The lifting mechanism 13 includes: two sets of walking gantry cranes, driving devices and braking locking devices with sliding mechanisms, wherein: the walking gantry crane is arranged on the sliding track 3, the driving device is arranged below the walking gantry crane to drive the walking gantry crane to move along the sliding track, and the braking locking device is arranged on the walking gantry crane.

The above device works by the following ways: as shown in figure 1, a plurality of large buoys are carried to a construction area, the slotting position of a ship body is adjusted through a propeller 9 to be located above the buoys, a travelling gantry crane is moved to the upper portion of the buoys, the travelling gantry crane is moved to the slotting position at the stern after being lifted, a lifting appliance 8 is put down, the buoys are put into water until the buoys reach the water bottom, the buoys are unloaded, the travelling gantry crane is moved to the upper portion of a second buoy on the ship, and next lifting operation is started. As shown in fig. 4, for a long immersed tube tunnel structure, a hanging beam 12 may be arranged on the vertical support frame 5 of the two sets of travelling gantry cranes, and the two travelling gantry cranes are moved to the two ends of the immersed tube tunnel structure and are hoisted.

Compared with the prior art, the device does not need the cooperation of other auxiliary ships, can automatically transport and hoist large-scale harbor engineering structural members, and has high operation efficiency; the hoisting capacity is strong, the stability is higher than that of a conventional hoisting mode, and the hoisting range covers the whole ship; the construction and operation are easy, and the construction cost is low.
