1. A method of processing waste biomass from agricultural crops, comprising:

analyzing the water content of the crop waste biomass, and dividing the crop waste biomass into two types, namely dry waste biomass and wet waste biomass respectively according to the water content;

processing the crop waste biomass according to the classification, and making the dry waste biomass into artware;

and/or making the wet waste biomass into a biofertilizer.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein the processing the waste crop biomass according to the classification, and the manufacturing the dry waste biomass into an artwork includes:

when the dry waste biomass is crop straws, dehydrating the crop straws until the water content of the crop straws is 5%;

weaving the crop straws after the dehydration treatment to manufacture the handicraft blank;

and carrying out book supporting treatment on the handicraft blank again until the water content of the handicraft blank is lower than 3%.

3. The method of claim 1, wherein the processing of the wet waste biomass into biofertilizer comprises:

when the wet waste biomass is animal manure, carrying out dehydration treatment on the animal manure;

and grinding the dehydrated animal wastes to prepare the biological fertilizer.

4. The method of claim 3, wherein the dewatering of the animal waste comprises:

collecting gas and liquid generated during the dehydration treatment of the animal wastes, and discharging the gas and the liquid into a methane tank for methane production.

5. A system for processing waste biomass from agricultural crops, comprising:

a water content analysis device which analyzes the water content of the waste crop biomass and divides the waste crop biomass into two types, namely dry waste biomass and wet waste biomass;

a classification processing device for processing the crop waste biomass according to the classification and manufacturing the dry waste biomass into artware; and/or making the wet waste biomass into a biofertilizer.

6. The system for processing waste biomass of crops as claimed in claim 5, wherein said classification processing device comprises:

the first dehydration module is used for dehydrating the crop straws until the water content of the crop straws is 5% when the dry waste biomass is the crop straws;

the weaving module weaves the crop straws after the dehydration treatment to manufacture the handicraft blank;

the first dehydration module is also used for carrying out book supporting treatment on the handicraft blank again until the water content of the handicraft blank is lower than 3%.

7. The system for processing waste biomass of crops as claimed in claim 5, wherein said classification processing device comprises:

a second dehydration module that dehydrates animal waste when the wet waste biomass is animal waste;

and the grinding module is used for grinding the dehydrated animal excrement to prepare the biological fertilizer.

8. The system of claim 7, wherein the second dewatering module comprises:

and the methane manufacturing module is used for collecting gas and liquid generated during dehydration treatment of the animal excrement and discharging the gas and the liquid into the methane tank to manufacture methane.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of agricultural production, in particular to a method and a system for processing waste biomass of crops.

Background

China is a big agricultural country since ancient times, and with the development of agricultural technology, the planting of agricultural products is developed from low efficiency and high waste to high efficiency and low waste in recent times. The traditional low efficiency and high waste are reflected in various aspects such as backward production tools, extensive production flow, single agricultural products and the like.

Modern technology improves production tools through mechanized planting, but after a crop is harvested, waste biomass of the crop is discarded without being fully utilized. In order to save resources and increase the utilization efficiency of agricultural products, in the prior art, the crops with straws such as rapes and the like are used for manufacturing artware, the output range of the agricultural products is increased, and the social and economic values of the agricultural products are expanded to a certain extent.

However, agricultural production and development enterprises often have various waste biomasses, and how to improve economic benefits brought by agricultural production and development by using a systematic waste biomass treatment method becomes a problem concerned by many producers.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a method and a system for processing waste crop biomass, which classify and process the waste crop biomass according to the dryness and wetness degree of the waste crop biomass, make the dry waste crop biomass into artware and make the wet waste crop biomass into fertilizer or methane, thereby increasing the utilization efficiency of agricultural products and improving the economic benefit of agricultural production. The technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:

a method of crop waste biomass treatment comprising:

analyzing the water content of the crop waste biomass, and dividing the crop waste biomass into two types, namely dry waste biomass and wet waste biomass respectively according to the water content;

processing the crop waste biomass according to the classification, and making the dry waste biomass into artware;

and/or making the wet waste biomass into a biofertilizer.

Further, the processing of the crop waste biomass according to the classification, the making of the dry waste biomass into a craft comprises:

Detailed Description

In order to more clearly illustrate the embodiments of the present invention or the technical solutions in the prior art, the following description will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is obvious that the drawings in the following description are only some examples of the invention, and that for a person skilled in the art, other drawings and embodiments can be derived from them without inventive effort.

For the sake of simplicity, the drawings only schematically show the parts relevant to the present invention, and they do not represent the actual structure as a product. In order to improve economic benefits brought by agricultural production development by using a systematic waste biomass treatment method, the invention provides a method and a system for treating waste biomass of crops.

In a first embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, a system for processing waste biomass of crops comprises:

a water content analysis device 100 that analyzes the water content of the waste biomass of crops, and classifies the waste biomass of crops into two types, i.e., dry waste biomass and wet waste biomass, according to the water content;

a classification processing device 200 for processing the waste crop biomass according to the classification and producing the dry waste biomass into a handicraft; and/or making the wet waste biomass into a biofertilizer.

Further, the classification processing apparatus 200 includes:

a first dehydration module 210, configured to, when the dry waste biomass is crop straw, dehydrate the crop straw until the water content of the crop straw is 5%;

the weaving module 220 weaves the crop straws after the dehydration treatment to manufacture the handicraft blank;

the first dehydration module is also used for carrying out book supporting treatment on the handicraft blank again until the water content of the handicraft blank is lower than 3%.

Further, the classification processing apparatus 200 includes:

a second dehydration module 230 for dehydrating the animal manure when the wet waste biomass is the animal manure;

and the grinding module 240 is used for grinding the dehydrated animal wastes to prepare the biological fertilizer.

Further, the second dehydration module 230 includes:

and a biogas production module 231 for collecting gas and liquid generated during dehydration of the animal waste, and discharging the gas and liquid into a biogas digester to produce biogas.

Based on the system for processing the waste crop biomass, the embodiment of the invention also provides a method for processing the waste crop biomass, which comprises the following steps:

analyzing the water content of the crop waste biomass, and dividing the crop waste biomass into two types, namely dry waste biomass and wet waste biomass respectively according to the water content;

processing the crop waste biomass according to the classification, and making the dry waste biomass into artware;

and/or making the wet waste biomass into a biofertilizer.

Further, the processing of the crop waste biomass according to the classification, the making of the dry waste biomass into a craft comprises:
