then, after the air filter element 6 to be maintained is installed, a back flushing system is started, compressed air is sprayed out from the air storage bag 3 through the pulse valve 4 and is diffused into the whole air filter element 6 to be maintained under the action of the diffusion nozzle 14, a pressure pulse wave is formed instantly, and dust attached to the air filter element 6 to be maintained is impacted and falls off.

The fallen dust enters the dust collection cyclone mechanism 9 from a flow field formed by the centrifugal fan 8 in the filter element maintenance cabin and communicated with an air passage from the side wall of the upper part of the filter element maintenance cabin, more than 90% of the dust is collected in the dust collection cyclone mechanism 9, and a small part of the dust is discharged along with the centrifugal fan 8, so that the automatic maintenance of the filter element is realized.
