the walking gantry crane comprises: hoist, vertical support frame and horizontal beam, wherein: the vertical support frame and the horizontal cross beam form an inverted U-shaped truss main body, and the lifting appliance is located on the horizontal cross beam.

Background

The removal of decommissioned ocean platforms, particularly jacket platforms, has long been a concern to the engineering community. The conventional operation is that a large crane ship is matched with a transportation barge to operate, but the operation has large lifting capacity, but the conventional crane ship has small lifting capacity and is difficult to hoist large modules; the number of the ultra-large crane ships capable of meeting the construction requirements is small, and the cost is high. In the face of this manifestation, the concept of removing a vessel platform by a variety of Single-lift hoisting systems is emerging on the market, and systems operating in this manner suffer from the following disadvantages: the wave resistance is poor; the cost is high; the function is single; the self-carrying capacity is not available; is difficult to adapt to shallow water operation; the requirements on construction environment and personnel operation are high.

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a large ocean platform installation vessel which has excellent wave resistance and can independently realize the installation, the removal and the transportation of a jacket platform.

The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

The sliding track is in a T-shaped structure.

The sliding block is U-shaped to match with the sliding track.

The hoisting mechanism comprises: at least one set of walking gantry crane, drive arrangement and braking locking device, wherein: the walking gantry crane is arranged on the sliding track, the driving device is arranged below the walking gantry crane, and the braking locking device is arranged on the sliding track.

The walking gantry crane comprises: hoist, vertical support frame and horizontal beam, wherein: the vertical support frame and the horizontal cross beam form an inverted U-shaped truss main body, and the lifting appliance is located on the horizontal cross beam.

The horizontal cross beam is provided with a walking vehicle matched with the lifting appliance to adjust the lifting position.

The driving device is an oil cylinder, wherein: one end of the oil cylinder is connected with the bottom end of the vertical support frame, and the other end of the oil cylinder is connected with the sliding track through a bolt.

Technical effects

Compared with the prior art, the invention adopts the catamaran type, has excellent rapidity and wave resistance, and improves the transverse stability of the catamaran compared with a monohull type; the propeller is arranged, so that the transportation, installation and removal of the jacket can be completed without the cooperation of other auxiliary ships; the construction work system is easy to construct and operate.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment includes: two single hulls 1, two sets of taxi tracks 3, a power system and a hoisting mechanism 12, wherein: the two single ship bodies 1 are structurally connected through the connecting bridge 2, the sliding tracks 3 are respectively arranged in the ship length direction of the two single ship bodies 1 and cover the whole ship, the power system is positioned on the main ship body and is connected with the hoisting mechanism 12, and the hoisting mechanism 12 is arranged on the sliding tracks 3 through the sliding blocks 7.

The tail part of the deck is provided with a slot, and the two groups of sliding rails 3 are respectively arranged on two sides of the slot.

The bow side of the monohull vessel 1 is provided with a deckhouse 10.

The sliding track 3 is of a T-shaped structure as a whole.

The sliding block 7 is U-shaped to match with the sliding track 3.

The power system is realized by a hydraulic pump station (not shown in the figure), and the power system is connected with an oil cylinder 11 in the hoisting mechanism.

Compared with the prior art, the device can independently complete the installation, the removal and the transportation of the jacket platform without the assistance of other ships, greatly reduces the construction time, improves the operation efficiency and increases the operation window period compared with the conventional hoisting operation.
