Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent electric cookers, in particular to an intelligent electric cooker with a rice washing function.

Background

The electric cooker is a modern cooker capable of realizing various food processing functions of steaming, boiling, stewing and the like. As more and more people take rice as staple food, the electric rice cooker has been widely used as a general cooking tool. With the continuous improvement of the living standard of people, people have developed the intelligent electric cooker with the functions of automatically adding rice and washing rice, and the whole cooking process does not need manual intervention. However, most of the intelligent rice cookers on the market have complex design of components for realizing the rice washing function, and are not beneficial to the simplification of the structure and the reduction of the cost.

Disclosure of Invention

Based on this, the invention provides the intelligent electric cooker with the rice washing function, which overcomes the defects of the prior art and is beneficial to the simplification of the structure and the reduction of the cost.

An intelligent electric cooker with a rice washing function comprises a steaming grid, a cooker body, a power device, an installation shaft, a rice washing stirring piece and a water spraying and absorbing device, wherein the steaming grid is installed in the cooker body, the power device is used for driving the installation shaft and the steaming grid to rotate relatively, the rice washing stirring piece is fixed on the installation shaft and is used for stirring rice in the steaming grid, a water spraying and absorbing channel is arranged on the installation shaft and is communicated with the water spraying and absorbing channel, the water spraying and absorbing device is used for spraying water into the cooker body through the water spraying and absorbing channel, and the water spraying and absorbing device is also used for absorbing water in the cooker body through the water spraying and absorbing channel.

When the intelligent electric cooker with the rice washing function realizes the automatic rice washing function, firstly, the water spraying and absorbing device sprays water into the cooker body through the water spraying and absorbing channel and then the rice in the steaming grid is immersed, then the power device drives the mounting shaft and the steaming grid to rotate relatively, so that the rice in the steaming grid is stirred by the rice washing stirring piece, the rice is fully washed, and finally, the water spraying and absorbing device sucks the water in the cooker body through the water spraying and absorbing channel. The power motor drives the mounting shaft to rotate, and the mounting shaft drives the rice washing stirring piece to stir the rice in the steaming grid, so that the purpose of fully washing the rice is achieved.

Thus, the intelligent electric cooker integrates the functions of water spraying and water absorbing, and is beneficial to simplifying the structure of the intelligent electric cooker and reducing the production cost of the intelligent electric cooker. Meanwhile, the screen can prevent rice from entering the water spraying and absorbing channel so as to avoid blockage.

In one embodiment, a first quick connector is arranged at the lower port of the middle channel, and a second quick connector matched with the first quick connector is arranged at the upper port of the water spraying and absorbing channel. The first quick connector and the second quick connector are matched to quickly realize the communication between the middle channel and the water spraying and absorbing channel, so that the use is convenient.

In one embodiment, the first quick connector is a mushroom head upper driver, and the second quick connector is a mushroom head lower driver, so that the connection is convenient, and the materials are easy to obtain.

To facilitate an understanding of the invention, the invention will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in an embodiment, an intelligent electric rice cooker with a rice washing function is provided, which includes a steam grill 10, a cooker body 20, a power device 30, a mounting shaft 40, a rice washing stirring member 50, and a water spraying and absorbing device 60, wherein the steam grill 10 is mounted in the cooker body 20, the power device 30 is configured to drive the mounting shaft 40 and the steam grill 10 to rotate relatively, the rice washing stirring member 50 is fixed on the mounting shaft 40, the rice washing stirring member 50 is configured to stir rice in the steam grill 10, a water spraying and absorbing channel 400 is disposed on the mounting shaft 40, the water spraying and absorbing device 60 is communicated with the water spraying and absorbing channel 400, the water spraying and absorbing device 60 is configured to spray water into the cooker body 20 through the water spraying and absorbing channel 400, and the water spraying and absorbing device 60 is further configured to suck water in the cooker body 20 through the water spraying and absorbing channel 400.

When the intelligent electric cooker with the rice washing function is used for automatically washing rice, firstly, the water spraying and absorbing device 60 sprays water into the cooker body 20 through the water spraying and absorbing channel 400 and the rice does not pass through the steaming lattice 10, then the power device 30 drives the mounting shaft 40 and the steaming lattice 10 to rotate relatively, so that the rice in the steaming lattice 10 is stirred by the rice washing stirring piece 50, the rice is fully washed, and finally, the water spraying and absorbing device 60 sucks the water in the cooker body 20 through the water spraying and absorbing channel 400. The intelligent electric cooker can effectively realize the function of automatically washing rice, has simple structure and is beneficial to reducing the manufacturing cost.

Referring to fig. 1, the intelligent electric cooker with a rice washing function further includes a housing 70 and a cover 80, and the cooker body 20 and the cover 80 are respectively mounted on the housing 70. The cover 80 cooperates with the body 20 to complete cooking of food, and the housing 70 provides a space for mounting the body 20, the cover 80 and other components.

As shown in fig. 1, the lid 80 is rotatably mounted on the housing 70, so as to facilitate opening and closing of the lid 80. Of course, the lid 80 can also be detachably mounted on the housing 70, but not limited thereto.

In this embodiment, the steamer tray 10 is detachably mounted in the pot body 20, the power device 30 includes a power motor 31, and a driving shaft 32 of the power motor 31 is in driving connection with the mounting shaft 40. The power motor 31 drives the mounting shaft 40 to rotate, and the mounting shaft 40 drives the rice washing stirring piece 50 to stir the rice in the steaming grid 10, so that the purpose of fully washing the rice is achieved. The first and second switching valves 620 and 630 can control the communication or blocking of the intermediate passage 320 with the water source and the water absorbing device 65, respectively. When the water spraying function is needed, the first switch valve 620 controls the middle channel 320 to be communicated with a water source, the second switch valve 630 controls the middle channel 320 to be blocked from the water absorbing device 65, and the water is sprayed into the pot body 20 through the middle channel 320 and the water spraying and absorbing channel 400 by the water spraying pipe 62. When the water absorption function needs to be realized, the first switch valve 620 controls the middle channel 320 to be blocked from the water source, the second switch valve 630 controls the middle channel 320 to be communicated with the water absorption device 65, and the water in the pot body 20 is absorbed through the water absorption pipe 63 by utilizing the water spraying and absorbing channel 400 and the middle channel 320. Thus, the intelligent electric cooker integrates the functions of water spraying and water absorbing, and is beneficial to simplifying the structure of the intelligent electric cooker and reducing the production cost of the intelligent electric cooker. At the same time, the screen 41 can prevent rice from entering the water-ejecting and sucking passage 400 so as not to cause clogging.

Optionally, the water absorbing device 65 is a water pump, which realizes water absorption. Specifically, the water absorbing device 65 is mounted on the housing 70.

Further, the water spraying and absorbing device 60 further comprises a mounting pipe 64, the water spraying pipe 62, the water absorbing pipe 63 and the mounting pipe 64 are communicated with each other to form a three-way joint 61, and the mounting pipe 64 is communicated with the upper port of the middle channel 320. The upper port of the middle channel 320 is communicated with the installation pipe 64, namely can be respectively communicated with the spray pipe 62 and the water suction pipe 63, and the installation is convenient.

Optionally, the water spraying and sucking device 60 further comprises an extension pipe 66, the water spraying pipe 62 is used for communicating with a water source through the extension pipe 66, and the first switch valve 620 is installed on the extension pipe 66. As shown in fig. 2, the first switching valve 620 is a solenoid valve. The electromagnetic valve is adopted to control the communication or the blockage of the middle channel and the water source, the response is sensitive, and the action is reliable. Of course, the first on-off valve 620 may take other forms, such as a ball valve, a gate valve, etc., and is also possible.

Referring to fig. 2, the second switch valve 630 includes a plug 631 and an elastic member 632, the plug 631 is mounted on the elastic member 632, and the elastic member 632 is used for driving the plug 631 to close or open the inlet of the water absorbing device 65. The elastic member 632 is used to drive the plug 631 to close or open the inlet of the water absorbing device 65, thereby effectively controlling the communication or blocking between the middle channel 320 and the water absorbing device 65. Of course, other forms of the second on-off valve 630, such as a solenoid valve, a ball valve, a gate valve, etc., are also possible.

The first quick connector 90 and the second quick connector 91 are matched to quickly communicate the middle channel 320 with the water spraying and sucking channel 400, so that the use is convenient.

Optionally, the first quick connector 90 is a mushroom head upper driver, and the second quick connector 91 is a mushroom head lower driver, so that the connection is convenient and the material drawing is easy.

Specifically, the steaming grid 10 is provided with a through hole for installing the installation shaft 40. So that on the one hand the mounting shaft 40 can be reliably mounted on the steam grid 10 and on the other hand water can be better sprayed into the pot 20 or pumped out of the pot 20.

Further, the power motor 31 is mounted on the pot cover 80. When the pot cover 80 is closed, the driving shaft 32 of the power motor 31 and the mounting shaft 40 can be engaged with each other through the first quick coupling member 90 and the second quick coupling member 91, so as to communicate the intermediate passage 320 with the water spraying and sucking passage 400. 3. the water spraying and absorbing device 60 sprays clean water into the pot body 20 through the water spraying and absorbing channel 400, and the water height is lower than the height of the steaming grid;

4. the heating means heats the water in the pot body 20 to generate steam to cook the rice in the steaming compartment 10 to form rice.
