Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of washing, and particularly relates to a washing machine and a control method thereof.

Background

At present, common washing machines in the market are all plug-and-play types, namely, a mains supply is plugged, the washing machines are electrified to work, and the washing machines cannot work if the mains supply is not electrified. Therefore, when the washing machine is plugged in the mains supply for power-on work, if the mains supply is suddenly cut off, the washing machine stops working, and the washing work cannot be finished. If the power is cut off for a long time, the user is required to manually take out the clothes being washed and manually wash the clothes, which is time-consuming and labor-consuming. If the user does not take out the soaked laundry in time, the laundry is soaked in the washing machine for a long time, and the laundry is damaged or secondarily polluted. Therefore, after the washing machine is powered off, great inconvenience is brought to a user, the fast and convenient experience of the user in washing the clothes by using the washing machine is influenced, and the satisfaction degree of the user on products is further reduced.

In order to solve the problem that the plug-and-play type washing machine cannot work when the mains supply is powered off, a technology of arranging a standby power supply in a part of washing machine products is provided, the standby power supply is arranged in the washing machine, the mains supply supplies power to the washing machine to work under the normal condition, and if the mains supply is powered off due to a fault, the standby power supply supplies power to the washing machine. For example, in the auxiliary power supply of the washing machine disclosed in chinese patent application publication No. CN111519386A, the external power supply and the auxiliary power supply are connected in parallel, and in the case of power failure or other failure, the auxiliary power supply supplies power to the washing machine. In the technical scheme disclosed in the patent application, after the auxiliary power supply is adopted to supply power to the washing machine, when the drum of the washing machine is in a static state, the first sensor is adopted to detect the water level. If the first sensor indicates that the water level is above the predetermined threshold, the control unit automatically performs a first set of preset actions, drains water from the interior of the washing machine through the drain system, unlocks the door of the washing machine to safely open the washing machine door so that a user can take clothes or other laundry out of the drum. If the first sensor indicates that the water level is below the predetermined threshold, the control unit automatically performs a second preset group of actions, unlocking the door of the washing machine, to allow the user to safely open the watertight door, taking out clothes or other laundry from the drum.

In the above technical solution, although the auxiliary power supply is provided to supply power to the washing machine and open the door of the washing machine under the condition that the external power supply is powered off or otherwise fails, the user can safely remove the clothes or other clothes in the drum, the following problems still exist: after the user takes out the clothes or the clothes, the clothes or the clothes still need to be cleaned manually, which is time-consuming and labor-consuming; if the user does not have the skill to remove the laundry, the laundry may be left in the washing machine for too long with the water already soaked, and still cause damage or contamination. Therefore, it still causes great inconvenience to the user, even loss to the user due to damage or contamination of the laundry.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.

The invention aims to solve the technical problems that the washing machine can still reasonably process clothes when an external power supply is powered off or fails and inconvenience and loss are avoided for users, provides an auxiliary power supply in the washing machine and a washing machine control method from the control angle of the washing machine, and finishes washing of built-in clothes by the washing machine by detecting the residual capacity of the auxiliary power supply and the state parameters of the washing machine when the external power supply is abnormal and determining actual washing operation according to the residual capacity and the state parameters of the washing machine when the auxiliary power supply is selected to supply power to the washing machine. For a more specific implementation of the technical solution and the technical effects thereof, refer to the following detailed description of the embodiments.

Fig. 1 and 2 show an embodiment of a washing machine of the present invention, wherein fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of the embodiment, and fig. 2 is a control schematic diagram of the embodiment.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the washing machine of this embodiment includes a housing 11, and a tub (not shown) for holding washing water and washing laundry is formed in the housing 11. A computer board 12 is provided on the upper portion of the housing 11, and components such as a controller 121 and a memory are provided on the computer board 12. A washing action unit 13 is further disposed inside the housing 11, and the washing action unit 13 is connected to the computer board 12 for completing the washing operation of the washing machine under the control of the controller 121. As will be understood by those skilled in the art, the washing action unit 13 includes, but is not limited to, a motor, a belt, etc. for driving a rotating member (such as a drum, a pulsator, etc.) of the washing machine to rotate.

The washing machine shown in this embodiment is a pulsator type washing machine, but is not limited thereto, and may be a drum type washing machine.

When the washing machine is a pulsator washing machine, the motor drives the pulsator to rotate through the belt in a decelerating mode, the pulsator rotates forward and backward under the program control of the controller to stir water, detergent and clothes, and the washed clothes are stirred and kneaded in a washing barrel in a forward and backward reciprocating mode under the mechanical action of the rotation of the pulsator and the chemical action of detergent aqueous solution, so that the purposes of removing stains and washing the clothes are achieved.

When the washing machine is a drum-type washing machine, the motor drives the drum to rotate through the speed reducing belt wheel, clothes rise to a high point along with the rotation of the drum and fall down, and the aim of removing stains and cleaning the clothes is achieved through the mechanical action of continuously falling, beating and squeezing the clothes and the chemical action of detergent aqueous solution.

An auxiliary power supply 15 is also provided at the upper portion of the housing 11 near the computer board 12, and the auxiliary power supply 15 can provide auxiliary power for the controller 121 and the washing operation unit 13.

The washing machine further includes a power plug 14 for connecting an external power source to the washing machine, and the external power source is used to supply external power to the controller 121 and the washing operation unit 13. The external power supply is generally the power supply source in the mains supply network.

Further, the washing machine includes a power supply switching unit 17 for selectively switching between supplying power to the controller 121 and the washing action unit 13 from the external power supply 16 and supplying power to the controller 121 and the washing action unit 13 from the auxiliary power supply 15. Specifically, when the external power supply is normal, the external power supply 16 is selected to supply power to the controller 121 and the washing action unit 13; when the external power supply is abnormal, for example, the external power supply is turned off or fails, the auxiliary power supply 15 is selected to supply power to the controller 121 and the washing operation unit 13. Thereby, it is achieved that the washing machine can be supplied with power through the auxiliary power supply 15 even when the external power supply 16 cannot supply power to the washing machine.

When the washing machine performs a washing operation by supplying power from the external power supply 16, if an abnormality occurs in the external power supply 16, the power supply switching unit 17 switches to the auxiliary power supply 15, and the controller 121 and the washing operation unit 13 are supplied with power from the auxiliary power supply 15. After switching to the auxiliary power supply 15 for supplying power, the controller 121 obtains the remaining power of the auxiliary power supply 15 and the state parameter of the washing machine when the external power supply is abnormal, determines the actual washing operation according to the remaining power and the state parameter of the washing machine, and controls the washing action unit 13 to complete the actual washing operation.

The manner in which the controller 121 obtains the remaining capacity of the auxiliary power supply 15 can be implemented by using the prior art. Since the washing machine is controlled by the controller 121 during the washing process, the controller 121 can know real-time status parameters of the washing machine, such as a washing program currently being executed by the washing machine, a current progress of the washing program, and the like. Then, when an abnormality occurs in the external power supply 16, the controller 121 can exactly know the state parameters of the washing machine at that time. After acquiring the remaining power and the state parameters of the washing machine, the controller 121 may determine the actual washing operation according to some preset determination manners, where the actual washing operation is a reasonable and appropriate washing operation that comprehensively considers the power provided by the auxiliary power supply 15 and the current washing state of the washing machine, and the actual washing operation is a washing operation that continues the current washing process as far as possible on the basis of fully utilizing the energy of the auxiliary power supply 15, so as to complete the washing process of the selected washing machine as far as possible.

The auxiliary power supply is arranged in the washing machine, when the external power supply is in abnormal conditions such as power failure and fault, the auxiliary power supply is selected to supply power to the controller and the washing action unit which need to supply power in the washing machine, the residual capacity of the auxiliary power supply and the state parameters of the washing machine when the external power supply is abnormal are automatically detected, the actual washing operation is determined according to the residual capacity and the state parameters of the washing machine, the washing of the built-in clothes by the washing machine is completed, the inconvenience of manually washing the clothes by a user is relieved, the damage or pollution of the clothes caused by the fact that the clothes are not washed due to the fact that the user does not timely treat the clothes can also be avoided, the loss of the user is reduced, therefore, better service is provided for the.

In some preferred embodiments, the state parameters of the washing machine include at least a washing course and a time course. Wherein the time course refers to the time when the washing program has been run. Determining actual washing operation according to the residual capacity and the state parameters of the washing machine, specifically comprising:

the controller 121 determines an actual amount of electricity used to complete the washing process according to the washing process and the time course. The calculation of the actual power consumption may be implemented by using the prior art, or may be implemented by using a technical means appearing in the future, and this embodiment is not particularly limited thereto.

Then, it is determined whether the remaining amount of electricity is greater than the actual amount of electricity used.

If so, determining the actual washing operation as the completion of the washing program, and meeting the actual washing requirement.

Otherwise, the actual washing operation is determined as the simplified washing program corresponding to the required power consumption not exceeding the residual power. The simplified washing process is a washing operation that can be performed as close to the remaining washing process as possible based on the remaining capacity of the auxiliary power supply 15. Furthermore, as a preferred embodiment, the simplified washing procedure at least comprises a dehydration process, and the detergent in the clothes is discharged, so as to save the inconvenience of manual washing for users and reduce the pollution of the detergent to the clothes.

In some more preferred embodiments, to simplify the operation, the information of the simplified washing programs corresponding to the remaining power intervals and the one-to-one correspondence is stored in the memory of the washing machine, and the determining that the actual washing operation is the simplified washing program corresponding to the required power consumption not exceeding the remaining power specifically includes:

and determining a residual capacity interval to which the residual capacity belongs, selecting a simplified washing program corresponding to the residual capacity interval to which the residual capacity belongs from the information of the residual capacity interval and the simplified washing programs corresponding to one, and determining the washing operation as an actual washing operation.

In an alternative embodiment, the remaining capacity interval and the simplified washing procedure corresponding to one information are as follows:

when the residual electric quantity is lower than 20%, the washing machine can select to finish a single-spin procedure of 10 minutes, and spin-dry the clothes being washed in the washing machine to prevent the clothes from being soaked for a long time;

when the residual capacity is 20% -40%, the washing machine can select the finished program to be quick washing for 15 minutes;

when the residual capacity is 40% -60%, the washing machine can select the finished program to be simple washing for 30 minutes;

when the residual capacity is 60% -80%, the washing machine can select the finished program to be routine washing for 45 minutes;

when the remaining capacity is 80% -100%, the washing machine may select the finishing process to be a fine washing for 60 minutes.

In other preferred embodiments, when the external power supply 16 is abnormal, the power supply switching unit 17 switches the auxiliary power supply 15 to supply power after the time when the external power supply 16 is abnormal reaches the set abnormal time, instead of immediately performing the power supply switching. The purpose of so setting is: if the external power source 16 is temporarily abnormal, such as being tripped or the external power source 16 being temporarily shut down for some kind of protection or some kind of operation, the external power source 16 may be restored to normal for a short time. In this case, if the auxiliary power supply 15 is switched immediately after the abnormality, not only the consumption of the electric power of the auxiliary power supply 15 is caused, but also the normal washing of the laundry is affected. Therefore, an error correction time, that is, an abnormal time, for example, 10 minutes, is set for the abnormality of the external power supply 16. After the time when the external power supply 16 is abnormal reaches the set abnormal time, the power supply is switched.

In order to improve the user-friendly interactivity of the washing machine, the user is provided with the right of self-selection for the special case of switching the power supply and the washing program. Therefore, in some more preferred embodiments, the power supply abnormality is reminded within a duration after the time when the abnormality of the external power supply 16 occurs reaches the set abnormality time. For example, an indicator lamp 18 is provided on the upper part of the casing 11 of the washing machine, and the power supply abnormality alarm is performed by the indicator lamp 18, or an audible alarm unit may be provided to perform an audible alarm, or both an audible alarm and an indicator lamp may be used to perform an alarm. After timely knowing the alarm signal, the user can select whether to switch the power supply and send a switching instruction, for example, a selection key for switching the power supply and the washing program appears on the operation panel of the washing machine, and if yes or no, the user sends an instruction for switching or not. Meanwhile, in order to ensure smooth execution of the washing operation in a case where the user cannot issue the switching instruction in time, the issuance of the switching instruction gives a limit to the duration, for example, the duration is 5 minutes. That is, the time is selected for the user within 5 minutes after the time when the external power supply 16 is abnormal reaches the set abnormal time. The power supply switching unit 17 judges whether a switching instruction is received; if the switching instruction is received within the duration, the power supply switching unit immediately switches to the auxiliary power supply 15 to supply power to the controller 121 and the washing action unit 13; if the switching instruction is not received within the duration, the power supply switching unit 17 switches to the auxiliary power supply 15 to supply power to the controller 121 and the washing operation unit 13 when the duration is reached.

In order to ensure continuous power supply of the auxiliary power supply 15, in other preferred embodiments, the auxiliary power supply 15 includes an electric storage unit and a charging unit, and the charging unit charges the electric storage unit by using the external power supply 16 when the external power supply 16 is normal, and prepares for auxiliary power supply after the next power outage. After the power storage unit is fully charged, the charging of the power storage unit is stopped, so that the service life of the power storage unit is prevented from being affected by overcharging.

Fig. 3 is a flowchart showing an embodiment of a control method of a washing machine according to the present invention, and more particularly, a flowchart showing an embodiment of performing control of a washing machine having an auxiliary power supply when an external power supply is abnormal.

As shown in fig. 3, this embodiment implements control of the washing machine using the following process:

step 31: and when the external power supply for supplying power to the washing machine is abnormal, the auxiliary power supply is switched to supply power to the washing machine.

Step 32: and acquiring the residual capacity of the auxiliary power supply and the state parameters of the washing machine when the external power supply is abnormal, determining the actual washing operation, and controlling the washing machine to execute the actual washing operation.

In some preferred embodiments, the state parameters of the washing machine include at least a washing course and a time course. Wherein the time course refers to the time when the washing program has been run. Determining actual washing operation according to the residual capacity and the state parameters of the washing machine, specifically comprising:

the actual amount of electricity required to complete the washing program is determined according to the washing program and the time course.

The simplified washing process is a washing operation that can be performed as close to the remaining washing process as possible based on the remaining capacity of the auxiliary power supply.

More specific implementation and principles and resulting technical effects can be found in the corresponding description of the washing machine embodiments of fig. 1 and 2.

Fig. 4 is a flowchart showing another embodiment of the control method of the washing machine according to the present invention, and more particularly, a flowchart showing an embodiment of controlling the washing machine having an auxiliary power supply when an external power supply is abnormal.

As shown in fig. 4, this embodiment implements control of the washing machine using the following process:

step 41: when the external power supply for supplying power to the washing machine is abnormal, the abnormal time is obtained.

Step 42: and judging whether the time of the external power supply with abnormality reaches the set abnormal time. If yes, go to step 43; otherwise, go to step 41 to continue to obtain the abnormal real-time so as to continue to perform the time judgment.

Step 43: and judging whether a switching instruction is received within the duration time after the time when the external power supply is abnormal reaches the set abnormal time. If yes, go to step 45; otherwise, step 44 is executed.

Step 44: and judging whether the time when the external power supply is abnormal reaches the set abnormal time and then reaches the duration. If yes, go to step 45; otherwise, go to step 43 to continue judging.
