 degrees to form a die vertical edge A2, and the die vertical edge A2 extends outwards at an angle of 120 degrees to form a die inclined edge A3; the oblique die edge A3 extends horizontally outwards to form a horizontal die edge A4;

for a forming die, a certain number of through holes are formed in the oblique edge A3 and the horizontal edge A4 of the die, so that the paper pulp deposition thickness of the vertical edge A2 of the die is ensured during dewatering, and the defect that the density is insufficient is not generated at the right-angle edge during hot-press forming;

for the heat setting die, a through hole is formed in the edge of the male die 5, so that moisture and water vapor can be discharged in time conveniently, and the drying of the vertical edge A2 part of the die, the inclined edge A3 part of the die and a plate body is ensured;

the trimming positioning die is used for cutting off the edge of the product blank plate;

step 2, forming process:

the forming die is a die which is used for receiving paper pulp and forming a basic wet blank shape when the paper pulp is molded.

Step 2.1, forming a cavity gap of 1.2mm between a male die 5 and a female die 4 of a forming die to control the thickness of a product;

grouting the cavity of the forming die, wherein the grouting amount is set by taking the absolute dry weight of a final finished product as a standard, the weight of the dehydrated wet blank is 4 times that of the finished product, and the concentration of the grouting paper pulp is 4-7 per mill; controlling the paper pulp to uniformly sink on the forming net in a back flushing or air flow stirring mode;

in the forming process, in order to ensure that the paper pulp at the edge folding part is deposited to the position of a specified edge folding angle of 90 degrees, a certain number of through holes are drilled at the positions of 90 degrees and 120 folds, namely: through set up a certain amount of through-going pore at mould hypotenuse A3 and mould horizontal limit A4, guarantee during the dehydration, the paper pulp deposition thickness at mould vertical limit A2 position satisfies the right angle edge and does not produce the defect that density is not enough when hot pressing is stereotyped.

Step 2.2, after the molding is finished, taking out the wet blank, checking the quality of the surface of the wet blank, removing pollutants, and ensuring that the surface of the blank after heat setting is smooth and free of impurities;

step 3, heat setting process:

step 3.1, regarding the heat setting mold, the heat setting mold comprises a female mold 4 and a male mold 5, wherein the female mold is arranged above the male mold, the male mold is arranged below the female mold, and the heat setting mold also comprises an upper heating plate and a lower heating plate; an upper heating plate is arranged on the male die 5; the bottom surface of the female die 4 is provided with a lower heating plate;

a through hole is formed in the edge of the male die 5, so that moisture and water vapor can be discharged in time conveniently, and the drying of the vertical edge A2 part of the die, the inclined edge A3 part of the die and the plate body is ensured;

step 3.2, placing the wet blank obtained in the step 2 on a male die 5, and buckling a female die 4; heating and shaping the wet blank clamped in the male die 5 and the female die 4; wherein, the upper heating plate and the lower heating plate adopt heat conducting oil for thermal compensation, and the temperature of the thermal setting die is 200 ℃;

after the wet blank is placed into a mold, when the mold is closed, under the combined action of pressure and high temperature, the volume of the wet blank is rapidly compressed, the internal moisture is rapidly extruded and vaporized, the moisture is discharged from a through hole channel of the male mold 5, and the volume of a cavity of the mold is reduced, so that the mold is pressurized for the second time to ensure the density of a product;

the die opening time is determined according to the volume of a product, when the volume of the product is 0.25 square meter, the die opening time is 180 seconds, and when the volume of the product is 0.5 square meter, the die opening time is 300 seconds; when the temperature of the mold is too low, the mold opening time needs to be prolonged;

when in heat setting, the drying time needs to be ensured, the product with the thickness of 500mm is generally not less than 200 seconds, and the water content of the dried product is not more than 5 percent.

When the heat setting die is used for die assembly, alignment is required to be accurate, the upper die is a female die, the lower die is a male die, and during setting, alignment requirements of the upper die and the lower die are accurate and in place, deviation is not allowed, so that paper pulp at the edge vertical face position is not pushed down by the upper female die.

In the design of a wet blank forming die, holes need to be drilled at the extending parts of the vertical surface folding edges in the folding edge design of the forming die, so that paper pulp can be uniformly deposited at the folding edge parts during forming, sufficient paper pulp deposition is realized at the side vertical surfaces, and the full edge modeling is ensured during heat setting.

3.3, when the mold opening time is up, taking out a blank of the product together with the forming net, and separating the blank from the forming net to obtain a primary blank product;

the forming process and the heat setting process have the following characteristics:

in the design of the mold, a 90-degree angle range is defined in a reserved part of an edge, a 120-degree angle is extended out of the reserved part and is integrated with the 90-degree angle range, the edge part is guaranteed to be deposited and adsorbed with full paper pulp during molding, a wet blank is placed on the molding mold when the wet blank is transferred to the molding, the wet blank is molded through closed pressurization and heating of the mold, and demolding of a product is realized by using the angle difference between the 90-degree angle range and the 120-degree angle range after the wet blank is rapidly dehydrated and dried at the temperature meeting the molding requirement. If the angle difference is not in transition, the dried three-pass plate blank can be clamped on a mould, and the plate body can be broken and damaged due to forced stripping.

Step 3.4, curing the blank product for 7 days, eliminating internal stress, and balancing with the ambient humidity to obtain a final blank product;

specifically, after demoulding and cooling, the heat-set three-pass plate blank is placed in a place to be cut at the edge, the blank is balanced with indoor humidity, and after internal stress is released, the blank enters the edge cutting process, and a certain margin is reserved at the lowest part of the blank to be cut. The edge cutting mode has two kinds, one is the laser edge cutting mode, and the other is the rotary cutting mode.

Wherein, with reference to fig. 3-7, the final blank product has the structure: the blank product bevel edge forming device comprises a blank product body B1, the edge of the periphery of the blank product body B1 is folded downwards by 90 degrees to form a blank product vertical edge B2, and the blank product vertical edge B2 extends outwards at an angle of 120 degrees to form a blank product bevel edge B3; the bevel edge B3 of the blank product extends horizontally outwards to form a horizontal edge B4 of the blank product;

the height of the vertical edge B2 of the blank product is greater than that of the vertical edge of the final product;

step 4, the edge cutting process:

cutting off the edge of the final blank product obtained in the step 3, wherein the cutting mode is as follows: aiming at the specific position of the vertical edge B2 of the blank product, cutting off a small number of vertical edges of the blank product, the inclined edge B3 of the blank product and the horizontal edge B4 of the blank product, and only keeping the vertical edge of the blank product with the height requirement of the vertical edge of the product to obtain the blank product after edge cutting;

in step 4, the trimming process comprises: a laser trimming mode or a rotary cutting mode;

the laser trimming mode is as follows:

referring to fig. 13, a laser trimming die 7 with a consistent shape is installed on a laser edge trimmer 6, a blank product 9 is placed on the laser trimming die by using a pneumatic clamp 8, the outer side of the laser trimming die is a flat plate 8-1, the size of the flat plate is consistent with the product outline, the inner side surface of the flat plate is wrapped by sponge, when the pneumatic clamp is closed, the blank product is buckled outside the shaping die, and one surface of the sponge is attached to the front surface of the blank product;

starting a laser edge trimmer, wherein a cutter path of the laser edge trimmer is set, firstly, cutting a first side edge of a blank product, and then, rotating a laser edge trimming die by 90 degrees to cut a second side edge of the blank product; then, rotating the laser trimming die by 90 degrees to cut off a third side edge of the blank product; then, the laser trimming die is rotated by 90 degrees, and the fourth side edge of the blank product is cut off, so that the trimming process of the blank product is realized;

rotary cutting mode:

referring to fig. 14, in the design of the trimming die, the requirement of vacuum negative pressure for adsorbing and fixing the blank plate needs to be met, a negative pressure cavity is formed at the lower part of the die, and a vacuum pump is used for pumping, so that the blank plate is firmly fixed on the die, the accuracy and consistency of the cutting path are ensured, and the deviation is avoided.

Specifically, a woodworking engraving machine is used, a rotary cutting blade is arranged on a main shaft of the woodworking engraving machine, and redundant parts of a blank product are cut off through rotation of the rotary cutting blade;

wherein, in the trimming process, the front of the blank product is downward and is placed on a mold with a shape, and the surface of the mold is provided with holes. The mould is placed on the negative pressure cavity, and when rotary cutting is carried out, the negative pressure fan is started, and the blank product is adsorbed and fixed on the mould with the shape by using negative pressure; and (4) walking the cutter path of the rotary cutter for a circle according to the program, and cutting off the redundant part around the blank product.

Therefore, when the redundant edge part is cut off by the rotary knife, the rotary blade is installed by the main shaft of the woodworking engraving machine, and the edge cutting is realized by combining a special die. The mould is by special base, and the inside of base is channel structure, combines the back when mould and base, forms a cavity in the base, after being connected with the vacuum pump, after the passageway on the mould is covered by the base plate, vacuum negative pressure closely adsorbs the base plate on the mould, after opening carpenter's engraver, the surplus part of rotary blade peripheral according to the route of setting for, with the base plate excision.

Therefore, in the rotary cutting mode, the rotary cutter is adopted in the edge cutting method, the main shaft of the woodworking engraving machine is used as a carrier of the cutter head, and the linear motion function of the X, Y shaft of the engraving machine is utilized to realize the parallelogram closing motion to cut off the edge of the three-pass plate blank plate which is not reserved at the 90-degree angle, so that the edge cutting can be continuously produced. The laser trimming is to cut off the excess part except the edge by using the energy of the laser beam.

Step 5, the process of back plate bonding:

cutting corrugated paper according to the inner side size of the vertical edge of the trimmed blank product, and brushing environment-friendly pressure-sensitive adhesive on the periphery to obtain a back plate; and then the back plate is embedded into the inner side of the vertical edge of the blank product, so that the back surface of the plate body is smooth, and the integral product with the edge folded at the angle of 90 degrees of the complete three-dimensional decorative plate can be obtained.

Specifically, the plate body of the redundant part of the edge is cut off, and the plate body is combined with the back plate to form a complete product, the thickness of the back plate is determined by corrugated paper according to the residual thickness of the edge and the bottom surface, the geometric size of the back plate is determined according to the actual size of the inner side of the edge of the plate body, the thickness of the general back plate is 3mm, and the overall size of the general back plate is 2.5mm smaller than that of the product.

The width of the four sides of the back plate is 5mm, the four sides are coated by pressure-sensitive adhesive (non-setting adhesive), and the back plate is embedded into the folding edge area at the back of the three-pass plate, so that the back plate and the bottom edge of the folding edge part are integrated into a whole.

The integrated product with the 90-degree-angle folded edge at the edge of the three-dimensional decorative plate is generally used as an indoor decorative plate for manufacturing background walls and other occasions, and is installed in a nail-free adhesive pasting mode during construction.

The invention provides a three-dimensional decorative plate edge 90-degree angle folding integrated product, which has the following advantages:

1) the three-pass board is a brand new product, and mainly solves the problem that the gap of the board body is not filled well and the gap is filled with irregular illness when the product of the original three-pass board is too thin and is installed and spliced. By adopting the product of the invention, the spliced gaps are smooth and natural, the transition between the gaps is smooth, the mounting working hour is saved, and the product is suitable for DYI manufacturing.

2) The plate body of the three-dimensional decorative plate 90-degree angle folding product (three pass plate) is combined with the back plate through the edge cutting, the thickness of the product is increased by 5-9mm, when the three-dimensional decorative plate is actually applied, splicing and pasting are not only the back surface and the wall surface, but also the reliability of bonding between the side surfaces is increased, and because the edge of the product is smooth and straight after the edge folding, the gap is attractive and smooth, the warping and cracking are not easy to occur, and the installation quality is ensured.
