In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.

The spraying quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof paint finish paint provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following components in parts by mass: 5-30 parts of pearlescent pigment, 70-200 parts of resin, 1-3 parts of film forming additive, 0.3-1 part of defoaming agent, 1-3 parts of thixotropic agent, 1-2 parts of coupling agent, 3-6 parts of dispersing agent and 1-3 parts of flatting agent.

The waterproof paint finish paint provided by the embodiment of the invention is suitable for being used as a finish paint for spraying quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof paint, and is at least prepared from pearlescent pigment, resin, a film-forming assistant, a defoaming agent, a thixotropic agent, a dispersing agent and a flatting agent according to a certain proportion.

Wherein, resin is used as the main raw material, and the resin base material can be at least one of polyurethane resin, acrylic resin, fluorocarbon resin and epoxy resin.

Optionally, the pearlescent pigment is a nanoscale pearlescent pigment, which can improve the fineness of the finish paint, and can be more uniformly dispersed on the surface of the waterproof paint, so that the color is more uniform. Different pearlescent pigments correspond to different colors, so that the corresponding pearlescent pigments are required to be added according to the color of the final finish paint.

Preferably, the coupling agent is a silane coupling agent, and the molecular structural formula of the silane coupling agent is Y-R-Si (OR)3, wherein Y represents an organic functional group, and SiOR represents a siloxy group. The silane oxygen radical has reactivity to inorganic matters such as pearlescent pigment, and the organic functional group has reactivity or compatibility to organic matters such as rubber, so that when the silane coupling agent is between an inorganic interface and an organic interface, two different materials can be connected with the interface, the interface performance is improved, a bonding layer of an organic matrix, the silane coupling agent and an inorganic matrix can be formed, and the bonding strength between a finish coat and a sprayed quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof coating is enhanced.

Optionally, in the waterproof paint finish provided by the embodiment of the invention, the leveling agent is used for reducing the surface tension of the paint, improving the leveling property and uniformity of the paint, improving the permeability of the paint, effectively preventing the coating from sagging during spraying, reducing the possibility of generating spots and stains during film formation, increasing the coverage property, and enabling the formed film to be uniform, flat and smooth, and the leveling agent can be specifically one or more of isophorone, diacetone alcohol, BYK333 and fluorocarbon.

The film forming additive can promote the plastic flow and elastic deformation of the high molecular compound, improve the coalescence performance and promote film formation; optionally, in the finish paint provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the film forming assistant is one or more of ethylene glycol, dodecyl alcohol ester, propylene glycol methyl ether PM, hexylene glycol butyl ether acetate, and ethyl 3-ethoxypropionate.

The thixotropic agent can be one or more of fumed silica, bentonite and polyamide wax, and the addition of the thixotropic agent can effectively prevent the phenomenon that the coating flows off when the finish paint is sprayed.

The dispersant can enable the pigment and the filler to be uniformly dispersed in the resin base material, and the defoaming agent can be one or two of polymer dispersant and phosphate dispersant. Specifically, defoaming agents BYK190, BYK192, GS9181, and the like may be used.

The defoaming agent can effectively reduce bubbles generated during finish paint spraying, remarkably improves the film forming effect, and specifically can be an organic silicon defoaming agent.

The embodiment of the invention also provides a preparation method of the film coating, and please refer to fig. 1, which shows a flow chart of a preparation method of the spray quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof coating finish paint provided by the embodiment of the invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the preparation method comprises steps S100-S200:

step S100, uniformly mixing a first resin, a first dispersing agent and a thixotropic agent according to a preset mass part to prepare a base material, and uniformly mixing a pearlescent pigment, a second resin and a second dispersing agent to prepare color paste;

and S200, uniformly mixing the base material, the color paste, the film forming auxiliary agent, the coupling agent and the flatting agent to prepare the waterproof paint finish.

In the embodiment of the invention, the first resin, the first dispersing agent and the thixotropic agent are mixed uniformly to prepare the base material, the pearlescent pigment, the second resin and the second dispersing agent are mixed uniformly to prepare the color paste, and then the base material, the color paste, the film-forming assistant, the coupling agent, the flatting agent and other assistants are mixed uniformly to obtain the waterproof paint finish paint. The base material and the color paste are prepared respectively and then mixed to form the waterproof paint finish, so that the full mixing of all the components can be ensured, the pearlescent pigment is uniformly dispersed in the resin base material, and the color uniformity of the finish is improved.

In the embodiment of the invention, in the process of preparing the waterproof paint finish, the resin comprises a first resin and a second resin, the dispersing agent comprises a first dispersing agent and a second dispersing agent, and the mass ratio of the pearlescent pigment, the resin, the film forming additive, the defoaming agent, the thixotropic agent, the coupling agent, the dispersing agent and the leveling agent is 5-30: 70-200: 1-3: 0.3-1: 1-3: 1-2: 3-6: 1-3, and sequentially adding the first resin, the first dispersant, the thixotropic agent, the pearlescent pigment, the second resin, the second dispersant, the film-forming assistant, the coupling agent and the leveling agent, so that the finally prepared finish paint comprises, by mass, 5-30 parts of the pearlescent pigment, 70-200 parts of the resin, 1-3 parts of the film-forming assistant, 0.3-1 part of an antifoaming agent, 1-3 parts of the thixotropic agent, 1-2 parts of the coupling agent, 3-6 parts of the dispersant and 1-3 parts of the leveling agent.

Wherein the first resin and the second resin may be the same or different, and may be both acrylic resins, for example; the first dispersant and the second dispersant may be the same or different, and for example, the first dispersant may be BYK190 and the second dispersant may be BYK 192.

In the step S100, the first resin, the first dispersant and the thixotropic agent are uniformly mixed by high-speed stirring to prepare a base material, and the base material can be uniformly mixed by high-speed stirring, specifically, the base material can be stirred at a rotation speed of 800r/min or more for 5 mins;

wherein, because the pearlescent pigment is likely to be damaged and destroyed under a larger mechanical action to influence the luster effect, the pearlescent pigment, the second resin and the second dispersant are uniformly mixed to prepare the color paste by adopting a low-speed stirring mode, and the color paste can be stirred for 10mins at a rotating speed of 300 r/min.

Optionally, in the step S200, the base material, the color paste, the film forming aid, the coupling agent and the leveling agent are pre-stirred in a low-speed stirring manner for a preset time, so that bubbles in production can be better removed while the fineness and the color uniformity of the product are improved, and the effect of the pearlescent pigment is prevented from being influenced. Wherein, the base material, the color paste, the film forming assistant, the coupling agent and the flatting agent can be used for 10mins at a rotating speed of less than 300r/min to obtain the final special finish paint for spraying the quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof paint.

The embodiment of the invention also provides an application of the spray quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof paint finish paint, wherein the spray quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof paint finish paint is sprayed on a spray quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof paint waterproof layer, and the spray thickness is 100-200 mu m.

In the application provided by the embodiment of the invention, the sprayed quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof paint finish paint is coated on the surface of the sprayed quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof paint waterproof layer in a spraying mode, and a plurality of color effects are exposed on the waterproof layer by using pearlescent pigments in the finish paint, so that a gorgeous and colorful decorative effect is achieved; meanwhile, because the pearlescent pigment has excellent weather resistance, when the finish paint is coated on the surface of the sprayed quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof paint, the waterproof coating can be protected, the weather resistance of the waterproof coating is improved, and the problem that the appearance is influenced due to fine cracks on the surface after long-time exposure is avoided.

Wherein, because the covering power of different colors to black is different, the spraying thickness is controlled between 100-200 μm, and the black formed by spraying the quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof coating can be just shielded.

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to examples.

Example 1

(1) Adding 150 parts by mass of acrylic resin into a container, stirring at a low speed of 300r/min, adding 2 parts of dispersing agent BYK190, 2 parts of fumed silica, 1 part of BYK019 and stirring at a high speed of 800r/min for 5min under a stirring state, and preparing a base material;

(2) mixing 20 parts of pearlescent pigment, 50 parts of acrylic resin and 1 part of BYK192 in another container, and stirring and mixing for 10min at 300r/min to prepare color paste;

(3) and mixing and stirring the prepared color paste and the base material, adding 1.5 parts of dodecyl alcohol ester, 1.5 parts of silane coupling agent and 2.5 parts of BYK333, and stirring at a low speed of 300r for 10min to prepare a finish paint sample.

The finish paint samples are subjected to solid content, fineness, surface drying, actual drying, adhesive force, wear resistance and artificial accelerated aging tests, and the test results and the tests are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the prepared finish paint has excellent weather resistance, good adhesion and good composite performance with a sprayed quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof coating layer.
