As an important part of the power system, the protection of the power transmission and distribution towers is extremely important. At present, protective measures are lacked around a power transmission and distribution tower, residents nearby the tower are close to the tower or climb the tower, and safety accidents are easily caused.

In the prior art, a chinese patent publication No. CN101604469A discloses an intelligent protection system and method for a tower in 12, 16/2019, where the protection system includes at least one sensing module, a wireless communication module, and a remote alarm monitoring platform; the perception modules are respectively arranged on the towers and comprise one or more of the following sensors: the device comprises a fastener dismounting sensor used for detecting whether a support is dismounted, an acoustic sensor used for detecting whether the support is cut, a microwave/ultrasonic sensor used for detecting whether a person climbs the tower or not, and an inclination angle sensor used for detecting whether the tower inclines or not; the wireless communication module is used for receiving the information sensed by the sensing module and sending the sensed information to the remote alarm monitoring platform; the remote alarm monitoring platform is used for receiving the information of the sensing module and acquiring the position information of the abnormal sensing module. Although the invention reduces the theft and damage of the tower to a certain extent, the invention fails to solve the problem that the power transmission and distribution tower lacks an effective safety protection function, and therefore, a safety protection system of the power transmission and distribution tower is urgently needed.

when an irrelevant person enters the internal area of the protective guard without passing through a face recognition access control system (crossing the protective guard), the anti-theft grating is touched, and meanwhile, the control module receives a signal that the anti-theft grating is touched, sends an instruction to control the alarm to give an alarm and drives away the irrelevant person who enters in a violation manner; meanwhile, the control module sends alarm information to the background management module through the communication module; when the background management module receives the alarm information, a manager can check the field situation through the monitoring module to determine whether an illegal person is still in the guard rail area, and if the emergency situation occurs, the manager can immediately inform the nearest dispatcher to arrive at the field or make a call to alarm. When the illegal person receives the warning signal and leaves the scene, the background management module can send an instruction to the control module, and the alarm module is directly controlled to stop the alarm.
