As shown in fig. 1, the present invention comprises a latch assembly 1, a single action assembly 2, a hook type dismounting device and an inner tube 11. The elastic clamping component 1 is connected with the single-action component 2, and the hook type quick dismounting device comprises a hook connector 3, a compression spring 4, a spring guide seat 5, a pin 6, a cylindrical pin 7, a sliding sleeve 8, a hook 9 and a hook cover connector 10.
