When the dust cleaning of the dust cleaning plate 406 is finished, the connecting pipe moves to be in contact with the contact rod II, the control center 3 controls the external power supply 2 to electrify the motor III to start the motor III, the motor III is started to drive the rotating rod 501 to rotate, the rotating rod 501 rotates to drive the wire wheel 502 to rotate, the pull rope 508 is loosened in the rotating process of the wire wheel 502, under the action of the gravity of the dust cleaning plate 406 and the connecting plate 507, the connecting plate 507 moves downwards and drives the linkage rod 505 to rotate, the slide block 504 is driven to move in the process of the rotation of the linkage rod 505, the dust cleaning plate 406 is driven to move downwards in the process of the downward movement of the connecting plate 507, therefore, the ash cleaning plate 406 can be stored, so that the ash cleaning plate 406 can be sent out for ash cleaning when needed, and the ash cleaning plate 406 can be retracted when ash cleaning is not needed, thereby avoiding the situation that the appearance of the television set top box is influenced due to the existence of the ash cleaning plate 406.
