the parcel recognition device is arranged at a loading inlet of the sorting platform (12) and can recognize cargos (5) placed on the self-navigation trolley (11);

8. A space unloading system according to any of the claims 1-5, characterized in that the pallet (2) is a movable pallet, and that the container (21) on the pallet (2) is removable.

10. A control method of a three-dimensional unloading system capable of unloading goods in a container is characterized by comprising the following steps:

Background

The goods unloading by sorting goods from a navigation trolley, i.e. a robot, has been widely used, and in the prior art, goods are usually unloaded in a certain predetermined outlet according to needs, for example, packages are unloaded in different outlets according to regional division, and then the packages in the same outlet are packed and transported. The invention provides a goods sorting device, which is characterized in that goods are unloaded in a certain predetermined container on a shelf, and a plurality of containers can be arranged on one shelf, so that all goods can be conveniently transported to a packing place to be packed only by transporting the shelf to the packing place, and how to unload the goods sorted by a robot into a certain predetermined container on the shelf is the problem to be solved by the invention.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a three-dimensional unloading system capable of unloading goods in a container and a control method thereof according to the requirements.

The invention has the advantages that the goods can be directly unloaded in a certain predetermined container on the goods shelf after being sorted; the goods shelves are arranged closely, which greatly increases the density of the goods outlet compared with the prior art, improves the space utilization rate and the unloading speed; when the goods are unloaded from the navigation trolley, the unloading device slowly receives the goods, so that the impact force of the goods can be effectively reduced, and the collision damage of the goods is reduced.

The invention has the advantages of compact structure, high space utilization rate, high unloading speed and reduction of goods damage.

Detailed Description

The invention will now be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings in which:

as shown in fig. 1, a three-dimensional unloading system capable of unloading goods in a container comprises:

a sorting platform 12 provided with a loading inlet and a discharge outlet 13;

the self-navigation trolley 11 is provided with a plurality of self-navigation trolleys which can run on the sorting platform 12 and can unload the cargos 5 carried by the self-navigation trolleys at the unloading outlet 13;

the parcel recognition device is arranged at a loading inlet of the sorting platform 12 and can recognize the goods 5 which are manually or robotically arranged on the self-navigation trolley 11;

the positioning device is used for positioning when the self-navigation trolley 11 runs;

It should be noted that the unloading of the goods from the navigation trolley 11 through the sorting platform 12 at the unloading outlet 13, the package recognition device and the positioning device are all the prior art, and the conveying device 4, the unloading device 3 and the goods shelf 2 are mainly added in the invention.

Compared with the prior art, the goods shelf has the advantages that after the goods 5 are unloaded in the goods shelves 21 on the goods shelf 2, the goods shelf 2 can be conveniently moved to a packing place for packing, certain specific requirements can be met, meanwhile, the goods shelves 21 on the goods shelf 2 can be closely arranged, the density of the goods outlet is greatly increased compared with that of the prior art, the space utilization rate is improved, and the unloading speed is also improved.

It should be noted that each container 21 has a number, and each container 21 can be installed with more than one goods 5 corresponding to a certain buyer or area, for example, two goods ordered by a certain buyer; a batch of goods ordered by a provincial buyer, etc.

As one of the embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the unloading device 3 includes:

the axle centers of the first unloading driving wheel 32 and the second unloading driving wheel 34 are respectively and rotatably connected with the conveying frame, the conveying frame is a horizontal plate 41 in the embodiment, two side edges are provided with folded edges 33 which are bent to 90 degrees, and the folded edges 33 can be used for installing the axle centers;

a conveyor belt 35, which couples the first unloading drive wheel 32 and the second unloading drive wheel 34, the conveyor belt 35 being able to carry the goods 5;

the shell of the unloading motor 31 is fixed with the folded edge 33, the rotating shaft of the unloading motor 31 is fixed with the shaft core of the first unloading driving wheel 32 or the shaft core of the second unloading driving wheel 34, the unloading motor 31 is electrically connected with the controller of the unloading device 3, and when the unloading motor 31 rotates, the goods 5 can be unloaded.

Generally, the unloading motor 31 can be a speed reducing motor, and a plurality of bearing wheels can be added for supporting the middle part of the conveyor belt 35 to increase the bearing weight of the goods 5.

In the unloading operation of the present embodiment, the unloading motor 31 is rotated in the forward or reverse direction to unload the load 5 onto the left or right pallet 2.

As a second embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, 7 and 8, the unloading device 3 includes:

a first decelerator 64;

a turnover motor 62, the shell of which is fixed with the shell of the first speed reducer 64, the rotating shaft of which is fixed with the input shaft of the first speed reducer 64, the turnover motor 62 being electrically connected with the controller of the unloading device 3;

two turnover supports 63 are symmetrically arranged and fixed with an output shaft of the first speed reducer 64;

a turnover plate 60 fixed with the turnover bracket 63, the turnover plate 60 being capable of holding the goods 5;

a second speed reducer 66, the housing of which is fixed to the carriage; the conveying frame in the embodiment is a vertical plate 61;

a swing motor 67, a housing of which is fixed with the housing of the second reducer 66, a rotating shaft of which is fixed with the input shaft of the second reducer 66, the swing motor 67 being electrically connected with the controller of the unloading device 3;

two swing levers 65, one end of which is fixed to the output shaft of the second reduction gear 66 and the other end of which is fixed to the housing of the first reduction gear 64, for the purpose of increasing strength;

the swing motor 67 can drive the turnover table 60 to swing to the upper part of the predetermined container 21, and the turnover motor 62 can unload the goods 5 in the container 21.

In this embodiment, only one shelf 2 is disposed.

Further, as one of the embodiments, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the conveying device 4 includes:

a vertical moving device 42 provided with:

the hollow rod 422 is vertically fixed relative to the ground, the hollow rod 422 is provided with an opening end 4222, two outer side surfaces of the hollow rod 422 are provided with grooves 4221, and the hollow rod 422 in the embodiment can be directly fixed on the ground;

a first timing pulley 424 and a second timing pulley rotatably fixed at both ends in the hollow rod 422, respectively;

a timing belt 423 that couples the first timing pulley 424 and the second timing pulley;

a servo motor 421, a housing of which is fixed to the hollow rod 422, a rotating shaft of which is fixed to a central shaft of the first synchronous pulley 424 or a central shaft of the second synchronous pulley, the servo motor 421 being electrically connected to a controller of the conveying device 4; the servo motor 421 may be a servo motor with a speed reduction mechanism.

The sliding block 425 is provided with a lug 4252 and two sliding rails 4251, the lug 4252 can be embedded into the open end 4222 of the hollow rod 422 and fixed with the synchronous belt 423, the sliding rails 4251 can only move back and forth along the groove 4221, and the sliding block 425 is fixed with the conveying frame.

Only the conveying device 4 of the vertical moving device 42 can unload the goods 5 in the same row of the containers 21 with different heights, and further, in order to cover a plurality of rows of the containers 21, on the basis of the vertical moving device 42, as shown in fig. 4, the conveying device 4 further comprises:

the structure of the transverse moving device 43 is the same as that of the vertical moving device 42, the hollow rod 432 of the transverse moving device 43 is horizontally fixed with the ground through a bracket, the hollow rod 422 of the vertical moving device 42 is fixed with the slide block 435 of the transverse moving device 43, and the servo motor 431 of the transverse moving device 43 is electrically connected with the controller of the conveying device 4.

The structure of the transverse moving device 43 is the same as that of the vertical moving device 42, so that the cost can be reduced, the management is convenient, and meanwhile, the three-dimensional unloading can be realized.

Further, as shown in fig. 8, two sets of the lateral moving devices 43 are provided, one set of the vertical moving device 42 is provided, and the upper part and the lower part of the vertical moving device 42 are respectively fixed with the sliding blocks 435 in the two sets of the lateral moving devices 43, so that the structure has good stability.

Further, when the cargo 5 is unloaded from the navigation car 11, the conveyor belt 35 or the turnover tray 60 in the unloading device 3 moves close to the cargo 5, and when the cargo 5 just touches the unloading device 3, the conveyor belt 35 or the turnover tray 60 moves down slowly until the cargo 5 completely slides down on the conveyor belt 35 or the turnover tray 60.

It should be noted that, in the prior art, when the cargo is unloaded from the navigation trolley 11, the cargo 5 is usually directly unloaded at the outlet, which is at a certain height from the navigation trolley 11, and if the cargo 5 is a fragile product, the cargo may be damaged by the impact force.
