1. A washing-free transfer printing process for transfer printing of glass fiber fabrics is characterized by comprising the following steps:

The water-free transfer printing process according to claim 1, wherein the resin is one or more of organosilicon modified polyurethane, acrylic resin, waterborne polyurethane and epoxy resin; the cross-linking agent is one or more of oxazolin cross-linking agent, polycarbodiimide cross-linking agent and aziridine cross-linking agent; the auxiliary agent is a softening agent and a brightening agent.

Background

The glass fiber is an inorganic functional material with excellent performance, has a series of excellent performances such as high tensile strength, good rigidity, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and the like, and is widely applied to various fields of national economy. The development of the colored glass fiber products has very important significance for widening the application range of the glass fiber products. In order to improve the appearance of the glass fiber, meet the requirements of customers on the color of the product and expand the application range of the product, the glass fiber fabric needs to be printed to meet the requirements of developing glass fiber products with different colors. The invention aims to provide a washing-free transfer printing process for transfer printing of glass fiber fabrics, which comprises the following steps:

(1) coating the surface of the PET film, and then printing active ink on the PET film to obtain a PET printing film;

(2) sizing the fabric through a sizing device;

(3) transfer printing is carried out on the sized fabric and the PET printing film;

(4) drying, shaping and fixing color to obtain a transfer printing fabric;

the sizing agent in the step (2) comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 40-90% of resin, 1-6% of cross-linking agent, 0.1-2% of auxiliary agent and the balance of water.

Detailed Description

The present invention is further described below in conjunction with specific examples to enable those skilled in the art to better understand the present invention and to practice it, but the examples are not intended to limit the present invention.

Example 1:

the embodiment provides a washing-free transfer printing process for glass fiber woven fabric, which comprises the following process steps:

(1) preparing a PET printing film: coating the surface of the PET film, and then printing active ink on the PET film by using an ink-jet printer to obtain a PET printing film;

(2) sizing a printing stock: sizing the glass fiber woven fabric by the self-made washing-free printing paste through a sizing device, wherein the sizing rate is 20%;

(3) transfer printing: carrying out hot-pressing lamination on the sized glass fiber woven fabric and the PET printing film at the temperature of 120 ℃ and the pressure of 1MPa at the speed of 5 m/min;

(4) drying: drying the glass fiber woven fabric at the temperature of 60 ℃;

(5) setting and color fixing: and (3) baking the dried glass fiber woven fabric for color fixation for 3min at 160 ℃ by baking equipment. And (5) finishing color fixation to obtain the glass fiber woven fabric for transfer printing.

Example 2:

the embodiment provides a washing-free transfer printing process for a glass felt fabric, which comprises the following process steps:

(1) preparing a PET printing film: coating the surface of the PET film, and then printing active ink on the PET film by using an ink printer to obtain a PET printing film;

(2) sizing a printing stock: sizing the glass felt fabric by the self-made washing-free printing treatment liquid through a sizing device, wherein the sizing rate is 90%;

(3) transfer printing: carrying out hot-pressing lamination on the sized glass felt fabric and the PET printing film at the temperature of 160 ℃ and the pressure of 10MPa at the speed of 20 m/min;

(4) drying: drying the glass felt fabric at 120 ℃;

(5) setting and color fixing: and (3) baking the dried glass felt fabric for fixation for 7min at 180 ℃ through baking equipment. And (5) finishing color fixation to obtain the transfer printing glass felt fabric.

The fastness tests were carried out on the glass fiber fabrics obtained in the above examples, and the results are shown in table 1. The result shows that the fastness of the glass fiber fabric conforms to GB/T3920-.
