In a preferred scheme, the upright column 1 comprises an upper upright column and a lower upright column; the first cavity 2 is arranged on the upper upright post; the second cavity 12 is arranged on the lower upright post; the upper upright post and the lower upright post are mutually connected to form an integral upright post 1; the upper part of the lower upright post is provided with a hole which is communicated with an interlayer between the inner wall of the lower upright post and the outer wall of the second cavity; the lower part of the lower upright post is provided with a flow guide hole 19 which penetrates through the interlayer.

when the device is used on the common ground, the device comprises the following steps:

s1-1, after the two upright posts 1 are symmetrically arranged on the field, the outer bottom seats are sleeved on the upright posts 1;

s1-2, pulling out the main net 5 from the shaft box 6 and connecting with the slide rail 3 of another upright post 1;

s1-3, adjusting the height of the main net 5 according to the standard height of the main net 5 marked on the slide rail 3 or the individual need;

when used in sand, the method comprises the following steps:

s2-1, after the two upright posts 1 are symmetrically arranged on the field, the outer bottom seats are sleeved on the upright posts 1;

s2-2, controlling the driving motor 13 to drive the anchor rod 14 to extend downwards, and turning the fixing plate 15 in a direction vertical to the side wall of the upright post 1;

s2-3, the control subplate extends to two sides of the fixed plate 15;

s2-4, pouring a certain amount of water into the anchor rod 14 through the through hole 16;

s2-5, pulling out the main net 5 from the shaft box 6 and connecting the main net with the slide rail 3 of the other upright post 1;

s2-6, adjusting the height of the main net 5 according to the standard height of the main net 5 marked on the slide rail 3 or the individual needs.

In the above-mentioned scheme, fixed rack with adjustable volleyball is used can be used to ordinary ground environment and sand ground environment, when being applied to ordinary ground environment, can be applicable to the motion use that needs the rack such as tennis, badminton again, specifically is: after the two upright posts are symmetrically arranged on the field according to the required distance of the movement to be carried out, the outer bottom seat is sleeved on the upright posts; then the supporting legs are turned over to be in contact with the ground of the site, the contact stability of the stand columns and the ground is improved, and then the main net is pulled out from the shaft box and is connected with the slide rail of the other stand column; then the height of the main net is adjusted according to the standard height of the main net marked on the slide rail (including the marks of a plurality of standard heights such as a plurality of badminton nets, tennis nets, volleyball nets and the like) or the individual needs, if the main net is applied to badminton, tennis and the like, the additional net line can be pulled out from the main net to reduce the size of the main net, and finally, the sports can be started.

When the method is applied to a sand environment, the method specifically comprises the following steps: firstly, symmetrically arranging two upright posts on the field, and then sleeving the outer base on the upright posts; then controlling a driving motor to drive the anchor rod to extend downwards, and controlling the auxiliary plates to extend towards the two sides of the fixing plate after the fixing plate is turned over in the direction vertical to the side wall of the upright post; and finally, a certain amount of water is poured into the anchor rod through the through hole, so that the water content of sandy soil around the anchor rod is increased, the connection stability of the upright post and the sand is improved, and the beach volleyball movement can be started.
