Background

Detailed Description

The invention is further explained by the embodiment in the following with the attached drawings.

The existing chest support lining comprises three types: the three types of straight chest linings basically comprise three to five layers which comprise a second layer of black carbon lining and chest velvet, as shown in figure 1, a full-wool lining straight chest lining 1.1, a half-wool lining straight chest lining 1.2, a half-wool lining straight chest lining 2, a bonding lining straight chest lining 1.3 and a half-wool lining straight chest lining 3, as shown in figure 3.

The chest support lining with the chest shaping pulling strip of the invention is described in detail by taking a half wool lining chest support lining 1.2 as an example.

The chest support lining with the chest molding draw bar comprises a first layer of black carbon lining 1, a second layer of black carbon lining 2, a ponytail lining 3 and chest velvet 4, and is shown in figure 4.

The chest molding strip 13 is added on the existing chest support lining, the molding strip 13 is required to be a 45-degree oblique strip, the width is 1.2-2 cm, and the material is plain all cotton or polyester cotton cloth with the gram weight of 90-110 g. The purpose of the 45-degree inclined strip adopted by the plastic strip 13 is that the 45-degree inclined strip has the largest resilience force after being stretched and stretched, and simultaneously has the tension force, and the stretched strip and the stiff chest interlining are sewn to enable the stiff chest interlining to curl towards one surface of the plastic strip and keep the appropriate tension force. The width of the molding strip 13 is 1.2-2 cm because the resilience force of the oblique strip is weaker when the width is less than 1.2cm, and the quality is reduced because the molding strip is embedded into the chest velvet to cause obvious marks on the bust lining when the resilience force stretching amount is too large. When the width of the molding strip 13 is larger than 2cm, the radial degree of the socket curl of the chest support liner can be reduced, so that the quality can be reduced, and therefore the molding strip 13 is designed to be a 45-degree oblique strip with the width of 1.2-2 cm.

The chest plastic strip 13 is made of plain all cotton or polyester cotton with the gram weight of 90-110 g, and the material has high adhesion degree with the chest velvet, low cost and high adhesion degree with the bust lining with the thickness of 90-110 g.

The chest plastic strip 13 is sewn from one end 13.1 to the other end 13.2 of the splicing seam 7, the direction from 13.1 to 13.2 is adopted because the lapel line at the side 13.1 is fixed by a triangular needle, the direction of the side 13.2 is relatively open, and if the quilting cut line 10 causes the allowance and the unevenness among the lining cloths, the surplus and the unevenness can be smoothed out towards the oxter side 13.2 in the sewing process of the plastic strip 13.

The height of the chest shaping strip 13 is consistent with the chest circumference line, so that the chest shaping strip can conform to the circumference of the chest of a human body, and the chest support lining is more fit with the human body.

The first black carbon lining 1, the second black carbon lining 2 and the fourth layer of chest velvet 4 are added together according to material properties and thickness, and the shrinkage amount is designed to be 1-2 cm according to different product specifications.

During drawing and shrinking, firstly, the breast velvet edge 15 at the turnbuckle line is lifted, the molding strip 13.1 is aligned with the breast velvet edge 15 in the middle, after needle falling, the molding strip 13 is flatly placed along the splicing seam 7 to the breast velvet shearing opening 16 at the other end without being pulled and loosened to the side edge of the first layer of the black carbon lining 1, then one pen point of a double-ended pen with a preset interval (the interval is the designed drawing and shrinking amount) is aligned with the joint of the side edge of the first layer of the black carbon lining and the molding strip 13.2, the other pen point marks a mark line on the molding strip 13.2, then the molding strip is stretched, the mark line drawn on the molding strip is aligned with the side edge of the first layer of the black carbon lining, a flatcar is drawn and sewed for one line 13.3, and finally, two side edges of the molding strip 13 are respectively drawn for one line 13.4 and 13.5 according to a seam allowance of 0.15 cm. The three transverse stay wires of the plastic strip 13 can improve the latitudinal nesting and rolling naturalness of the chest support liner, and the quality is more stable. After the pull-string is pulled, the chest support lining is naturally rolled along the plastic strip 13 to form the fat situation, but the 45-degree oblique strip has a certain resilience, so that the fat situation is more natural due to the plastic and shape keeping effects. The design of the chest shaping strip ensures that the chest support lining does not need to be fixed by a chest strip at the arc part from the armhole to the chest waist, so that the part has certain looseness and can be better attached to a human body.

The plastic strip 13 is made of plain all cotton or polyester cotton with a weight of 90-110 g because the material has high adhesion degree with the breast velvet and low cost, and the thickness of 90-110 g has high adhesion degree with the bust lining.

The turnbuckle line chest plastic strip 14 is additionally arranged, the plastic strip 14 is a 15-degree oblique strip, the width is 0.6-1 cm, the length is 10-12 cm, and the material is plain all cotton or polyester cotton cloth with the gram weight of 90-110 g.

The purpose of adopting the lapel line plastic strip 14 is to enhance the shaping of the chest and prevent the lapel line from being opened after being dressed, so that the lapel line is more fit with the human body.

The purpose of adopting the 15-degree inclined strip for the turnup line plastic strip 14 is that the 15-degree inclined strip has large tension and slightly takes the rebound tension, and the folded line of the black carbon lining can be gathered together and slightly takes the rebound tension after the strip is stretched and stitched with the black carbon lining.

The width of 0.6-1 cm is adopted for the lapel line plastic strip 14 because the tension of the oblique strip is weak when the width is less than 0.6cm, and the impression is easily generated on the lapel line when the width is more than 1cm, so that the quality is reduced, and therefore the plastic strip 14 in the embodiment is designed into a 15-degree oblique strip with the width of 0.6-1 cm.

The two ends 14.1 and 14.2 of the lapel line plastic strip 14 are symmetrically arranged along the lapel line by taking the upper side and the lower side of the plastic strip 13 as the center, the height of the plastic strip 14 is designed at the position, which aims to be just above the starting point of the chest skimming, namely the starting point of the breast slope of a human body, the position is easy to generate lapel line opening symptoms, and the quality problem of lapel opening can be reduced by drawing and shrinking the lapel line for stiffening the chest lining through the plastic strip 14.

During manufacturing, the plastic strip 13 can be sewn by marking with a double-end marking pen with designed 0.3cm shrinkage amount, only one line 14.3 and 14.4 are sewn at two sides of the plastic strip, and the folded head is turned down after shrinkage, so that the breast is naturally plump.

Similarly, the full-wool lining chest support liner can be changed in the second layer of black carbon lining and chest velvet like the half-wool lining chest support liner to obtain the full-wool lining chest support liner with the chest molding tie bar, as shown in fig. 10. The adhesive interlining rib-lift liner can also be changed in the second layer of black carbon interlining and breast velvet like a half-wool interlining rib-lift liner to obtain the adhesive interlining rib-lift liner with the chest molding pull strip, which is shown in figure 11.
