4. An article of manufacture comprising the anti-aging lightening composition of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the anti-aging lightening composition is present in the article of manufacture in an amount of 0.1 to 10% by weight.

5. The article of claim 4, wherein the anti-aging lightening composition is present in an amount of 6 wt%.

6. The article according to claim 4, characterized in that it is selected from skincare or cosmetic products.

7. The anti-aging brightening essence is characterized by comprising the following components:

A. the anti-aging lightening composition of any one of claims 1 to 3;

B. an oil phase component;

C. an aqueous phase component;

D. a neutralizer component;

A. the anti-aging lightening composition of any one of claims 1 to 3;

10. The method for preparing the anti-aging brightening essence of any one of claims 7 to 9, comprising the steps of:

(1) heating the phase C to 80 ℃, keeping the temperature to 80 ℃, and stirring to dissolve completely;

(2) heating the phase B to 80 ℃, and stirring to dissolve completely;

(3) pumping the phase C into an emulsifying pot, slowly pumping the phase B into the emulsifying pot, homogenizing for 5 minutes, preserving heat, stirring for 10 minutes, and vacuumizing for cooling;

(4) cooling to 55 deg.C, adding phase D, homogenizing for 3 min, and stirring;

(5) adding A, E phase when the temperature is reduced to 50 ℃, keeping the temperature and stirring for 3 minutes, vacuumizing and reducing the temperature;

(6) cooling to 35 ℃ to obtain the anti-aging brightening essence.

Background

The Paeonia suffruticosa, also known as a living tree in Africa, is a long-lived tree species that is thought to survive for more than 2000 years. The Palmaria Adinosa pulp extract mainly contains saccharide, oil, protein, cellulose and a large amount of vitamin C, and has excellent antioxidant and anti-aging effects.

With the rapid development of society, more and more people want to seek improvement of life quality. People pay more and more attention to the problems of aging, aging and darkness of facial skin, and hope to solve the problems of aging, aging and darkness of facial skin by using an anti-aging product. Therefore, it is necessary to produce a safe product with anti-aging and brightening functions.

Acetyl hexapeptide-8 is a bioactive polypeptide that reduces muscle contraction by inhibiting the release of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, thereby achieving a reduction in the production of dynamic and expression striations. The acetyl hexapeptide-8 can reduce the existing facial wrinkles and can effectively prevent the generation of new wrinkles.

Preferably, the anti-aging brightening composition containing the Adinandra millettii pulp extract comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-25 parts of an aqueous solution (5%) of the extract of the fruit flesh of the Paeonia suffruticosa, 1 part of an aqueous solution (100ppm) of palmitoyl tripeptide-1, 1 part of an aqueous solution (500ppm) of acetyl hexapeptide-8, and the balance of water.

An article of manufacture comprising the anti-aging lightening composition of any one of the preceding claims, wherein the article of manufacture comprises 0.1 to 10 wt% of the anti-aging lightening composition. The product is selected from skin care products or cosmetics such as essence, face cream, eye cream, emulsion and the like.

The invention also discloses anti-aging brightening essence which comprises the following components in parts by weight:

A. 0-10 parts of the anti-aging lightening composition of any one of claims 1 to 3;

B. oil phase components:

0.5 to 1.5 portions of hydrogenated lecithin,

1.25-2.5 parts of cyclopolydimethylsiloxane,

1.25-2.5 parts of polydimethylsiloxane;

F. water phase components:

1-5 parts of glycerol,

1-1.5 parts of 1, 2-butanediol,

1-2 parts of pentanediol,

0.05 part of EDTA disodium,

0.1 to 0.3 portion of sodium acrylate/acryloyl dimethyl taurate copolymer,

1-1.5 parts of betaine,

0.15 portion of carbomer,

The balance of water;

G. the components of a neutralizer:

0.1-0.5 part of triethanolamine;

H. auxiliary agent components:

0.5 part of phenoxyethanol,

0.1 part of essence.

The invention also discloses a preparation method of the anti-aging brightening essence, which comprises the following steps:

(1) heating the phase C to 80 ℃, keeping the temperature to 80 ℃, and stirring to dissolve completely;

(2) heating the phase B to 80 ℃, and stirring to dissolve completely;

(3) pumping the phase C into an emulsifying pot, slowly pumping the phase B into the emulsifying pot, homogenizing for 5 minutes, preserving heat, stirring for 10 minutes, and vacuumizing for cooling;

(4) cooling to 55 deg.C, adding phase D, homogenizing for 3 min, and stirring;

(5) adding A, E phase when the temperature is reduced to 50 ℃, keeping the temperature and stirring for 3 minutes, vacuumizing and reducing the temperature;

(6) cooling to 35 ℃ to obtain the anti-aging brightening essence.

Advantageous effects

The anti-aging brightening composition prepared by the invention can effectively remove excessive free radicals in vivo, strengthen skin barriers, help tissue structure reconstruction, relieve wrinkles, remove melanin and brighten skin. The anti-aging brightening composition uses natural safe components, and does not cause irritation to skin and generate adverse reaction. In addition, the dosage form of the anti-aging brightening composition containing the Adansonia dubia pulp provided by the invention is not limited, and the anti-aging brightening composition can be applied to cosmetics and skin care products in all dosage forms such as cream, essence, emulsion and the like.

Example 1

An anti-aging brightening composition containing a Palmaria championii pulp extract comprises the following components in parts by mass: 5 parts of 5% aqueous solution of the extract of the fruit pulp of the Adina panorana, 1 part of aqueous solution (100ppm) of palmitoyl tripeptide-1, 1 part of aqueous solution (500ppm) of acetyl hexapeptide-8 and the balance of water.

Example 2

An anti-aging brightening composition containing a Palmaria championii pulp extract comprises the following components in parts by mass: 10 parts of 5% aqueous solution of the extract of the fruit pulp of the Adina rubescens, 1 part of palmitoyl tripeptide-1 aqueous solution (100ppm), 1 part of acetyl hexapeptide-8 aqueous solution (500ppm) and the balance of water.

Example 3 parts

An anti-aging brightening composition containing a Palmaria championii pulp extract comprises the following components in parts by mass: 15 parts of 5% aqueous solution of the extract of the fruit pulp of the Adina mulosa, 1 part of palmitoyl tripeptide-1 (100ppm), 1 part of acetyl hexapeptide-8 (500ppm) and the balance of water.

Example 4

An anti-aging brightening composition containing a Palmaria championii pulp extract comprises the following components in parts by mass: 20 parts of 5% aqueous solution of the extract of the fruit pulp of the Adina europaea, 1 part of palmitoyl tripeptide-1 (100ppm), 1 part of acetyl hexapeptide-8 (500ppm) and the balance of water.

Example 5

An anti-aging brightening composition containing a Palmaria championii pulp extract comprises the following components in parts by mass: 25 parts of 5% aqueous solution of the extract of the fruit pulp of the Adina rubescens, 1 part of palmitoyl tripeptide-1 (100ppm), 1 part of acetyl hexapeptide-8 (500ppm) and the balance of water.

Example 6

Essence 1 to 8 containing the anti-aging and lightening composition according to the present invention was prepared using the raw material components and weight percentages shown in table 1.

Experimental example 1 DPPH radical scavenging test

Respectively preparing 0.01mg/mL aqueous solution of the anti-aging brightening essence 1-8 prepared in the example 6 by using deionized water, transferring 2mL into a 10mL test tube with a plug, taking 0.15g of DPPH (1, 1-diphenyl-2-trinitrophenylhydrazine) powder, taking 1000mL of ethanol to prepare solution, uniformly mixing, stirring in the dark at the rotation speed of 250rpm for 12 hours at normal temperature, taking 2mL of DPPH solution into the test tube with the plug, standing for 30 minutes at room temperature, and then measuring the absorbance A with the wavelength of 517nm by using a spectrophotometer517(ii) a Simultaneously, the absorbance A of 2mL of the solution dissolved in the example mixed with 2mL of ethanol was measured0Absorbance C after 2mL of water mixed with 2mL of DPPH ethanol solution and absorbance C after 2mL of water mixed with 2mL of ethanol solution0. As can be seen from table 2, the anti-aging lightening essence 4 prepared from example 6 has the best DPPH radical scavenging rate, i.e., the best anti-oxidation effect. The optimum addition amount of the anti-aging brightening composition in the cosmetics is 6 wt% according to the DPPH free radical clearance rate results of the anti-aging brightening essences 4, 6 and 7, and the anti-aging brightening essence 8 is the anti-aging brightening essence prepared only from basic components, and has no obvious DPPH free radical clearance effect.

Experimental example 2 wrinkle removal test

The test population: 70 healthy female volunteers between the ages of 30-50 are divided into seven groups according to the ages, 10 persons in each group have the average age of 35 +/-3 years.

The experimental method comprises the following steps: 1-8 (about 1mL) of the anti-aging brightening essence prepared in example 6 was used in the canthus crow's feet area; it is administered in the morning and evening for 4 weeks. The depth and length reduction of wrinkles and fine lines in the crow's feet area were evaluated using the face imaging system Vi sa-CR, and the results are shown in table 3.

As can be seen from the test results in table 3, the obtained anti-aging lightening essence 4 was most reduced in wrinkles and fine lines in the anti-aging lightening composition configured in example 6. The results of 4, 6 and 7 show that the anti-aging brightening essence provided by the invention is optimally added into the cosmetics in an amount of 6 wt%. After the anti-aging brightening essence provided by the invention is continuously used, the quantity of wrinkles and fine lines can be obviously reduced, and the skin aging can be delayed.

Experimental example 3 skin lightening experiment

The skin color difference test probe and the multifunctional skin test system (CL400 and MPA9) are adopted to test the change of the skin brightness ITA DEG before and after the anti-aging and brightening essence prepared by the invention is used by a test subject, the ITA DEG is the skin individual type angle, and is a test for representing the skin brightness related to L, a and b. The test population: the test person was required to be the same as in experimental example 2.

The results of the experiment are shown in table 4.

As can be seen from table 4, the anti-aging brightening essence 4 has an optimal brightening effect on skin brightness, and when the anti-aging brightening composition prepared in example 4 is prepared in the essence at a higher concentration, the obtained skin brightening effect is obvious, but the adverse reactions such as allergy and the like occur in a tested population, and the proportion of the anti-aging brightening composition in the anti-aging brightening essence should be properly reduced for safety.
