[ Structure of Environment control System ]

First, the configuration of the environment control system according to the embodiment will be described. Fig. 1 is a diagram showing a configuration of an environment control system according to an embodiment.

The environment control system 10 shown in fig. 1 performs control for adjusting the action of the autonomic nerve of the subject person 200 by controlling a subject device associated with the environment in a space 300, which is a closed space such as a room.

The autonomic nerves include two nerves of sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves which function in a controlled manner, and the functions of organs possessed by a human are maintained by these two nerves functioning in a balanced manner. The environment control system 10 switches, at a prescribed timing, a first control in which the action of the sympathetic nerve is more dominant than the action of the parasympathetic nerve and a second control in which the action of the parasympathetic nerve is more dominant than the action of the sympathetic nerve. This can suppress the disorder of the autonomic nerve of the subject 200.

Specifically, the environment control system 10 includes an air blower 20, an air conditioner 30, an illumination device 40, an external light adjustment device 50, an indirect illumination device 60, a ventilation device 70, a speaker 80, a fragrance generation device 90, an environment measurement device 100, a biological information measurement device 110, and a control device 120.

The air blower 20 is a device that blows air to the subject person 200. Specifically, the air blowing device 20 is a relatively high directivity air blowing device such as a circulator, but may be a blower or the like.

The air conditioner 30 is a device for adjusting the temperature of the space 300 in which the subject person 200 is present. The air conditioner 30 can also adjust the humidity of the space 300. Air conditioner 30 brings the temperature and humidity of space 300 close to the temperature and humidity instructed by controller 120.

The illumination device 40 is a device for direct illumination that illuminates the space 300 in which the subject person 200 is present. The lighting device 40 is, for example, a ceiling lamp having a light emitting element such as an LED as a light source, but may be another lighting device such as a base lamp or a recessed lamp. The lighting device 40 can perform dimming and color adjustment by the control device 120.

The external light adjustment device 50 is a device that adjusts the amount of external light introduced into the space 300 in which the subject person 200 is present. The external light adjustment device 50 is an electronic blind implemented by a light adjusting film or the like, for example, but may be an electric blind (electric blind).

The indirect lighting device 60 is a device for indirect lighting disposed in the space 300 in which the subject person 200 is present. That is, the indirect lighting device 60 illuminates a structure such as a wall or a ceiling for defining the space 300. The indirect lighting device 60 can change the emission color by having a plurality of light sources having different emission colors, for example. The indirect lighting device 60 may realize an arbitrary light emission color by a combination of a light source and an optical filter. The light emission color of the indirect lighting device 60 can be changed to any one of red monochromatic light, green monochromatic light, and blue monochromatic light, for example. The color of the light emitted by the indirect lighting device 60 is not particularly limited, and may be any color according to the preference of the user, for example.

The ventilation device 70 ventilates the space 300 in which the subject 200 is located. Unlike the air conditioner 30, the ventilator 70 does not have a temperature adjustment function. The Ventilator 70 is, for example, an all-heat Exchanger (ERV), but may be a Ventilator that does not involve heat exchange, such as a Ventilator. The ventilator 70 may be a window opening/closing device provided in the space 300.

The speaker 80 is a device that outputs sound, music, or the like, disposed in the space 300 in which the subject person 200 is present.

The fragrance generating device 90 is a device that emits fragrance and is disposed in a space where the subject person 200 is present. The fragrance generating device 90 is, for example, a fragrance sprayer, but may be another fragrance generating device. The flavor generating device 90 may be a machine incorporated with the air blowing device 20 or the speaker 80.

The environment measuring apparatus 100 is an apparatus that measures environment information of a space 300 in which the subject person 200 is present. The environment measuring device 100 is, for example, a temperature sensor for measuring the temperature of the space 300, a humidity sensor for measuring the humidity of the space 300, an illuminance sensor for measuring the illuminance of the space 300, a CO2 sensor for measuring the carbon dioxide (CO2) concentration of the space 300, or the like.

The biological information measuring apparatus 110 is an apparatus that measures biological information of the subject person 200. The biological information measurement device 110 measures the body temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, pulse, perspiration amount, pupil diameter, skin temperature, expression, or the like of the subject person 200 as biological information. The biological information measuring device 110 may measure VLF (Very Low Frequency), HF (High Frequency), LF (Low Frequency), LF/HF, inspiration time, expiration time, pause time, and the like calculated based on the heart rate, pulse, and respiration fluctuation waveform. The biological information measuring device 110 is, for example, a wearable sensor (in other words, a contact sensor) attached to the body of the subject person 200, but may be a non-contact sensor. Examples of the non-contact sensor include an electric wave sensor capable of measuring a heart rate, a respiration rate, a pulse, and the like, and a camera capable of measuring a pupil diameter and an expression.

The control device 120 is a device that controls target devices such as the air blowing device 20, the air conditioning device 30, the lighting device 40, the external light adjustment device 50, the indirect lighting device 60, the ventilation device 70, the speaker 80, and the fragrance generation device 90. Fig. 2 is a block diagram showing a functional configuration of the control device 120.

As shown in fig. 2, the control device 120 includes a control unit 121, a communication unit 122, a timer unit 123, a storage unit 124, and an operation reception unit 125.

The control unit 121 controls the target device by causing the communication unit 122 to transmit a control signal. The control unit 121 is realized by, for example, a microcomputer, but may also be realized by a processor.

The communication unit 122 is a communication circuit (in other words, a communication module) for the control device 120 to communicate with the target device. The communication unit 122 transmits a control signal to the target device based on control of the control unit 121, for example. The communication unit 122 receives the environmental information of the space 300 from the environment measurement device 100 and receives the biological information of the subject person 200 from the biological information measurement device 110. The communication unit 122 performs wireless communication, for example, but may perform wired communication. The communication standard of the communication performed by the communication unit 122 is not particularly limited.

The timer 123 measures the current time. The timer unit 123 is realized by, for example, a real-time clock.

The storage unit 124 is a storage device that stores a control program and the like for the control unit 121 to control the target device. The storage section 124 is realized by, for example, a semiconductor memory.

The operation receiving unit 125 receives an operation (for example, a setting operation relating to first control in which a sympathetic nerve action is dominant, a setting operation relating to second control in which a parasympathetic nerve action is dominant, or the like) of a user such as the subject person 200. The operation receiving unit 125 is implemented by a touch panel, a hardware button, or the like.

[ first control: control of air-blowing devices

As described above, the environment control system 10 can perform the first control for making the effect of the sympathetic nerve of the subject person 200 dominant. The details of this first control will be described below. Fig. 3 is a timing chart for explaining the first control for making the action of the sympathetic nerves of the subject person 200 dominant. In fig. 3, time 0 minutes is the start time of the first control, and it is assumed that, for example, the target apparatus is controlled in consideration of only comfort before the start time. In fig. 3, 0 to 90 minutes are shown, but the same control as 30 to 90 minutes is repeated after 90 minutes.

In the first control in which the effect of the sympathetic nerve is dominant, at least 1 target device may be controlled, but a plurality of target devices may be controlled. This enhances the stimulation given to the subject 200, and thus the sympathetic nerve action can be made more dominant.

First, the control of the air blower 20 will be described with reference to the air blower (1) column of fig. 3. The blower 20 is provided at a position where air can be blown out to the parts such as the arms, the head, and the face exposed to the skin of the subject person 200. The air blower 20 is provided, for example, so as to touch the face of the subject person 200 in the windward direction. By directly touching the body surface of the subject person 200 with wind in this manner, it is possible to give a strong stimulus that reduces the sensible temperature and the like of the subject person 200, and to reduce the oxygen concentration in the periphery of the face of the subject person 200, so that the effect of the sympathetic nerve can be dominant.

In this installation state, the control unit 121 of the control device 120 changes the wind speed of the wind blown by the air blowing device 20 at a predetermined cycle of 15 minutes to 60 minutes. The control unit 121 sets the time during which the wind speed becomes the minimum value to 75% or less of the predetermined period. If the wind speed changes over time in this manner, the stimulation of the wind can be stably given to the subject person 200 (the stimulation of the subject person 200 that is not likely to get used to the wind), and the fatigue of the subject person 200 can be suppressed, so that it is easy to maintain a state in which the effect of the sympathetic nerve is dominant.

More specifically, the control unit 121 changes the wind speed of the wind blown from the air blowing device 20 at a 30-minute cycle. In general, assuming that the human concentration is continued for about 15 to 60 minutes, the stimulus can be effectively given to the subject 200 by changing the wind speed at a predetermined period (for example, 30-minute period) of 15 to 60 minutes. In the section of the blower (1) in fig. 3, the time during which the wind speed becomes the minimum value corresponds to 33% of the predetermined period, but may be 75% or less of the predetermined period.

As shown in the air blower (1) column of fig. 3, the wind speed of the wind blown by the air blower 20 reaches a maximum value (for example, 1.5m/sec) immediately after the start of the control, and the maximum value is maintained for 15 minutes. Thereafter, the wind speed linearly decreases over 5 minutes to a minimum value (e.g., 0.5m/sec), which is maintained for 10 minutes. As shown in the air blower (2) column of fig. 3, the wind speed of the wind blown by the air blower 20 may be maintained at the maximum value immediately after the start of the control, the maximum value may be maintained for 10 minutes, and the wind speed may be linearly decreased over 5 minutes to reach the minimum value, and the minimum value may be maintained for 15 minutes.

According to the detailed study of the inventors, when the predetermined period is divided into a first period in which the wind speed is at a minimum (i.e., no wind or breeze) and a second period other than the first period, the length of the first period is preferably 15 minutes or less, and the length of the second period is preferably 20 minutes or less. That is, the first period is desirably 5 minutes to 25 minutes. Similarly, the second period is desirably 10 minutes or more and 30 minutes or less.

The time (for example, approximately 0) during which the wind speed of the wind blown by the air blowing device 20 changes from the minimum value to the maximum value is shorter than the time (for example, 5 minutes) during which the wind speed of the wind blown by the air blowing device 20 changes from the maximum value to the minimum value.

If the time during which the wind speed of the wind blown by the blowing device 20 changes from the minimum value to the maximum value is set to be relatively short, the stimulus can be effectively given to the target person 200. Further, if the time during which the wind speed of the wind blown by the wind blowing device 20 changes from the maximum value to the minimum value is set to be relatively short, the feeling of discomfort felt by the subject person 200 can be suppressed.

Although not shown in fig. 3, the control unit 121 changes the wind speed of the wind blown from the blowing device 20 from a maximum fluctuation value (e.g., 2.0m/sec) to a minimum fluctuation value (e.g., 0.5m/sec) with reference to a maximum value (e.g., 1.5 m/sec). That is, in fig. 3, the wind speed appears to change linearly, but actually the wind speed changes. Hereinafter, such a change in wind speed is also expressed as "fluctuation". Fig. 4 is a diagram showing an example of such fluctuation of wind speed.

The fluctuation of the wind speed is, for example, 1/f fluctuation, but may also be random fluctuation. 1/f fluctuation means a fluctuation in power spectral density inversely proportional to the frequency f. The fluctuation in the wind speed is formed at a period of the order of several seconds from about 1sec to 10 sec. That is, the control unit 121 causes the wind speed of the wind blown by the blowing device to fluctuate at intervals of time shorter than a predetermined cycle (30 minutes).

If the wind speed changes stably in this manner, the stimulation of the wind can be stably given to the subject person 200 (the stimulation of the subject person 200 that is not likely to get used to the wind), and thus the state in which the effect of the sympathetic nerve is dominant is easily maintained. Further, if the fluctuation is not periodic, the stimulation of the wind can be more stably given to the subject person 200 (stimulation in which the subject person 200 is less apt to get used to the wind).

[ first control: control of other object devices

Next, the control of another target device will be described with reference to fig. 3.

First, control of the air conditioner 30 will be described. Control unit 121 increases and decreases the temperature around subject person 200 using air conditioner 30. Immediately after the start of the first control for making the sympathetic nerve function dominant, the control unit 121 decreases the ambient temperature from the reference temperature by 3 ℃ for 30 minutes, and then increases the ambient temperature by 3 ℃ for 30 minutes. Further, the temperature change is desirably within 30 minutes. Thereafter, this temperature change is repeated. The reference temperature varies depending on the season, for example, 26 ℃ in summer, 22 ℃ in spring and autumn, and 20 ℃ in winter. Further, there are the following cases: in order to make the effect of the sympathetic nerve dominant, it is preferable to change the temperature by 3 ℃ or more. Considering health, the temperature change may be within 5 ℃, and in the example of fig. 3, it is 3 ℃.

The temperature around the subject person 200 is measured by, for example, the environment measuring device 100, and the control unit 121 controls the air conditioner 30 based on the temperature measured by the environment measuring device 100. The controller 121 may increase and decrease the temperature setting of the air conditioner 30 in a cycle of 60 minutes as described above without using the environment measuring device 100.

In this way, the controller 121 increases and decreases the temperature at predetermined intervals (for example, 60 minute intervals). If the temperature changes with time, the stimulation of the temperature of subject 200 can be stably given (the stimulation of subject 200 that is not easily accustomed to the temperature), and therefore, it is easy to maintain a state in which the action of the sympathetic nerve of subject 200 is dominant.

Further, control unit 121 matches the timing of switching between the rise and fall of the temperature around subject person 200 and the timing of the rise of the wind speed of the wind blown by air blower 20. That is, when switching between an increase and a decrease in the temperature around the subject person 200 is performed, the wind speed of the wind blown by the air blower 20 increases. As a result, at the timing when the air blowing device 20 increases the wind speed, that is, at the timing when the stimulus to the subject person 200 is enhanced, the temperature change occurs as another stimulus, and thus the stimulus is further enhanced. Thus, the action of the sympathetic nerve of the subject 200 can be made more dominant.

During the first control in which the effect of the sympathetic nerves is dominant, the control unit 121 sets the humidity of the space 300 to be in the range of 40% to 60% using the air conditioner 30.

Next, control of the lighting device 40 will be described. When the wind speed of the wind first blown by the air blowing device 20 increases (in other words, immediately after the first control to make the sympathetic nerve act dominant), the control unit 121 increases the illuminance of the space 300 using the lighting device 40. The controller 121 increases the illuminance of the space 300 to 3000 lux within 5 minutes after the start of the control, for example. Preferably, the illumination is varied over time to such an extent that the subject 200 does not have a feeling of aversion to the illumination variation.

Thus, by making the space 300 bright, the action of the sympathetic nerve of the subject person 200 can be made dominant.

Further, when the wind speed of the wind first blown by air blower 20 increases, controller 121 increases the color temperature of the light emitted from illumination device 40. In the example of fig. 3, although the color temperature is not changed, when the color temperature before the start of control is low, control is performed to increase the color temperature. Preferably, the illumination is varied over time to such an extent that the subject 200 does not have a feeling of disgust against the chromaticity variation.

Thus, by setting the space 300 to an illumination environment with a high color temperature, the action of the sympathetic nerves of the subject person 200 can be made dominant.

Next, the control of the external light adjustment device 50 will be described. When the wind speed of the wind first sent by the air blower 20 increases (in other words, immediately after the first control to make the sympathetic nerve function dominant), the control unit 121 increases the amount of external light introduced into the space 300 by using the external light adjustment device 50. Specifically, the controller 121 increases the light transmittance of the external light adjustment device 50. Preferably, the illuminance variation is set to such a degree that the subject person 200 does not have a feeling of aversion to the illuminance variation.

Thus, by making the space 300 bright, the action of the sympathetic nerve of the subject person 200 can be made dominant.

The controller 121 may control the exterior light adjusting device 50 according to the weather. The weather is performed based on, for example, illuminance indicated by an illuminance sensor provided in the external light adjustment device 50. For example, the control unit 121 sets the light transmittance of the external light adjustment device 50 to 100% when the weather is cloudy (when the illuminance indicated by the illuminance sensor is relatively low), and reduces the light transmittance to, for example, about 10% to suppress glare or the like when the weather is sunny (when the illuminance indicated by the illuminance sensor is relatively high).

Next, the control of the indirect lighting device 60 will be described. The control unit 121 changes the light emission color of the light emitted by the indirect lighting device 60 when the wind speed of the wind first sent by the wind sending device 20 increases (in other words, immediately after the first control to make the sympathetic nerve dominant). The control unit 121 controls the luminance (substantially the illuminance) to be 0 (colorless) cd/m within 5 minutes after the start of the control2Up to 60cd/m2. The emission color in this case is, for example, red, but may be orange or the like. The control unit 121 may be as follows: immediately after the start of the first control for making the sympathetic nerve function dominant, the chromaticity of the light emitted from the indirect lighting device 60 is changed so that the x-coordinate of the chromaticity diagram in the CIE 1931 color space is increased. This can make the subject 200 have a dominant sympathetic nerve action.

Although not shown in fig. 3, the controller 121 varies the illuminance of the light emitted from the indirect lighting device 60. That is, the brightness of the light emitted from the indirect lighting device 60 may be made bright or dim at a cycle of several seconds (which may be a fixed cycle or a random cycle) of about 1sec to 10 sec. The light emitted by the indirect illumination device 60 may fluctuate with either a fixed amplitude or a random amplitude. For example, the control unit 121 may fluctuate the illuminance of light emitted from the indirect lighting device 60 as shown in the waveform of the wind speed in fig. 4.

If the illuminance of indirect light is changed stably in this manner, the stimulation of indirect light can be given stably to the subject 200 (the subject 200 is less apt to get used to the stimulation of indirect light), and thus it is easy to maintain a state in which the action of the sympathetic nerve of the subject 200 is dominant.

Next, the control of the ventilator 70 will be described. The controller 121 uses the ventilator 70 to reduce the carbon dioxide concentration in the space 300 to less than 1000 ppm. 1000ppm is an example of a predetermined concentration. For example, when the carbon dioxide concentration in the space 300 is high, the controller 121 increases the amount of ventilation by the ventilator 70 to reduce the carbon dioxide concentration in the space 300 to less than 1000 ppm. The carbon dioxide concentration in the space 300 is measured by, for example, the environment measuring device 100, and the controller 121 controls the ventilator 70 based on the carbon dioxide concentration measured by the environment measuring device 100.

Thus, by reducing the carbon dioxide concentration in the space 300, the action of the sympathetic nerve of the subject 200 can be made dominant.

Next, control of the speaker 80 and the fragrance generating device 90 will be described. When the wind speed of the wind blown from the blower 20 increases, the controller 121 changes the sound emitted from the speaker 80. The "change of sound" herein includes starting the sound emission in a state where the sound is not emitted. The speaker 80 outputs, for example, a relatively fast tempo music. Thus, at the timing when the air blowing device 20 increases the wind speed, that is, at the timing when the stimulus to the subject person 200 is enhanced, the sound changes as another stimulus, and thus the stimulus is further enhanced. Thus, the action of the sympathetic nerve of the subject 200 can be made more dominant.

Further, the control unit 121 changes the fragrance emitted from the fragrance generating device when the wind speed of the wind blown from the wind blowing device 20 increases. The "changing of the fragrance" herein includes starting to generate the fragrance in a state where the fragrance is not generated. The fragrance generating means 90 generates a pleasant-to-stimulate fragrance such as a mint fragrance. As a result, when the air blowing device 20 increases the wind speed, that is, when the stimulus to the subject person 200 is enhanced, the fragrance changes as another stimulus, and thus the stimulus is further enhanced. Thus, the action of the sympathetic nerve of the subject 200 can be made more dominant.

[ second control: control of air-conditioning apparatus

As described above, the environment control system 10 can perform the second control that makes the action of the parasympathetic nerve of the subject person 200 dominant. The details of this second control will be described below. Fig. 5 is a timing chart for explaining control for making the effect of parasympathetic nerves of the subject person 200 dominant. In fig. 5, time 0 minute is the start time of the second control, and it is assumed that, for example, control is performed on the target device considering only comfort before the start time. In fig. 5, 0 to 90 minutes are shown, but the same control as 30 to 90 minutes is repeated after 90 minutes.

In the second control in which the effect of the parasympathetic nerve is dominant, at least 1 target device may be controlled, but a plurality of target devices may be controlled. This makes it possible to make the parasympathetic action more dominant.

First, control of the air conditioner 30 will be described. Immediately after the start of the second control in which the parasympathetic action is dominant, the control unit 121 of the control device 120 increases the temperature of the space 300 using the air conditioner 30. Specifically, the control unit 121 increases the ambient temperature from the reference temperature by 3 ℃ for 30 minutes immediately after the start of the control. The time (30 minutes) required to raise the temperature is an example and is not particularly limited. Regarding the temperature, it is desirable to raise the ambient temperature by about 3 ℃ over 30 minutes.

By setting the space 300 to an environment slightly warmer than the reference temperature in this manner, the effect of the parasympathetic nerve of the subject person 200 can be made dominant. The reference temperature varies depending on the season, and for example, it is a predetermined temperature of 25 ℃ to 27 ℃ in summer, 21 ℃ to 23 ℃ in spring and autumn, and 17 ℃ to 20 ℃ in winter.

The controller 121 then lowers the ambient temperature by 1 ℃ for 30 minutes, and then raises the ambient temperature by 1 ℃ for 30 minutes. Thereafter, this temperature change is repeated. That is, the control unit 121 periodically changes the temperature of the space 300 using the air conditioner 30 so that the range from the maximum value to the minimum value is less than 3 ℃. The cycle (60 minutes) for changing the temperature is an example, and is not particularly limited.

In this way, the controller 121 slightly (specifically, less than about 3 ℃) increases and decreases the temperature at predetermined intervals (for example, 60 minute intervals). In general, the human body repeats the following basal metabolism: sweating cools the body when it is hot, and in addition, the body is hot over time. If the temperature of the subject 200 is fixed, the basal metabolism is ignored, and the subject feels too hot or too cold.

On the other hand, if the temperature slightly changes at a cycle of the assumed basal metabolism, the stimulus of the temperature given to the subject person 200 can be reduced, and the comfort can be improved. Therefore, the parasympathetic nerve of the subject 200 can be made dominant.

During the second control in which the parasympathetic action is dominant, the control unit 121 sets the humidity of the space 300 to be in the range of 40% to 60% using the air conditioner 30.

[ second control: control of ventilation apparatus

Next, the control of the ventilator 70 will be described. The controller 121 controls the carbon dioxide concentration in the space 300 to 1000ppm or more by using the ventilator 70. For example, when the carbon dioxide concentration in the space 300 is low, the controller 121 decreases the amount of ventilation by the ventilator 70 to set the carbon dioxide concentration in the space 300 to 1000ppm or more. 1000ppm is an example of a predetermined concentration. The controller 121 may stop the ventilator 70 to set the carbon dioxide concentration in the space 300 to 1000ppm or more. The carbon dioxide concentration in the space 300 is measured by, for example, the environment measuring device 100, and the controller 121 controls the ventilator 70 based on the carbon dioxide concentration measured by the environment measuring device 100.

By adjusting the carbon dioxide concentration in space 300 to 1000ppm or more in this way, the parasympathetic action of subject 200 can be made dominant.

[ second control: control of other object devices

Next, the control of another target device will be described with reference to fig. 5.

First, control of the blower 20 will be described. The control unit 121 stops the air blowing by the air blowing device 20 in the second control in which the effect of the parasympathetic nerve is dominant. In the example of fig. 5, the blower 20 is kept in the stopped state from before the control is started, but when the blower 20 is operated before the control is started, the control for stopping the blower 20 is performed.

This reduces the stimulation given to the wind blown by the air blowing device 20 to the subject person 200, and therefore the parasympathetic action can be dominant. In addition, when the air blowing device 20 is operated before the control is started, the control may be performed to reduce the wind speed more than before the control is started, and the parasympathetic action may be dominant by this control.

Next, control of the lighting device 40 will be described. The control unit 121 reduces the illuminance of the space 300 using the lighting device 40 immediately after the start of the control for making the parasympathetic action dominant. The controller 121 reduces the illuminance of the space 300, which is initially 750 lux, to 750 lux within 5 minutes after the start of the control. Preferably, the illumination is varied over time to such an extent that the subject 200 does not have a feeling of aversion to the illumination variation. Further, the "causing the lighting device 40 to reduce the illuminance of the space 300" herein includes turning off the lighting device 40.

Thus, by dimming the space 300, the light stimulus given to the subject person 200 is weakened, and thus the effect of the parasympathetic nerve of the subject person 200 can be made dominant.

Further, the control unit 121 lowers the color temperature of the light emitted from the lighting device 40 immediately after the second control for making the parasympathetic action dominant. Preferably, the subject 200 is made to have a temporal chromaticity variation to such an extent that the subject does not have a feeling of disguise to the chromaticity variation. In the example of fig. 5, the color temperature of light emitted from the illumination device 40, which was initially 5000K, is reduced to 2500K.

Thus, by setting the space 300 to an illumination environment with a low color temperature, the effect of the parasympathetic nerves of the subject person 200 can be made dominant.

Next, the control of the external light adjustment device 50 will be described. The control unit 121 reduces the amount of external light introduced into the space 300 using the external light adjustment device 50 immediately after the start of the second control in which the effect of the parasympathetic nerve is dominant. Specifically, the controller 121 reduces the light transmittance of the external light adjustment device 50. Preferably, the illumination is varied over time to such an extent that the subject 200 does not have a feeling of aversion to the illumination variation. Here, "reducing the light transmittance of the external light adjustment device 50" includes cutting off the external light adjustment device 50 with the light transmittance thereof set to 0%.

Thus, by dimming the space 300, the light stimulus given to the subject person 200 is weakened, and thus the effect of the parasympathetic nerve of the subject person 200 can be made dominant.

Next, the control of the indirect lighting device 60 will be described. The control unit 121 changes the emission color of the light emitted by the indirect lighting device 60 in the control for making the parasympathetic nerve function dominant. The control unit 121 controls the luminance (substantially the illuminance) to be 0 (colorless) cd/m within 5 minutes after the start of the control2Up to 10cd/m2. The emission color in this case is, for example, blue, but may be emerald green or the like. Immediately after the second control in which the parasympathetic action is dominant is started, the control unit 121 may change the chromaticity of the light emitted from the indirect lighting device 60 so that the x-coordinate of the chromaticity diagram in the CIE 1931 color space becomes smaller. Thereby, canThe parasympathetic nerve of the subject 200 can be made dominant.

Although not shown in fig. 5, the controller 121 varies the illuminance of the light emitted from the indirect lighting device 60. 4. This can make the subject 200 have a dominant parasympathetic action.

Next, control of the speaker 80 and the fragrance generating device 90 will be described. The control unit 121 changes the sound emitted from the speaker 80 in the second control for making the parasympathetic action dominant. The "change of sound" herein includes starting the sound emission in a state where the sound is not emitted. The speaker 80 outputs sounds having a relaxing effect such as healing music, music with a relatively slow tempo, and the like. This can make the subject 200 have a dominant parasympathetic action.

Further, the control unit 121 changes the fragrance emitted by the fragrance generating device in the second control for making the parasympathetic action dominant. The "changing of the fragrance" herein includes starting to generate the fragrance in a state where the fragrance is not generated. The fragrance generating device 90 generates a fragrance with little stimulation including, for example, fendortin or the like, a lavender fragrance, or the like. This can make the subject 200 have a dominant parasympathetic action.

[ working example 1]

In general, the autonomic nerve of a human is more dominant in the sympathetic than parasympathetic action during the day and in the nocturnal. Fig. 6 is a diagram showing the action of the sympathetic nerve and the action of the parasympathetic nerve. That is, it can be said that the first period in which the sympathetic nerve should be dominant and the second period in which the parasympathetic nerve should be dominant have been determined to some extent.

Therefore, the control device 120 switches the first control for making the sympathetic nerve dominant and the second control for making the parasympathetic nerve dominant at a predetermined timing based on the current time information. Fig. 7 is a flowchart of such an operation example 1. In addition, although operation example 1 shown in fig. 7 is an example in which the first control is switched to the second control during execution of the first control, the same applies to the case in which the second control is switched to the first control during execution of the second control.

During execution of the first control for making sympathetic nerves dominant (S11), the control unit 121 acquires the current time measured by the timer unit 123 (S12), and determines whether or not the acquired current time is a predetermined timing (S13). The predetermined timing is set in advance, for example, to PM8:00, but may be set by a setting operation of the subject person 200 received by the operation receiving unit 125.

When determining that the current time is at the predetermined timing (yes in S13), the control unit 121 executes a second control for dominating the parasympathetic action (S14). When it is determined that the current time is not the predetermined timing (no in S13), the control unit 121 continues acquisition of the current time (S12) and determination of whether the current time is the predetermined timing (S13).

In this way, the environment control system 10 acquires the current time information and switches between the first control and the second control at a predetermined timing based on the acquired current time information. The environment control system 10 can execute each of the first control and the second control during a period in which the first control should be executed and a period in which the second control should be executed. That is, the environment control system 10 can suppress the disturbance of the autonomic nerve of the subject person 200.

[ working example 2]

The control device 120 may acquire biological information of the subject person 200 and switch between the first control and the second control at a predetermined timing based on the acquired biological information. The biological information is measured by the biological information measuring device 110. Fig. 8 is a diagram showing a relationship between the action of the sympathetic nerve and the parasympathetic nerve and the change in the biological information. As shown in fig. 8, biological information such as the body temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, pulse, perspiration amount, pupil diameter, epidermal temperature, and expression of the subject 200 can be used as an index for switching between the first control and the second control by correlating with the sympathetic nerve action and the parasympathetic nerve action.

Fig. 9 is a diagram for explaining the timing of switching control based on the heart rate. Fig. 9 is a diagram for explaining the timing for switching the first control to the second control in the process of executing the first control. For example, the heart rate variation in the rest state for 1 day of a plurality of the subjects 200 on a day-by-day basis is acquired, and the heart rate variation for 1 day obtained by averaging these is stored in the storage unit 124 as the reference data of the heart rate. The reference data is shown in solid lines in fig. 9. Such reference data is optimized for the subject person 200, and absolute reference data suitable for an arbitrary person may be used instead of the reference data.

The control unit 121 monitors the heart rate of the subject person 200 measured by the biological information measuring device 110, and compares the heart rate with the reference data stored in the storage unit 124. In the case where the heart rate is lower than the reference data, it is estimated that the effect of the sympathetic nerve is weak, and it is considered that the first control in which the sympathetic nerve is dominant is required. When the heart rate is higher than the reference data, it is estimated that the parasympathetic action is weak, and it is considered that control for making the parasympathetic action dominant is necessary.

Therefore, as shown in fig. 9, the control unit 121 switches the first control to the second control at a predetermined timing, for example, at a time t when the heart rate measured by the biological information measuring device 110 becomes greater than the reference data by the threshold value a (a > 0). Further, although not shown, the control unit 121 may switch the second control to the first control at a predetermined timing while the second control is being executed, the timing at which the heart rate measured by the biological information measuring device 110 becomes smaller than the reference data by the threshold value a.

Such an environment control system 10 can execute the second control that makes the parasympathetic action dominant when it is estimated that the parasympathetic action of the subject person 200 is weaker than usual. In addition, the environment control system 10 can execute the first control that makes the action of the sympathetic nerve dominant when it is estimated that the action of the sympathetic nerve of the subject person 200 is weaker than usual. That is, the environment control system 10 can suppress the disturbance of the autonomic nerve of the subject person 200. The same operation can be performed using biological information other than the heart rate.

[ working example 3]

The control device 120 may acquire schedule information of the subject person 200 and switch between the first control and the second control at a predetermined timing based on the acquired schedule information. Fig. 10 is a diagram showing the schedule information and the control switching timing of the subject person 200. The schedule information is stored in the storage unit 124 in advance by, for example, the operation accepting unit 125 performing a user's schedule input operation such as the target person 200.

As shown in fig. 10, the target person 200 is scheduled to make a presentation in the schedule information. In this way, in a case where it is estimated that the subject 200 is tensed before presentation, the subject 200 is relaxed after increasing the wakefulness once, instead of only relaxing the subject 200. Thus, the subject 200 can obtain appropriate sense of tension and relaxation at the time of presentation, and can exhibit high expression.

Therefore, when 1 hour elapses before the next schedule (e.g., presentation), the control unit 121 executes the first control for the first 30 minutes and executes the second control after 30 minutes elapses. Thus, the subject 200 can obtain appropriate sense of tension and relaxation when making a brief report, and can exhibit high expression.

The timing of switching between the first control and the second control may be changed, for example, in accordance with the biological information measured by the biological information measuring device 110. For example, an operation example may be considered in which the first control is executed before the heart rate of the subject person becomes a predetermined value, and then the first control is switched to the second control. In addition, for an action other than the presentation, switching between the first control and the second control appropriate for the action may be performed before the action.

[ modified examples ]

With regard to the indirect lighting device 60, the control device 120 may change the chromaticity of the light emitted by the indirect lighting device 60 such that at least one of the x-coordinate and the y-coordinate of the chromaticity diagram in the CIE 1931 color space differs between the first control and the second control. That is, the control device 120 may change the chromaticity of the light emitted from the indirect lighting device 60 so that the chromaticity is different between the first control and the second control. It is considered that the control device 120 sets the color of light emitted from the indirect lighting device 60 to a color disliked by the subject 200 in the first control in which the action of the sympathetic nerve is dominant, and sets the color of light emitted from the indirect lighting device 60 to a color liked by the subject in the second control in which the action of the parasympathetic nerve is dominant, for example. In this case, information indicating a color disliked by the subject person 200 and a color liked by the subject person 200 is stored in the storage unit 124 in advance, and the control unit 121 can change the color of the light emitted from the indirect lighting device 60 to a color disliked by the subject person 200 or a color liked by the subject person by referring to the information.

[ Effect and the like ]

As described above, the environment control system 10 includes: an air blowing device 20 for blowing air to the subject person 200; and a control device 120 that switches at a predetermined timing between a first control that causes the effect of the sympathetic nerve of the subject person 200 to be more dominant than the effect of the parasympathetic nerve by changing the wind speed of the wind sent by the wind blowing device 20 at a predetermined cycle, and a second control that causes the effect of the parasympathetic nerve of the subject person 200 to be more dominant than the effect of the sympathetic nerve by causing the wind speed of the wind sent by the wind blowing device 20 to be lower than the wind speed in the first control.

The environment control system 10 can switch between the first control and the second control by changing the control content of the air blowing device 20. The environment control system 10 can suppress disturbance of the autonomic nerve of the subject 200 by switching between the first control and the second control at a predetermined timing.

For example, the predetermined period is a period of 15 minutes to 60 minutes, and the time during which the wind speed becomes the minimum value in the first control is 75% or less of the predetermined period.

In the environment control system 10, the wind speed is changed with time in the first control, and the stimulus of 200 wind can be stably given to the subject person. Since the subject 200 is not likely to get used to the stimulation of wind, it is easy to maintain the state in which the action of the sympathetic nerve is dominant.

The predetermined period includes a first period in which the wind speed is at a minimum and a second period other than the first period, and the length of the second period is 10 minutes to 30 minutes.

If the length of the second period in which the wind speed is relatively high is limited in this way, the subject 200 is less likely to get used to the stimulation of the wind. That is, the environmental control system 10 can effectively give the stimulus of the wind 200 to the subject person.

The length of the first period is 5 minutes to 25 minutes.

This suppresses the period during which the wind stimulates the subject 200 for a short time. That is, the environmental control system 10 can effectively give the stimulus of the wind 200 to the subject person.

For example, in the first control, the control device 120 causes the wind speed of the wind blown by the air blowing device 20 to fluctuate at time intervals shorter than a predetermined cycle.

The environmental control system 10 can stably give 200 wind stimuli to the subject person by changing the wind speed with time. Since the subject 200 is not likely to get used to the stimulation of wind, it is easy to maintain the state in which the action of the sympathetic nerve is dominant.

Further, for example, the environment control system 10 further includes an air conditioner 30 for adjusting the temperature of the space in which the subject person 200 is located. In the first control, control device 120 periodically changes the temperature of space 300 using air conditioner 30 so that the width from the maximum value to the minimum value is equal to or greater than a predetermined value (e.g., 3 ℃). In the second control, control device 120 uses air conditioner 30 to periodically change the temperature of space 300 such that the maximum value to minimum value range is smaller than a predetermined value (e.g., 1 ℃). The prescribed value is, for example, a value greater than 1 ℃ and less than 3 ℃.

The environment control system 10 can realize the first control and the second control by changing the control content of the air conditioner 30.

Further, controller 120 lowers the temperature of space using air conditioner 30 immediately after the start of the first control, and raises the temperature of space 300 using air conditioner 30 immediately after the start of the second control.

The environment control system 10 can realize the first control and the second control by changing the control content of the air conditioner 30 immediately after the start of the control.

The environment control system 10 further includes an illumination device 40 that illuminates the space 300 in which the subject person 200 is present. The controller 120 increases the illuminance of the space 300 using the lighting device 40 immediately after the first control starts, and decreases the illuminance of the space 300 using the lighting device 40 immediately after the second control starts.

The environment control system 10 can realize the first control and the second control by changing the control content related to the illuminance of the illumination device 40.

The environment control system 10 further includes an illumination device 40 that illuminates the space 300 in which the subject person 200 is present. The control device 120 increases the color temperature of the light emitted from the illumination device 40 immediately after the first control starts, and decreases the color temperature of the light emitted from the illumination device 40 immediately after the second control starts.

The environment control system 10 can realize the first control and the second control by changing the control content relating to the color temperature of the lighting device 40.

The environment control system 10 further includes an indirect lighting device 60 disposed in the space where the subject person 200 is located. The control device 120 fluctuates the light emitted from the indirect lighting device 60 in each of the first control and the second control.

The environment control system 10 can realize the first control and the second control for fluctuating the light emitted from the indirect lighting device 60.

The environment control system 10 further includes an indirect lighting device 60 disposed in the space 300 in which the subject person 200 is located. The chromaticity of the light emitted by the indirect illumination device 60 is changed so that at least one of the x-coordinate and the y-coordinate of the chromaticity diagram in the CIE 1931 color space differs between the first control and the second control.

The environment control system 10 can realize the first control and the second control by changing the control content relating to the chromaticity of the indirect lighting device 60.

The environment control system 10 further includes a ventilation device 70 that ventilates the space 300 in which the subject person 200 is located. The controller 120 makes the carbon dioxide concentration in the space 300 less than the predetermined concentration by using the ventilator 70 in the first control, and makes the carbon dioxide concentration in the space 300 equal to or higher than the predetermined concentration by using the ventilator 70 in the second control. The predetermined concentration is, for example, 1000 ppm.

The environment control system 10 can realize the first control and the second control by changing the control content of the ventilator 70.

The environment control system 10 further includes a speaker 80 and a fragrance generation device 90 disposed in the space 300 in which the subject person 200 is present. The control device 120 makes the sounds output from the speaker 80 different between the first control and the second control, and makes the fragrance generated by the fragrance generating device 90 different between the first control and the second control. For example, the control device 120 causes the speaker 80 to output a fast-tempo music piece in the first control, and causes the speaker 80 to output a relaxing sound such as a healing music piece or a slow-tempo music piece in the second control. For example, the control device 120 causes the fragrance generation device 90 to generate a mint fragrance in the first control, and causes the fragrance generation device 90 to generate a fragrance with less stimulation including fendorin and the like, a lavender fragrance, and the like in the second control.

The environment control system 10 can realize the first control and the second control by changing the control contents of the speaker 80 and the fragrance generating device 90.

The environment control system 10 further includes, for example, an environment measuring device 100 that measures environment information of the space 300 in which the target person 200 is located. The control device 120 switches between the first control and the second control at the predetermined timing based on the measured environmental information. The environment measuring apparatus 100 is an example of a measuring apparatus.

The environment control system 10 can execute each of the first control and the second control based on the environment information of the space 300.

For example, the control device 120 acquires current time information, and switches between the first control and the second control at a predetermined timing based on the acquired current time information.

The environment control system 10 can execute each of the first control and the second control during a period in which the first control should be executed and a period in which the second control should be executed. That is, the environment control system 10 can suppress the disturbance of the autonomic nerve of the subject person 200.

For example, the control device 120 acquires biological information of the subject person 200, and switches between the first control and the second control at a predetermined timing based on the acquired biological information.

Such an environment control system 10 can execute the first control in a case where the effect of the sympathetic nerve of the subject person 200 is estimated to be weaker than usual and the second control in a case where the effect of the parasympathetic nerve of the subject person 200 is estimated to be weaker than usual, based on the biological information. That is, the environment control system 10 can suppress the disturbance of the autonomic nerve of the subject person 200.

For example, the control device 120 acquires schedule information of the subject person 200, and switches between the first control and the second control at a predetermined timing based on the acquired schedule information.

The environment control system 10 can cause the target person 200 to exhibit high performance by switching between the first control and the second control suitable for the action specified in the schedule information.

Further, the environment control method executed by the computer such as the environment control system 10 switches at a predetermined timing between a first control that causes the effect of the sympathetic nerve of the subject person 200 to be more dominant than the effect of the parasympathetic nerve by changing the wind speed of the wind sent by the wind sending device 20 that sends the wind to the subject person 200 at a predetermined cycle, and a second control that causes the effect of the parasympathetic nerve of the subject person 200 to be more dominant than the effect of the sympathetic nerve by causing the wind speed of the wind sent by the wind sending device 20 to be less than the wind speed in the first control.

The environment control method can switch between the first control and the second control by changing the control content of the blower 20. The environment control method can suppress the disturbance of the autonomic nerve of the subject 200 by switching between the first control and the second control at a predetermined timing.

The embodiments have been described above, but the present invention is not limited to the embodiments.

For example, in the above-described embodiment, the process executed by a specific processing unit may be executed by another processing unit. Further, the order of the plurality of processes may be changed, or a plurality of processes may be executed in parallel.

In the above-described embodiment, each component may be realized by executing a software program suitable for each component. Each component may be realized by reading a software program recorded in a recording medium such as a hard disk or a semiconductor memory by a program execution unit such as a CPU or a processor and executing the software program.

Each component may be implemented by hardware. Each component may be a circuit (or an integrated circuit). These circuits may constitute one circuit as a whole, or may be independent circuits. Each circuit of these circuits may be a general-purpose circuit or a dedicated circuit.

All or specific aspects of the present invention can be realized by a system, an apparatus, a method, an integrated circuit, a computer program, or a computer-readable recording medium such as a CD-ROM. The present invention can also be realized by any combination of systems, apparatuses, methods, integrated circuits, computer programs, and recording media.

For example, the present invention may be implemented as an environment control method, as a program for causing a computer to execute the environment control method, or as a computer-readable non-transitory recording medium in which such a program is recorded.

The present invention may be realized as the control device of the above-described embodiment, or may be realized as a program executed by a computer for causing the computer to operate as such a control device. The present invention can also be realized as a computer-readable non-transitory recording medium on which such a program is recorded.

In the above embodiment, the environment control system is realized by a plurality of devices, but may be realized as a single device. When the environment control system is implemented by a plurality of devices, the components included in the environment control system described in the above embodiment may be distributed to the plurality of devices in any manner.

In addition, the present invention includes embodiments obtained by applying various modifications to the embodiments, and embodiments realized by arbitrarily combining the components and functions of the embodiments without departing from the scope of the present invention.
