When the second rack 82 moves forward, the second rack 82 drives the push rod 108 to move forward, the push rod 108 is in contact fit with the wedge block 110 so as to drive the wedge block 110 to move downward, the wedge block 110 drives the fourth slide bar 109 to move downward, the fifth spring 111 is stretched, the fourth slide bar 109 is in contact fit with the swing rod 113 so as to drive the swing rod 113 to move downward, the swing rod 113 is in contact fit with the third slide bar 102 so as to drive the third slide bar 102 to move upward so as to drive the lamp tube 103 to move upward, the fourth spring 104 is stretched so as to rotate the second rotating shaft 106, the second torsion spring 107 is deformed, ultraviolet rays emitted by the lamp tube 103 sterilize waste materials in the box body 3, so that a sterilization effect is realized, when the second rack 82 moves backward, the second rack 82 drives the push rod 108 to move backward, the push rod 108 is far away from the wedge block 110, the fifth spring 111 is reset so as to drive the fourth slide bar 109 and the wedge block 110 to move upward, the fourth sliding rod 109 is in contact fit with the swinging rod 113 so as to drive the swinging rod 113 to move upwards, the swinging rod 113 is in contact fit with the third sliding rod 102, the fourth spring 104 is reset so as to drive the third sliding rod 102 and the lamp 103 to move downwards, and the second torsion spring 107 is reset so as to drive the second rotating shaft 106 to reset.
