In the prior art, amino groups of amino silicone oil are mainly chemically modified, including reaction with epoxy compounds (also called epoxidation) and reaction with acylating agents (acylation), but in the epoxidation reaction, active hydrogen of primary amino groups and secondary amino groups can react with epoxy groups, i.e. nonselective reaction is carried out, so that viscous products are obtained and emulsification is difficult to carry out.

Meanwhile, since the epoxy group is easily subjected to ring opening in an aqueous solution, the reaction cannot be performed in an aqueous solution but only in a solvent. In the actual production, the addition of the solvent not only increases the production cost, but also brings about the hidden danger of explosion in the production because the added solvent is difficult to be completely recovered. Therefore, a new synthetic route is sought according to actual production conditions, and the preparation of polyether amino modified polyorganosiloxane with no or little addition of organic solvent is a new subject of attention and research in actual production.
