Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of adipose tissue treatment, in particular to a piston assembly and a separating device.

Background

In the prior art, the means for obtaining adipose tissue are: extracting tissue fluid from a driven object, placing the tissue fluid into a centrifugal machine for centrifugation, sequentially layering the tissue fluid into three layers of free grease, adipose tissue and waste liquid from top to bottom after centrifugation, and then penetrating the free grease layer through a needle tube to extract the adipose tissue.

The disadvantages of the existing method are that: because the needle tube is manually controlled to extract, the risk of misoperation exists, the head of the needle tube does not penetrate through a free grease layer or directly penetrates into a waste liquid layer, and adipose tissues cannot be extracted; even if the procedure is done properly so that the needle cannula head is just above the adipose tissue layer, there is a possibility that free grease or waste fluid may be drawn by hand shaking during the drawing. The existing method has great operation difficulty and needs high concentration, otherwise, the extracted adipose tissues can be mixed with other substances.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a piston assembly and a separating device, which can quickly obtain high-quality effective adipose tissues, reduce the mixing of impurities and have convenient and quick operation.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the solution of the invention is:

a piston assembly comprises a piston body, a balancing weight, a plugging piece and a transfer ring; the piston body is provided with a liquid passing cavity, and the bottom of the liquid passing cavity is provided with a liquid passing hole; the balancing weight is movably matched in the liquid passing cavity; the blocking piece is arranged on the balancing weight and falls along with the self weight of the balancing weight to block the liquid passing hole; the adapter ring is arranged on the side wall of the liquid passing cavity, an adapter part is arranged on the inner wall of the adapter ring, and the adapter part is used for assembling a push rod.

In order to further explain the technical solution of the present invention, the present invention is explained in detail by the following specific examples.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the present invention includes a piston assembly including a piston body 1, a weight block 2, a plugging member 3, and an adaptor ring 4;

the piston body 1 is provided with a liquid passing cavity 11, and the bottom of the liquid passing cavity 11 is provided with a liquid passing hole 12;

the balancing weight 2 is movably matched in the liquid passing cavity 11;

In order to prevent the balancing weight 2 from falling out of the liquid passing cavity 11, the invention is also provided with a limiting ring 5, the limiting ring 5 is arranged in the liquid passing cavity 11 and is positioned below the adapter ring 4, the periphery of the balancing weight 2 is provided with a limiting flange 21 with the outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of the limiting ring 5, the limiting flange 21 is movably arranged between the bottom of the liquid passing cavity 11 and the limiting ring 5 so as to provide an up-and-down moving space for the balancing weight 2, and the limiting flange 21 limits the maximum rising distance of the balancing weight 2, so that the balancing weight 2 can be prevented from falling out of the liquid passing cavity 11.

Furthermore, in order to prevent the liquid substance from flowing out from the gaps between the liquid passing cavity 11 and the limiting ring 5 and the adapter ring 4 to cause pollution when in use, the invention is also provided with the piston inner sealing ring 6, the piston inner sealing ring 6 is arranged between the adapter ring 4 and the limiting ring 5, and the periphery of the piston inner sealing ring 6 is tightly attached to the side wall of the liquid passing cavity 11.

The piston of the invention also comprises a piston outer sealing ring 7 sleeved on the periphery of the piston body 1, after the piston outer sealing ring 7 is arranged, the sealing effect of the periphery of the piston body 1 can be improved when the piston is used, meanwhile, the piston body 1 can be made of non-elastic materials such as plastics, and the sealing function is realized by the elastic piston outer sealing ring 7. In the embodiment, the outer periphery of the piston body 1 is provided with a mounting ring groove 14 for matching the piston outer sealing ring 7; further, two mounting ring grooves 14 are provided, and correspondingly, two piston outer seal rings 7 are also provided.

The weight member 2 is made of a metal material, preferably stainless steel, titanium, or the like. The clump weight 2 has the function of providing enough heavy weight, and particularly when the piston assembly is matched in the container 9 and placed in a centrifuge for use, the clump weight 2 can drive the blocking piece 3 to block the liquid passing hole 12 downwards, so that the centrifugal cavity 91 of the container 9 is sealed, and a larger pressing acting force is provided in the centrifugation process, so that adipose tissues are further extruded, more mature adipose cells are damaged, more free grease is discharged, and effective adipose tissues with higher quality are clinically obtained.

Referring to fig. 7, the invention also includes a separating device comprising a piston assembly as described above, a push rod 8 and a container 9 fitted with the piston assembly, and a stopper 10;

the end part of the push rod 8 is matched at the adapter part 41, and the distance between the push rod and the bottom of the liquid passing cavity 11 is adjustable;

the container 9 is provided with a centrifugal cavity 91 matched with the piston assembly, and the bottom of the centrifugal cavity 91 is provided with a liquid outlet 92;

the stopper 10 is detachably fitted to the liquid outlet 92.

The specific implementation mode of the separation device is as follows:

Referring to fig. 8 to 10, one of the usage modes of the present invention is:

firstly, a liquid outlet 92 is blocked by a plug 10, adipose tissue fluid to be centrifuged is led into or sucked into a centrifugal cavity 91, then a piston assembly is placed into the centrifugal cavity 91, at the moment, a balancing weight 2 naturally descends due to self weight to drive a blocking piece 3 to block a fluid passing hole 12, the piston assembly can be regarded as a cover of a container 9 to realize sealing, then the whole body is placed into a centrifuge to be centrifuged, and layered tissue fluid as shown in figure 8, namely free grease, adipose tissue and waste fluid are obtained from top to bottom in sequence (shown by 3 different filling patterns in the figure);

secondly, referring to fig. 9, the push rod 8 is adjusted to ensure that a gap enough for the balance weight block 2 to rise is left between the push rod 8 and the balance weight block 2, then the push rod 8 is pushed downwards to ensure that the push rod 8 drives the piston body 1 to descend, because the plug 10 is still blocked at the liquid outlet 92 at the moment, in the descending process of the piston body 1, the free grease at the uppermost layer enters the liquid passing hole 12, and pushes away the balance weight block 2 when the hydraulic pressure is increased so that the free grease enters the liquid passing cavity 11 until the free grease completely enters the liquid passing cavity 11, and then the separation of the free grease and the adipose tissue can be realized so as to pour out the free grease;
