Background

In the building construction process, the reservation of the floor pump pipe hole and post-pouring construction are mainly realized by opening a hole through a template, supporting a formwork at the hole edge for reservation, erecting a support frame body and a protective layer for later-stage pump pipe hole plugging, and paving a new template for pouring concrete. The construction and repair of the floor pump pipe hole are very troublesome, materials are input at one time, a large amount of manpower and material resources are consumed, and the construction method has great potential safety hazards and is not beneficial to site safety management.

Therefore, a pump pipe opening device which is simple, convenient to install and disassemble, capable of being used in a turnover mode and capable of ensuring safe production needs to be designed for reserving and post-pouring construction of a floor pump pipe opening.

Disclosure of Invention

Based on the above, the invention aims to provide the pump pipe hole reserving and post-pouring free supporting device which has the advantages of low manufacturing cost, simple structure, convenience in mounting and dismounting, capability of being used circularly and capability of ensuring safe production.

The invention relates to a pump pipe hole reserving and post-pouring support-free device, which comprises:

the bottom plate is provided with a gap part, a gap is formed in the thickness direction of the bottom plate by the gap part, and a bottom plate reserved hole penetrating through the thickness direction of the bottom plate is formed in the gap part; the bottom plate is provided with fixing pieces which are positioned at two sides of the gap part;

the structure concrete slab is provided with a sleeve along the thickness direction, and the sleeve can be sleeved on the fixing piece; a concrete plate reserved hole is formed in the structural concrete plate and is opposite to the bottom plate reserved hole;

the mounting assembly is detachably mounted on the structural concrete plate and is connected and fastened with the fixing piece;

a reserved hole mold, which can be arranged in the reserved hole of the bottom plate;

and the gap plate can be arranged in the gap of the gap part in a penetrating way.

The invention discloses a pump pipe hole reserving and post-pouring support-free device which comprises a bottom plate 1, a structural concrete plate 2, a mounting assembly 3, a reserved hole die and a gap plate 4.

The bottom plate 1 is provided with a gap part, the gap part is provided with a gap 101 in the thickness direction of the bottom plate 1, and the gap part is provided with a bottom plate reserved hole 102 penetrating through the thickness direction of the bottom plate 1; the bottom plate 1 is provided with a fixing piece 11, and the fixing piece 11 is positioned at two sides of the gap part.

The structural concrete plate 2 is provided with a sleeve along the thickness direction, and the sleeve can be sleeved on the fixing piece 11; the structural concrete plate 2 is provided with a concrete plate reserved hole 201, and the concrete plate reserved hole 201 is opposite to the bottom plate reserved hole 102.

Further, the mounting assembly 3 includes a mounting plate 31 and a nut 32.

The structural concrete plate 2 is fastened to the bottom plate 1 through the mounting plate 31 and is fastened and fixed by the nut 32, and thus the operation is simple.

Preferably, the sleeve is a PVC sleeve. The PVC pipe has the advantages of simple structure, low cost and stable and reliable structure.

Further, the bottom plate 1, the structural concrete plate 2 and the gap plate 4 are all rectangular. The rectangle has simple structure and is convenient to produce and manufacture. In this embodiment, the bottom plate reserved hole 102 and the concrete slab reserved hole 201 are preferably formed in the centers of the bottom plate 1 and the structural concrete slab 2, respectively.

The invention discloses a use method of a pump pipe hole reserving and post-pouring support-free device, which comprises the following steps:

(1) pump pipe hole reservation stage:

the bottom plate 1 is installed together with a formwork support system and is arranged as a part of a formwork, the bottom plate is used as a concrete construction formwork and is arranged close to the bottom surface of concrete, the sleeve of the structural concrete plate 2 is sleeved on the fixing piece 11 and is fixed through the wood wedge, the mounting plate and the nut. The lower end of the reserved hole die is overlapped with the reserved hole 102 of the bottom plate, a sponge adhesive tape is attached to a joint to prevent slurry leakage, structural concrete is poured, the reserved hole of the pump pipe can be formed, the reserved hole of the pump pipe and the post-cast support-free device are reserved in the structure continuously until the die removing stage, and the rest parts can be detached and circulated to the next layer for use.

(2) And (3) repairing the pump pipe hole:

the bottom plate 1 is used as a construction template for repairing a pump pipe hole and is tightly attached to the bottom surface of concrete, the gap plate 4 is inserted into the gap 101 of the bottom plate 1 to be overlapped, the sleeve of the structural concrete plate 2 is sleeved on the fixing piece 11, and the structural concrete plate is fixed through the wood wedge, the mounting plate and the nut. And after roughening and cleaning the surface of the concrete slab reserved hole 201, repairing the pump pipe hole.
