Background

The voltage stabilizer is an important component of a loop system of a nuclear power station, is provided with an electric heater group, is used as a component of a voltage stabilizing system, and is used for establishing the pressure of the loop under the heating working condition, maintaining the pressure under the steady state, limiting the pressure deviation under the transient working condition and cooling the voltage stabilizer at a set rate when a reactor device is cooled. The heating of the voltage stabilizer and the establishment of the pressure are realized by the electric heater of the voltage stabilizer, so the running state of the electric heater of the voltage stabilizer directly influences the performance of the voltage stabilizer and the working condition of a loop. At present, the end part of a heating pipe of a common voltage stabilizer electric heater in China is filled with an insulating material so as to ensure the insulating property of the electric heater. Because of the influence of high temperature in the nuclear island, high radioactivity, the insulating material of stabiliser electric heater heating tube tip can produce fracture or ageing phenomenon to reduce electric heater's performance, influence the stabiliser function, lead to the stabiliser to be unusable when serious, the unit shuts down and stops piling. When the insulation of the end part of the heating pipe of the electric heater of the voltage stabilizer is reduced, the maintenance strategy adopted at the present stage is generally the replacement of the whole group, and the problems of long manufacturing period and high maintenance cost exist.

Therefore, it is necessary to provide a device and a method for repairing the insulation of the heating pipe of the electric heater of the voltage stabilizer in the nuclear power plant, so as to solve the defects in the prior art.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a device and a method for repairing the insulation of a heating pipe of an electric heater of a voltage stabilizer of a nuclear power station, which can repair the insulation of the heating pipe of the electric heater of the voltage stabilizer, improve the performance of the heater, ensure the normal operation of the voltage stabilizer, reduce the maintenance cost and increase the operation reliability of the nuclear power station.
