Background

The centrifugal fan is a gas conveying mechanical device, and the working principle is that an impeller rotates relatively in a fan volute, the generated centrifugal force compresses and transmits gas, and the mechanical energy of the fan is converted into the kinetic energy and the potential energy of the gas. The double-suction centrifugal fan adopts a single-shaft double-support structure, and has two independent air inlet boxes and impeller structures sucking air from two sides, so that the axial force of the impeller can be counteracted, the bearings at two ends are uniformly worn, and the operation is stable and reliable. The double-suction fan has a large flow coefficient, can provide a larger gas flow compared with a single-suction fan, and is suitable for the industry field with a great deal of large-flow gas demands. However, the two air inlet boxes of the double-suction type fan need to be connected with the volute through a convergent linear air collecting opening 8 structure, and the large flow characteristic of the double-suction type fan requires that the structural size of the air collecting opening 8 cannot be too small, and the width size of the selected serialized fan impeller 6 cannot be changed, which inevitably results in a certain distance H between the impeller 6 and the volute side plate 7 in order to meet the requirements of the structural size of the air collecting opening 8 and the installation distance between the air collecting opening 8 and the impeller 6, as shown in fig. 1. The overlarge distance H between the impeller 6 and the volute side plate 7 can cause uneven unsteady flow such as vortex 13, turbulent flow 12 and the like to be generated between the air outlet close to the impeller 6 and the volute side plate 7 and the air collecting opening 8, as shown in figure 2, the vortex 13 and the turbulent flow 12 not only influence the air outlet efficiency of the fan, but also increase the noise of the fan, and the energy waste caused by such useless work is completely not in line with the design requirements of energy conservation and environmental protection at present.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a double-suction centrifugal impeller with guide vanes and a fan. The guide vane and the wheel disc of the double-suction impeller are welded, when the impeller rotates, the guide vane rotates along with the impeller to dredge the vortex in the flow field at the air collecting opening, improve the turbulent flow condition and uniformly converge the air flow into the spiral flow channel of the volute so as to achieve the purposes of improving the air outlet efficiency and reducing the noise.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

The guide vane is vertical, the vertical face of the guide vane is perpendicular to the plane of the wheel disc, the guide vane is linear, bent or twisted, the rotation direction of the linear guide vane is consistent with that of the impeller vane, and the bus direction of the bent guide vane and the twisted guide vane is consistent with that of the impeller vane.

The distribution positions of the guide vanes are arranged at the radial middle position of the outer edge of the wheel disc, the arrangement angle of the guide vanes is that the included angle between the neutral line of the guide vanes and the tangent line of the blade-shaped trailing edge center line of the impeller blade is pi/2-alpha, and alpha is the outlet mounting angle of the impeller blade.

The number n of the guide vanes which are uniformly distributed on a single wheel disc in the radial direction is equal to the number of the single-side impeller vanes.

A fan adopting a double-suction centrifugal impeller with guide vanes comprises a main shaft, the double-suction centrifugal impeller, a volute, a bearing seat and an air inlet box, wherein a middle disc of the double-suction centrifugal impeller is connected with the main shaft, two ends of the main shaft are installed on the bearing seat and driven by a coupler connected with a motor, the double-suction centrifugal impeller is installed in the volute, the air inlet box is symmetrically installed on two sides of the volute, and air collecting openings are reserved among air inlet channels of the double-suction centrifugal impeller, the air inlet box and the volute.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1) according to the double-suction centrifugal impeller with the guide vanes and the fan, on the premise that the design of the body of the fan impeller is not changed, the guide vanes are used for eliminating eddy currents which are generated between the double-suction fan and the side plate and the air collecting port of the volute and are close to the air outlet of the impeller and cannot give way due to structural design, turbulent flow conditions at the eddy currents are improved, and air flows are uniformly converged into the spiral flow channel of the volute.

2) The guide vane is simple to process and manufacture, can be welded in a factory and can also be welded on site by a user, and is convenient and flexible.

3) The guide vanes increase the rigidity of the double-suction impeller wheel disc to a certain extent, improve the natural frequency of the impeller and improve the vibration characteristic of the impeller.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to the examples described below.

As shown in fig. 4, the double-suction centrifugal impeller with guide vanes comprises a wheel disc 1, a middle disc 2, impeller blades 3 and guide vanes 5, wherein the guide vanes 5 are uniformly and radially welded on the outer edge of the wheel disc 1.

The two groups of impeller blades 3 are respectively welded and fixed between the middle disc 2 of the impeller and the wheel discs 1 on the two sides, and the impeller blades 3 on the two sides of the double-suction impeller are symmetrically welded into a whole by taking the neutral surface of the middle disc 2 as an axis.

The middle disc patch plates 4 are also welded on two sides of the middle disc 2 of the impeller symmetrically by taking the neutral plane of the middle disc 2 as an axis. And the impeller body is welded.

The guide vane 5 is vertical, the vertical surface of the guide vane 5 is vertical to the plane of the wheel disc 1, the guide vane 5 is linear, bent or twisted, the linear guide vane is consistent with the rotation direction of the impeller vane 3, and the bus direction of the bent guide vane and the twisted guide vane is consistent with the rotation direction of the impeller vane 3.

The distribution positions of the guide vanes 5 are at the radial middle position of the outer edge of the wheel disc 1 (see the middle position 14 of the wheel disc in fig. 6), the arrangement angle of the guide vanes 5 is that the included angle between the neutral line of the guide vanes 5 and the tangent line of the center line of the trailing edge of the blade profile of the impeller blade 3 is pi/2-alpha, and alpha is the outlet installation angle of the impeller blade 3, see fig. 5 and 6.

The number n of the guide vanes 5 radially and uniformly distributed on a single wheel disc 1 is equal to the number of the single-side impeller vanes 3, and if the number of the vanes of the double-suction G/Y4-73 series centrifugal fan impeller is 12 single-side impeller vanes 3, 12 guide vanes 5 are radially and uniformly distributed and welded on the outer edge of the wheel disc 1.

Referring to fig. 3, the fan adopting the double-suction centrifugal impeller with the guide vanes comprises a main shaft 15, a double-suction centrifugal impeller 16, a volute 17, a bearing seat 10 and an air inlet box 9, wherein a central disc 2 of the double-suction centrifugal impeller 16 is connected with the main shaft 15, two ends of the main shaft 15 are installed on the bearing seat 10 and driven by a coupling 11 connected with a motor, the double-suction centrifugal impeller 16 is installed in the volute 17, the air inlet boxes 9 are symmetrically installed on two sides of the volute 17, an air collecting opening 8 is reserved on the volute 17, between the air inlet box 9 and an air inlet channel of the double-suction centrifugal impeller 16, and the air collecting opening 8 is in a 'convergent' line type.

To this end, in a blower using a double-suction centrifugal impeller with guide vanes, when the impeller rotates, the guide vanes rotate along with the impeller, so as to guide the vortex in the flow field at the air collecting port and improve the turbulent flow conditions, as shown in fig. 7-8; the air flow is uniformly and continuously converged into the spiral flow channel of the volute, as shown in figures 9-10, thereby completely realizing the preset function of the invention.
