The design and installation method of the existing submarine pipeline landing dragging buoy generally comprises the following steps:

1. the steel shell is filled with foam to make a cylindrical buoy. The buoy in the form has small contact area with the sea pipe, is expensive in manufacturing cost and is easy to damage;

In the embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the invention discloses a manufacturing process of a landing and pulling buoy suitable for a submarine pipeline, which comprises the following steps:

s1, folding one end of a packing belt 8 into a joint through a packing buckle 9, and sleeving the joint on the periphery of the recovered steel cable 6;
