Therefore, the opening and closing motor 15 drives the driving gear to rotate, the driving gear drives the rack to move left and right through the second gear, the second bevel gear, the first bevel gear and the first gear, so as to drive the opening and closing rod 11 to move left and right, and further control the closing or opening of the movable door 10.

The water outlet pipe 52 of the present embodiment is connected to an output shaft of the opening and closing motor 15 through the second gear set 16, and the opening and closing motor 15 controls the rotation of the water outlet pipe 52.

The second gear set 16 includes a driven gear coaxially fixed with the water outlet pipe 52 and a plurality of transmission gears, the driven gear is engaged with the transmission gears, and the transmission gears are engaged with the driving gear. Therefore, the open-close motor 15 drives the driving gear to rotate, the driving gear drives the water outlet pipe 52 to rotate through the driving gear and the driven gear, so that the nozzle of the spray pipe 54 on the water outlet pipe 52 can be rotated, and the nozzle penetrates through the window and faces the belt 18 of the belt conveyor 2.

As shown in fig. 5, the present embodiment further includes a belt vibrating mechanism 9, and the belt vibrating mechanism 9 includes a vibrating motor 91, a tapping rod 92, and a tapping block 93;

the vibration motor 91 is arranged between the annular belts 18 of the belt conveyor 2, the knocking rod 92 is of a straight rod structure, the middle part of the knocking rod 92 is fixed on an output shaft of the vibration motor 91, the knocking blocks 93 are fixed at two ends of the knocking rod 92, and the vibration motor 91 drives the knocking rod 92 to rotate, so that the knocking blocks 93 at the end parts of the knocking rod 92 knock the lower surfaces of the belts 18.

The knocking block 93 is made of rubber with good wear resistance. The vibrating motor 91 drives the rapping bar 92 to rotate, so that the rapping block 93 at the end of the rapping bar 92 raps the lower surface of the belt 18, and the coal dust attached to the upper surface of the belt 18 is separated from the belt 18, thereby facilitating the cleaning of the coal dust.

The coal conveying trestle of this embodiment still includes the control panel and sets up dust concentration sensor 12 in trestle 1, and motor 15, vibrating motor 91, dust concentration sensor 12, dust catcher 6, first solenoid valve, second solenoid valve 17 and the water pump that open and shut all with control panel electric connection.

The control panel can adopt a singlechip, and the singlechip can also be connected with a display screen.

The opening and closing motor 15, the vibration motor 91, the dust collector 6, the water pump, the first electromagnetic valve and the second electromagnetic valve 17 are all electrically connected with the control panel. Therefore, the operation or the closing of the belt vibration mechanism 9, the dust collection system, the spraying system and the belt flushing system can be controlled by a worker through the control panel, and the operation efficiency of the worker is further improved.

The coal dust concentration in landing stage 1 of control panel accessible dust concentration sensor 12 real time monitoring, when the coal dust concentration exceedes the threshold value scope of setting for, the steerable spraying system of control panel and dust collecting system carry out the dust fall operation.

In this embodiment, the spraying mechanism 3 and the vacuum cleaner 6 are arranged alternately in the extending direction of the trestle 1.

The spraying mechanism 3 and the dust collector 6 are arranged in a staggered way, so that the problem that the dust falling effect of the spraying mechanism 3 is influenced by pumping water mist sprayed by the spraying mechanism 3 out by the dust collector 6 can be avoided.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, a method for using a coal transporting trestle with a coal dust removing function, which adopts the coal transporting trestle with the coal dust removing function, includes the following steps:

monitoring the coal dust concentration in the trestle 1 through a dust concentration sensor 12;

when the concentration of the coal dust exceeds a set threshold range, the control panel performs dust fall through a spraying system and/or dust fall through a dust collection system; and the dust settling effect is best by adopting a spraying system and a dust collection system.

The dust fall method comprises the following steps of: the control board controls the first electromagnetic valve to open and controls the water pump to operate, the water pump pumps out water from a water source, the water is conveyed into the water conveying branch pipe 31 through the water conveying main pipe 4 and the water conveying branch pipe, the water in the water conveying branch pipe 31 is sprayed out in a water mist mode through the atomizing spray head 32, and the sprayed water mist can adsorb coal dust floating in the air and enable the coal dust to be settled;

the dust falling step through the dust collection system comprises the following steps: the control panel controls the dust collector 6 to operate, the dust collector 6 extracts coal dust floating in the air, and the coal dust is conveyed to the spraying dust falling device 8 through the exhaust pipe and the exhaust main pipe 7 to be processed;

the step of removing the coal dust on the belt 18 of the belt conveyor comprises the following steps:

the vibration motor 91 is started through the control panel, the vibration motor 91 drives the knocking rod 92 to rotate, and the knocking rod 92 rotates to enable the knocking block 93 at the end part of the knocking rod 92 to knock the lower surface of the belt 18, so that the coal dust attached to the upper surface of the belt 18 is separated from the belt 18; the coal dust after separation is convenient to clean through a belt flushing system.

The opening and closing motor 15 is started through the control panel, and the opening and closing motor 15 drives the opening and closing rod 11 to move through the first gear set 14, so that the movable door 10 is opened; meanwhile, the opening and closing motor 15 drives the water outlet pipe 52 to rotate through the second gear set 16, the water outlet pipe 52 rotates to enable the nozzle of the spray pipe 54 to penetrate through the window, and the nozzle faces the belt 18 of the belt conveyor 2;

the control board controls the second electromagnetic valve to open and controls the water pump to operate, the water pump pumps out water from a water source, the water is conveyed to the water inlet pipe 51 through the water conveying main pipe 4 and then is sprayed out from the nozzle of the spray pipe 54 through the hose 55 and the water outlet pipe 52, and the sprayed water column can clean coal dust on the belt 18 of the belt conveyor 2.

The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the present invention, and all simple modifications, changes and equivalent structural changes made to the above embodiments according to the technical spirit of the present invention still fall within the protection scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
