Chinese published patent CN110877489A proposes a fully intelligent multi-hole binding machine with thread and binding method using the same, and chinese published patent CN209869778U proposes a thread binding machine, both of which adopt an overhead drilling and threading mechanism; the Chinese patent publication CN210026756U proposes an improved multi-hole thread type binding machine and the Chinese patent publication CN109466202A proposes a thread type binding machine, which both adopt a drilling structure and a threading structure which are separated from each other up and down; the four patents all adopt a plurality of groups of porous drilling tools coaxially controlled by motors, no matter the crochet hook is threaded from top to bottom or from bottom to top, the drilling mechanism and the threading mechanism do not move during operation, the binding piece needs to be placed on the workbench for manual fixation by manual operation, and the workbench drives the binding piece to move to the threading position after drilling, so that the structure has low working efficiency, high cost of each accessory, difficult maintenance and replacement and potential safety hazard; the whole device is large in size, complex in structural arrangement, high in noise and capable of enabling drilling and threading to be concentrated above the workbench.

The drilling device 40, the threading device 50 and the moving device 60 are all fixedly arranged on a placing plate 41 on the machine body 10; the drilling device 40 and the threading device 50 are arranged above the placing plate 41 on the same side, and the moving device 60 is arranged below the placing plate 41; the moving device 60 controls the placing plate 41 to drive the drilling device 40 and the threading device 50 to synchronously move along the longitudinal direction of the workbench 20; and the threading device 50 and the moving device 60 are both arranged near one side of the workbench 20.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 4 to 5, the paper pressing device 20 is fixedly disposed at the upper end portion of the body 10, is disposed outward, is spaced apart from the outer end surface of the body 10, and is located above the table 20. The area for placing the bound piece in front of the paper pressing device 20; followed by a control device 70.

Further, the platen device 20 includes a platen bracket 31 with a flat lower end face, a platen motor 32 with a central axis parallel to the length of the platen bracket 31, a platen guide mechanism for fixing the platen bracket 31 and guiding the platen bracket 31 to move up and down, a platen gear 33 provided at the output end of the platen motor 32, a platen rack 34 engaged with the platen gear 33, and a platen position sensor assembly for monitoring the up and down movement of the platen bracket 31. Wherein, the paper pressing guide mechanism and the paper pressing rack 34 are arranged on the back of the paper pressing bracket 31 in parallel and are vertical to the length direction of the paper pressing bracket 31; the paper pressing rack 34 is arranged between the guide mechanisms and is positioned in the middle of the length of the paper pressing bracket 31; the paper pressing position sensing assembly is arranged on a paper pressing sensor mounting frame fixedly arranged on one side of the paper pressing support 31 close to the paper pressing motor 32 and is positioned between the paper pressing motor 32 and the paper pressing guide mechanism; the platen motor 32 drives the platen gear 33 to rotate in the longitudinal direction of the platen rack 34, thereby driving the platen rack 34 to move the platen holder 31 up and down in the height direction of the platen guide mechanism.

The paper pressing bracket 31 is a cuboid shell structure, and in order to ensure the stability of the whole paper pressing bracket 31, end faces symmetrically arranged are arranged at two ends of the shell to connect the lower end face and the back face; and the lower end surface of the paper pressing bracket 31 is provided with a strip hole corresponding to the positions of all the drilling knives 42 along the length direction, the strip hole is penetrated and arranged by at least the drilling knives 42 and the threading needles 51, the structural width of the strip hole is larger than the diameter of the drilling knives 42 and smaller than the width of the binding positions of the bound pieces, and the length of the strip hole is larger than the length of the bound pieces, so that the operation of the drilling knives 42 or the threading needles 51 is ensured not to be interfered. And a plurality of conductive rubber pads are arranged above the strip holes, the number of the conductive rubber pads corresponds to that of the drill cutters 42, and the conductive rubber pads are respectively arranged corresponding to the positions of the drill cutters 42 up and down, so that when the drill cutters 42 penetrate through the thickness of the binding piece and contact with the conductive rubber pads, the binding piece is penetrated, and the drilling is completed. When threading, the conductive rubber pad is pulled and moved away by the control piece arranged on the lower bottom surface of the paper pressing bracket 31 close to the end part, so that the conductive rubber pad is staggered with the binding hole on the binding piece, the binding hole is vacant, and the threading and the paying-off are facilitated.

The output end of the paper pressing motor 32 is fixedly provided with a paper pressing motor support plate 37 which is vertical to the workbench 20 and is penetrated through by the output end shaft of the paper pressing motor 32, the upper end and the lower end of the paper pressing motor support plate 37 are respectively and fixedly connected with the top of the machine body 10 and the workbench 20, the paper pressing gear 33 is vertically matched and meshed with the paper pressing rack 34, and the back of the paper pressing rack 34 is fixedly connected with the back of the paper pressing bracket 31.

The paper pressing guide mechanism comprises a paper pressing guide rail 35 which is vertically arranged and a paper pressing slide block 36 which is matched with the paper pressing guide rail 35 and fixedly arranged on the back surface of the paper pressing support 31, the paper pressing guide rail 35 and the paper pressing slide block 36 are symmetrically arranged on two end sides of the back surface of the paper pressing support 31 in a matching mode, and the paper pressing guide rail 35 is fixedly arranged on the workbench 20 and the machine body 10.

The paper pressing position sensing assembly comprises an upper paper pressing position sensor 38 and a lower paper pressing position sensor 39 which are vertically arranged, a paper pressing sensor mounting frame is fixedly arranged on the upper end portion of the machine body 10, and the upper paper pressing position sensor 38 and the lower paper pressing position sensor 39 are both connected with the control device 70. When the lower part 39 of the paper pressing position sensor is triggered, the paper pressing bracket 31 is positioned at the upper limit, namely at the initial position; when the upper platen position sensor 38 is triggered, it indicates that the platen 31 is at the lower limit, i.e., the platen 31 presses the binding.

During this process, the lower part 39 of the paper pressing position sensor is triggered, and a signal is transmitted to the control device 70, which indicates that the paper pressing device 30 is at the initial position; after the bound piece is placed, a starting switch is pressed on the touch display screen, the paper pressing motor 32 is started in a rotating mode, an output shaft of the paper pressing motor is controlled to drive the paper pressing gear 33 to rotate and move downwards along the paper pressing rack 34, and therefore the paper pressing support 31 drives the paper pressing slider 36 to vertically move downwards along the paper pressing guide rail 35, slowly approach the position where the bound piece is placed and gradually contact with the bound piece; when the pressing position sensor 38 is triggered, a signal is transmitted to the control device 70, which indicates that the pressing bracket 31 presses the bound piece stably, the pressing motor 32 stops working, and the bound piece is waited to be drilled and threaded. After drilling and threading are completed, the paper pressing motor 32 starts to rotate reversely to drive the paper pressing gear 33 to rotate upwards along the paper pressing rack 34, so that the paper pressing bracket 31 drives the paper pressing slider 36 to move vertically upwards along the paper pressing guide rail 35 until the lower part 39 of the paper pressing position sensor is triggered, a signal is transmitted to the control device 70 to indicate that the paper pressing device 30 is reset, and the paper pressing motor 32 stops working.

As shown in fig. 6 to 8, the drilling device 40 is located below the table 20 on the side close to the platen motor 32, and the drilling device 40 includes: the drilling machine comprises a plurality of drilling knives 42 arranged side by side, a connecting shaft 43 coaxially connected with the drilling knives 42, a drilling motor 44 for driving the connecting shaft 43 to rotate, a drilling lifting mechanism for controlling the lifting movement of the drilling knives 42, a guide mechanism for guiding the drilling knives 42 and the connecting shaft 43 which are integrally connected to be integrally moved up and down, and a drilling position sensing assembly for controlling the drilling positions of the drilling knives. Wherein, the upper end of the coupling shaft 43 is coaxially connected with the drill 42 and the drill 42 is vertically suspended upwards, and the lower end of the coupling shaft 43 sequentially penetrates through the drilling guide mechanism and the placing plate 41; all the connecting shafts 43, the drilling motor 44, the drilling lifting mechanism and the drilling guide mechanism are fixedly arranged on the placing plate 41 and are arranged on the same side. The drilling motor 44 is connected with one of the coupling shafts 43 in a non-coaxial parallel manner, and the coupling shaft 43 connected with the drilling motor 44 drives all other coupling shafts 43 to rotate synchronously, so as to drive all the drill cutters 42 to work synchronously. The drilling position sensing assembly is arranged on the drilling sensor mounting frame which is arranged on one side, away from the threading device 50, of the drilling guide mechanism, and the drilling position sensing assembly is arranged on one side, close to the drilling motor. The drilling lifting mechanism and the drilling motor 44 are arranged side by side and are arranged on one side of the connecting shaft 43 away from the threading device 50, and the drilling motor 44 and the paper pressing motor 32 are arranged on the same side and in the same direction, so that the position recognition is facilitated, and the installation and the processing are facilitated.

The number of the drill cutters 42 is at least two, all the connecting shafts 43 are arranged side by side along the length direction of a drilling slide block 46 in the drilling guide mechanism, and the adjacent connecting shafts 43 are connected through a toothed belt. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, there are three drill bits 42, and correspondingly, there are three coupling shafts 43; the connecting shaft 43 is fixed on a drilling slide block 46 through a flange, and the drilling slide block 46 can drive the connecting shaft 43 and the drill 42 to move up and down together; the drilling motor 44 is arranged perpendicular to the plane of the placing plate 41, connected with the coupling shaft 43 at the middle position through a connecting piece, and the connecting piece is arranged at one side of the placing plate 41 close to the moving device 60, namely, the output end of the drilling motor 44 is connected with the coupling shaft 43 through a connecting piece which is positioned below the placing plate 41, and the connecting piece is a toothed belt. Of course, the transmission mode between the drilling motor 44 and the coupling shaft 43 and the transmission mode between the coupling shafts 43 can also adopt a gear transmission mode, a friction transmission mode or an eccentric lever transmission mode and the like.

One drilling motor 44 drives the three connecting shafts 43 to rotate synchronously, and the drilling motor 44 and the connecting shafts 43 are arranged in a non-coaxial parallel manner, so that the synchronous rotation of the three drilling knives 42 is also completed, and the drilling of the same workpiece to be drilled are completed. The drilling driving mode matched with the structure only needs the precision requirement of one end of the connecting shaft 43 matched with the drill 42, so that the precision of the connecting shaft 43 matched with the drill 42 can be ensured, the manufacturing cost is reduced, the drilling driving mode is also suitable for binding machines of a plurality of groups of drill with different models, the temperature of a tool is high, and the drilling quality can be ensured; the universality of various drilling accessories is also improved. Meanwhile, the coupling shaft 43 and the drilling motor 44 arranged in the structure are arranged on the same side of the placing plate 41 in parallel, the mounting structure is compact, the height of the drilling device 40 is saved, and the space utilization rate is improved.

The drilling guide mechanism comprises a plurality of drilling guide shafts 45 and drilling slide blocks 46, one ends of the drilling guide shafts are fixedly arranged on the placing plate 41, the drilling slide blocks 46 are matched with the drilling guide shafts 45, and all the connecting shafts 43 penetrate through the drilling slide blocks 46 and are connected with the drilling slide blocks 46 through flange plates. Further, two drilling guide shafts 45 are provided, one end of each drilling guide shaft is fixed to the placing plate 41, the other end of each drilling guide shaft is fixed to a support plate parallel to the placing plate 41, the support plate is located below the workbench 20 and is arranged in a gap with the workbench 20, the placing plate 41 and the support plates are integrally connected through four-corner connecting rods, and the drilling device 40 and the threading device 50 are stably fixed together with the placing plate 41.

The drilling position sensing assembly comprises a drilling position sensor upper part 412 and a drilling position sensor lower part 413, the drilling position sensor upper part 413 and the drilling position sensor lower part 413 are fixed on a drilling sensor mounting frame in the same direction, the drilling sensor mounting frame is located between a drilling sliding block 46 and a drilling motor 44, the upper end and the lower end of the drilling sensor mounting frame are respectively fixedly arranged on a placing plate 41 and a supporting plate, and the drilling position sensor upper part 412 and the drilling position sensor lower part 413 are respectively connected with the control device 70. When the drilling position sensor lower 413 is triggered, it indicates that the drill 42 is located at the lower limit, i.e. at its initial position, i.e. directly below the paper pressing device 30, i.e. the position of the drill 42 corresponds to the position of the elongated hole on the paper pressing bracket 31; when the drill position sensor 412 is triggered, it indicates that the drill 42 is at the upper limit, i.e., the drill 42 completes drilling the binding.

The drilling lifting mechanism comprises a drilling lifting motor 47, a drilling gear 48 arranged at the output end of the drilling lifting motor 47, a drilling rack 49 which is matched with the drilling gear 48 and vertically arranged on the placing plate 41, and a drilling lifting motor velometer 414 for monitoring the lifting speed of the drill 42. Wherein, the output of drilling elevator motor 47 is fixed to be set up on drilling elevator motor extension board 411, and the upper and lower both ends of drilling elevator motor extension board 411 are connected with placing board 41 and backup pad respectively, and in the slide in the rack stopper 410 of vertical setting was built in to drilling rack 49, the upper and lower both ends of rack stopper 410 were connected with placing board 41 and backup pad respectively to the position of fixed drilling rack 49. The drilling gear 48 penetrates through the lifting motor support plate 411 and then is meshed with the drilling rack 49, and one side, namely the back of the drilling rack 49, far away from the drilling gear 48 is connected with the drilling sliding block 46 through a T-shaped connecting block; one side end of the T-shaped connecting block is connected with the drilling rack 49 on the same surface, and the other end of the T-shaped connecting block is embedded into the drilling sliding block 46; the drilling lifting motor 47 drives the drilling gear 48 to rotate along the length direction of the drilling rack 49, so that the drilling rack 49 drives the drilling slide block 46 to move up and down along the vertical direction, and the up-and-down position of the drill 42 is controlled. The drilling lifting motor velometer 414 is arranged at the tail of the drilling lifting motor 47, when the lifting speed of the drill 42 does not accord with the standard value, namely the drilling resistance of the drill 42 is too large or the drill runs in no-load mode, the drilling lifting motor velometer 414 transmits the monitored signal to the control device 70, the control device 70 automatically judges that the lifting speed of the drill 42 is abnormal, and then the overload protection function of the drilling lifting motor 47 is started, so that the drilling lifting motor 47 is stopped, and the drill is protected from being damaged.

In this process, when the platen position sensor lower 39 is triggered to transmit a signal to the control device 70, the control device 70 immediately transmits a signal to the drill position sensor lower 413 to recognize whether the drill slider 46 is located at the lower limit, and the drill position sensor lower 413 transmits a signal to the control device 70 again, indicating that the drilling device 40 is located at the initial position. Meanwhile, the drilling motor 44 is started, the drilling motor 44 transmits kinetic energy to the connecting shaft 43 at the middle position through the connecting piece, the coaxial drilling knives 42 are driven to rotate by the connecting shaft 43 at the middle position, the kinetic energy is transmitted to the connecting shafts 43 at the two sides of the connecting shaft 43 through the belt, the connecting shafts 43 at the two sides drive the drilling knives 42 at the two sides to rotate, and therefore the three drilling knives 42 synchronously rotate in the same direction. The drilling lifting motor 47 and the drilling motor 44 are started synchronously, the drilling lifting motor 47 drives the drilling gear 48 to rotate and to be meshed with the drilling rack 49, the drilling gear 48 drives the drilling rack 49 to move upwards along the slide way in the rack limiting block 410, and therefore the drilling rack 49 drives the drilling slider 46 and the connecting shaft 43 connected with the drilling slider 46 to move upwards together, and the drill 42 moves upwards while rotating. When the drill 42 sequentially penetrates through the workbench 20, the thickness of the bound piece and the thickness of the paper pressing bracket 31, the drill is contacted with the conductive rubber pad, and the drilling position sensor 412 is triggered, which means that the drill 42 completes the drilling work of the thickness of the bound piece; meanwhile, the drilling lifting motor 47 reversely drives the drilling gear 48 to rotate and enable the drilling gear 48 to be meshed with the drilling rack 49, the drilling gear 48 drives the drilling rack 49 to move downwards along the slide way in the rack limiting block 410, so that the drilling rack 49 drives the drilling slider 46 to move downwards together, and the coupling shaft 43 and the drill 42 move away from the workbench 20. When the drill position sensor 413 is triggered, indicating that the drilling device 40 returns to the initial position, the drill position sensor 413 transmits a signal to the control device 70, so that the drilling process is completed, and the drilling motor 44 and the drilling lifting motor 47 stop working simultaneously. The moving device 60 is controlled to move the placing plate 41 in a direction away from one side of the bound piece along the longitudinal direction of the workbench 20, the placing plate 41 synchronously drives the drilling device 40 and the threading device 50 to move, so that the threading needle 51 in the threading device 50 is positioned at the initial position of the drill 42, namely, is positioned right below the position of drilling the bound piece, and the working principle of the threading device 50 and the moving device 60 is described in detail later.

As shown in fig. 9, the threading device 50 is located outside the drilling device 40 and is arranged between the placing plate 41 and the supporting plate alongside the drilling device 40. Specifically, the threading device 50 includes three threading needles 51, a threading motor 52, a swing lever mechanism 53, a threading guide mechanism for guiding the threading needles 51, and a threading position sensor 57 for monitoring the up-and-down movement of the threading needles 51. The distribution of the positions of the threading needles 51 is the same as that of the drill cutters 42, one end of each threading needle is fixedly arranged at one end of the swing rod mechanism 53, and the other end of each threading needle penetrates through the threading guide mechanism and is vertically suspended upwards. The threading motor 52 is arranged on one side, away from the drilling device 40, of the threading guide mechanism, the output end of the threading motor 52 is fixedly arranged on the threading motor support plate 56, the threading motor support plate 56 is connected with the placing plate 41 and the supporting plate to enable the threading motor 52 to be fixed, the threading motor 52 is arranged perpendicular to the threading guide mechanism, the output end of the threading motor is hinged with one end of the vertical rod in the swing rod mechanism 53, the other end of the vertical rod in the swing rod mechanism 53 is connected with the threading slide block 55 in the threading guide mechanism, and the threading motor 52 drives the swing rod mechanism 53 to drive the threading needle 51 to vertically move up and. Further, the threading guide mechanism is arranged near one side of the drilling device 40 and comprises two threading guide shafts 54 respectively connected with the placing plate 51 and the supporting plate and a threading slide block 55 matched with the threading guide shafts 54, wherein three threading needles 51 are fixedly arranged in the threading slide block 55 and penetrate through the threading slide block 55, the threading slide block 55 is arranged in parallel with the drilling slide block 46, and the positions of the threading needles 51 are radially consistent with the position of the drill 42. The side surface of one side of the threading slide block 55 close to the threading motor 52 is connected with a horizontal rod in the swing rod mechanism 53, and a vertical rod of the swing rod mechanism 53 is driven by the threading motor 52 to swing up and down, so that the swing rod mechanism 53 drives the threading slide block 55 and the threading needle 51 to synchronously move up and down. The threading motor 52 drives the threading needle 51 to move up and down through the swing rod mechanism 53, and the swing rod mechanism 53 rotates for a circle and drives the three threading needles 51 to complete threading once when the output shaft of the threading motor 52 rotates for a circle. The threading motor 52 may drive the threading slider 55 to engage with a rack or a sprocket, and the threading operation may be performed.

In this process, the threading position sensor 57 in the threading device 50 is triggered to indicate that the threading needles 51 are all located at the lower limit position, and the initial position of the threading device 50 is located outside the initial position of the drilling device 40 at this time, i.e., the side away from the paper pressing bracket 31, when the drilling is completed, the moving device 60 drives the placing plate 41 to move toward the end away from the threading device 50 along the longitudinal depth direction of the workbench 20, so that the threading device 50 moves toward the side where the paper pressing bracket 31 is located and is placed right below the paper pressing bracket 31, and the threading needles 51 just correspond to the position where the bound piece is drilled, and the moving device 60 stops working. The threading motor 52 is started and the swing rod mechanism 53 is driven to rotate, the swing rod mechanism 53 drives the threading slide block 55 to drive the three threading needles 51 to move upwards along the height direction of the threading guide shaft 54 and sequentially penetrate through the workbench 20, the drilled holes with the thickness of the bound piece and the paper pressing bracket 31, and the thread extends out of the upper part of the drilled holes, so that the cotton thread is kept in the paper pressing bracket 31, the swing rod mechanism 53 drives the threading slide block 55 to drive the three threading needles 51 to move downwards until the threading slide block 55 drives the threading needles 51 to fall to the upper end face of the threading sensor mounting bracket, at the moment, the threading position sensor 57 is triggered again to indicate that the threading needles 51 return to the lower limit position, a signal is transmitted to the control device 70, the control device 70 transmits the signal again to stop the threading motor 52, and the threading work of the bound piece is finished. Then, the moving device 60 is controlled to slide the placing plate 41 in the reverse direction, so that the threading device 50 moves away from the side of the position of the bound piece, and the drilling device 40 returns to the initial position to wait for drilling the bound piece of the next round.

As shown in fig. 10, the moving device 60 is disposed below the placement plate 41 and at a position close to the platen 30, i.e., inside the body 10. The moving device 60 includes a moving motor 61 disposed perpendicular to the placing plate 41, a moving gear 62 disposed at an output end of the moving motor 61, a moving rack 63 fixedly disposed on the placing plate 41 and engaged with the moving gear 62, and a moving position sensing assembly. The moving motor 61 is connected with the placing plate 41 through a moving motor support plate 66 with an L-shaped structure, and the moving gear 62 at the output end of the moving motor 61 is suspended and the moving gear 62 is vertically meshed with the moving rack 63; the moving motor support plate 66 is a groove plate structure with a U-shaped structure, and both ends of the moving motor support plate are respectively fixed on the machine body 10, so that the moving motor 61 is fixedly arranged. The moving position sensing assembly is disposed below the placing plate 41 on the side close to the moving motor. The moving rack 63 is disposed in parallel with the moving direction of the placing plate 41, i.e., in parallel with the longitudinal axis of the placing plate 41.

In order to ensure that the placing plate 41 can slide along the longitudinal width direction of the workbench 20 so as to alternately move the longitudinal positions of the drilling device 40 and the threading device 50 to the lower side of the paper pressing bracket 31, a set of symmetrically arranged moving guide rails 64 is selected to be arranged in the longitudinal direction of the machine body 10, and the moving guide rails 64 are arranged in parallel with the moving rack 63. The moving rack 63 is disposed near the output end side of the coupling shaft 43 at the intermediate position and away from the drilling motor 44 in order to allow the moving rack 63 to have a sufficient space to be engaged with the moving gear 62 so that the placing plate 41 is freely slid. The moving rails 64 are provided at both ends of the horizontal width of the placing plate 41, and moving sliders 65 which are fitted to the moving rails 64 are provided at the lower end surface of the placing plate 41, and preferably, two moving sliders 65 are provided at each side of the moving rails 64 to ensure the stability of the horizontal sliding of the placing plate 41.

The mobile position sensing assembly is fixedly installed on a mobile sensor installation frame which is arranged below the placing plate 41 and close to one side of the mobile motor, the mobile sensor installation frame is fixedly arranged along the length direction of the mobile guide rail 64, the mobile sensor installation frame is located on the outer side of the mobile guide rail 64 and close to one end, away from one side of the mobile motor 61, of the mobile position sensor installation frame, the mobile sensor installation frame comprises a front 67 part of the mobile position sensor installation frame and a rear 68 part of the mobile position sensor installation frame, the front 67 part of the mobile position sensor installation frame and the rear 68 part of the mobile position sensor installation frame are both close to the outer side of the position, where the threading slide block 55 is located, of the mobile position sensor installation frame, the rear 68 part of the mobile position sensor installation frame is close to one side of. The moving position sensor front 67 and the moving position sensor rear 68 are each used for identifying a sensor provided on the placing board 41, and are each electrically connected to the control device 70.

In the process, after the drilling is finished, the front 67 of the mobile position sensor is triggered to indicate that the drilling device 40 is located at the initial position, namely the initial position of the mobile position 60, the mobile motor 61 is started to drive the mobile gear 62 to rotate, so that the mobile rack 63 is driven to drive the placing plate 41 to move towards the side close to the drilling device 40 along the length direction of the mobile guide rail 64, namely, the drilling device 40 and the threading device 50 are driven to move towards the side far away from the threading device 50 together; when the position sensor is moved and then the position sensor 68 is triggered, the threading device 50 is positioned right below the paper pressing device 30, and the threading device 50 is positioned to prepare for threading; after threading, the moving motor 61 is controlled to reversely drive the moving gear 62 to rotate, so that the moving rack 63 is driven to drive the placing plate 41 to move towards the direction far away from one side of the drilling device 40 along the length direction of the moving guide rail 64, the drilling device 40 and the threading device 50 are driven to move towards the direction far away from one side of the threading device 50 together, when the front 67 of the moving position sensor is triggered again, the threading device 50 is indicated to be reset, namely the moving device 60 returns to the initial position, the moving motor 61 stops working, and thus the alternate work of drilling and threading is completed.

The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: the cotton thread is preset into the thread groove at the top of the threading needle 51, then the starting switch on the touch display screen is started, the paper pressing device 30, the drilling device 40, the threading device 50 and the moving device 60 are all in the initial state, and when the touch display screen prompts normal operation, the next operation can be carried out.

When the paper pressing position sensor 38 is triggered, the paper pressing motor 32 stops working, which indicates that the paper pressing bracket 31 presses the bound piece stably.

The drilling motor 44 and the drilling lifting motor 47 are synchronously started to work, the drilling motor 44 drives the connecting shaft 43 in the middle to drive the connecting shafts 43 on the two sides to rotate together, and therefore the three drilling knives 42 are driven to synchronously rotate in the same direction; and meanwhile, the drilling lifting motor 47 is started to drive the drilling gear 48 to be meshed with the drilling rack 49, so that the drilling rack 49 drives the drilling sliding block 46 and the connecting shaft 43 to move upwards together, the drill 42 moves upwards while rotating, and when the drill 42 is in contact with the conductive rubber pad, the drilling position sensor 412 is triggered, namely the drill 42 finishes the drilling work on the thickness of the bound piece.

And controlling the drilling lifting motor 47 to reversely drive the drilling gear 48 to rotate and drive the drilling rack 49 to move downwards along the slide way in the rack limiting block 410, so that the drilling rack 49 drives the drilling slider 46 to move downwards together, when the drilling position sensor 413 is triggered, indicating that the drilling device 40 returns to the initial position, and thus completing the drilling process, and simultaneously stopping the drilling motor 44 and the drilling lifting motor 47.

When the moving motor 61 is started to drive the moving gear 62 to rotate, the moving rack 63 is driven to drive the placing plate 41, the drilling device 40 and the threading device 50 move together along the length direction of the moving guide rail 64 to the direction close to one side of the drilling device 40, and when the moving position sensor rear 68 is triggered, the threading device 50 is positioned right below the paper pressing device 30, the moving motor 61 is stopped, and the threading motor 52 is started.

The threading motor 52 drives the swing link mechanism 53 to rotate, so as to drive the threading slide block 55 to drive the three threading needles 51 to move upwards along the height direction of the threading guide shaft 54, after the cotton thread is fed to the paper pressing bracket 31, the swing link mechanism 53 drives the threading slide block 55 to drive the three threading needles 51 to move downwards, when the threading position sensor 57 is triggered again, the threading needle 51 returns to the lower limit position, the threading work is completed, the threading motor 52 stops working, and the paper pressing motor 52 is started.

The paper pressing motor 32 rotates reversely to drive the paper pressing gear 33 to rotate upwards along the paper pressing rack 34, so that the paper pressing bracket 31 drives the paper pressing slider 36 to move vertically upwards along the paper pressing guide rail 35 until the lower part 39 of the paper pressing position sensor is triggered, the paper pressing device 30 is reset, the paper pressing motor 32 stops working, and the moving motor 61 is started.

The moving motor 61 is controlled to reversely drive the moving gear 62 to rotate, so that the moving rack 63 is driven to drive the placing plate 41 to move towards the direction far away from one side of the drilling device 40 along the length direction of the moving guide rail 64, the drilling device 40 and the threading device 50 are driven to move towards the direction far away from one side of the threading device 50 together, when the front 67 of the moving position sensor is triggered again, the threading device 50 is reset to be finished, the moving motor 61 stops working, and all operations are finished.

For the underneath type drilling device and threading device, because the drill bit is arranged in the machine body of the binding machine, and the bit body is arranged in the binding piece in the drilling process, even if the drill bit is broken, fragments can still be arranged in the machine body or the binding piece, thus the safety of operators can not be threatened, and paper scraps can also be prevented from splashing; at the same time, the noise pollution can be reduced to the maximum limit.

All the drilling knives are driven by the same drilling motor, all the threading needles are controlled by the same threading motor, the synchronous control is accurate, the consistency of the drilling or threading setting is ensured, the binding quality is improved, and the drilling device and the threading device which are structurally controlled can be suitable for the requirements of the drilling knives and the threading needles with various specifications and the drilling and threading setting of various in-line or out-of-line settings, have strong universality, are easy to maintain and process; for limited operation areas, the structure can also optimize the space arrangement in the machine body, improve the space utilization rate and reduce the production cost.

4. The whole drilling and threading process is automatically controlled, meanwhile, an intelligent protection and early warning function for drilling the drill bit is further arranged, when the lifting speed of the drill bit exceeds a standard range, namely the drilling resistance of the drill bit is too large or no-load, the control device starts the overload protection function, and the drilling lifting motor is controlled to stop so as to protect the drill bit from being damaged.
