Background

For bakery foods, there are many cases where it is necessary to fill/place an edible dough into a mold and then to bake it hermetically. Among them, a mold release operation is required at a time of completion of baking. Conventionally, it has been necessary to demold a mold having a seal by a demolding apparatus. The demolding device is provided with a demolding assembly for demolding a movable half shell in the mold, wherein a relatively fixed part of the mold is assumed to be a first mold part, and a relatively movable part of the mold is assumed to be a second mold part. Demolding is currently performed using demolding equipment. In prior art devices, a movable belt was used to set the connecting assembly and then pull the first part of the mold to assist the cooked food product from exiting the mold. Then, the connection assembly is generally separated into two parts, and the two parts are connected by interference clamping or buckling. Therefore, the connecting component is easy to loosen at the position of the belt and has adverse effect on food production.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides an improved demolding machine auxiliary tool connecting structure which is used for enhancing the firm effect of a connecting component of a demolding component on a belt and is different from a conventional buckling or interference fit connecting mode.

The purpose of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:

the slotted hole is arranged on the inner peripheral surface of the belt and provided with a groove, and the groove is positioned on the inner peripheral surface of the belt;

the female member of connecting piece install in the outer peripheral face of belt to have the second round platform, the second round platform cross-under is in the slotted hole, the second round platform has internal thread portion, spiro union in the external screw thread portion that first round platform has.

Further, the first circular truncated cone external thread part is coated with a damping coating, and the damping coating is used for preventing looseness caused by external vibration.

Furthermore, the male connecting piece and the female connecting piece are cylindrical or hexagonal.

Compared with the prior art, the implementation of the invention has the beneficial effects that:

As shown in fig. 1-3, the present invention discloses an improved connecting structure of an auxiliary mold for a demolding machine, which includes but is not limited to a slot 2 disposed on an inner circumferential surface of a belt 1, a male connector 3 and a female connector 4; the groove hole 2 has a groove on the inner circumferential surface of the belt 1. The male connecting piece 3 is arranged on the inner circumferential surface of the belt 1 and is provided with a first circular truncated cone, the first circular truncated cone is penetrated in the slotted hole 2, and the outer edge of the male connecting piece 3 corresponds to the groove; the connecting piece female member 4 is installed on the outer peripheral surface of the belt 1 and is provided with a second circular truncated cone which is penetrated in the slotted hole 2, and the second circular truncated cone is provided with an internal thread part which is screwed with the external thread part of the first circular truncated cone.

In a preferred embodiment, the first frustoconical external thread portion is coated with a damping coating for preventing loosening caused by external vibration. After the male connector part 3 and the female connector part 4 are screwed up, the damping coating can increase the static friction force, and the external vibration force can hardly overcome the static friction force, so that the relative rotation is restrained.

Specifically, as a preferred embodiment, the male connector part 3 and the female connector part 4 are cylindrical or hexagonal.

In order to further increase the front anti-loosening effect, as a preferred embodiment, the end surface of the groove is provided with a plurality of floating point protrusions, and the floating point protrusions are used for preventing loosening caused by external vibration.
