A pipe clamp for installing a vehicle pipeline is characterized by comprising a telescopic bracket and two pipe clamp pieces which are arranged at two end parts of the telescopic bracket and used for clamping the pipeline; the two pipe clamp pieces are rotatably connected with the telescopic support, and the clamping pipe diameters of the pipe clamp pieces can be adjusted.

The invention relates to the technical field of automobile accessories, in particular to a pipe clamp for installing a vehicle pipeline.

Background

The automobile-used pipeline installation pipe clamp is used for fixing an automobile-used pipeline, so that the automobile-used pipeline is prevented from being damaged by deformation, abrasion, fracture and the like due to vibration of various forms during working of an automobile, and finally the service life of the pipeline is directly influenced. Thus, it is desirable to secure a pipeline within the pipeline using a mounting clamp.

Currently, with the development of automobiles and the need for vehicle assembly, more and more pipelines are installed in the vehicle cabin. The pipelines in the engine room are numerous, the diameters of the pipelines are different, and the pipelines are arranged in a staggered manner, and the directions are different. In the prior art, various different types of installation pipe clamps are needed to fix different types of pipelines, the universality of the pipe clamps is poor, the installation pipe clamps have various forms, and the production management cost is increased.

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a vehicle pipeline installation pipe clamp which can fix two pipelines with different pipe diameters, different trends and different gaps and has obviously enhanced universality.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a pipeline mounting pipe clamp for a vehicle, which comprises a telescopic bracket and two pipe clamp pieces which are arranged at two end parts of the telescopic bracket and used for clamping a pipeline; the two pipe clamp pieces are rotatably connected with the telescopic support, and the clamping pipe diameters of the pipe clamp pieces can be adjusted.

Preferably, the telescopic support comprises:

a first bracket having two parallel inner toothed plates;

the second bracket is provided with two parallel outer tooth plates, and the two inner tooth plates of the first bracket extend into the two outer tooth plates of the second bracket and are meshed with the outer tooth plates;

the elastic piece is arranged between the first support and the second support, and applies elastic force to the first support and the second support in the direction away from each other, so that the inner toothed plate and the outer toothed plate are kept meshed.

Preferably, an elastic piece first mounting table is arranged between the two inner toothed plates of the first bracket;

an elastic piece second mounting table is arranged between the two outer toothed plates of the second support;

the elastic piece is arranged between the first installation platform of the elastic piece and the second installation platform of the elastic piece.

Preferably, two sides of the two outer toothed plates of the second support are provided with blocking strips, and the blocking strips are connected with the two outer toothed plates.

Preferably, the end parts of the first bracket and the second bracket, which are far away from each other, are provided with pipe clamp mounting tables.

Preferably, the pipe clamp comprises a base, the base is rotatably connected with the pipe clamp mounting table, and a water pipe binding belt is arranged on the base.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

Referring to fig. 1, a pipe clamp for installing a pipeline for a vehicle includes a telescopic bracket 1, two pipe clamps 2 installed at two ends of the telescopic bracket 1 for clamping a pipeline 3, wherein the two pipe clamps 2 are rotatably connected to the telescopic bracket 1 and the clamping pipe diameters of the pipe clamps 2 can be adjusted.

The installation process comprises the following steps:

the telescopic length of the telescopic bracket 1 is adjusted according to the gap distance between the two pipelines 3 so as to meet the gap standard; the pipe clamp 2 is rotated according to different directions of the pipeline 3 so as to meet the requirements of pipelines in different directions; meanwhile, the clamping pipe diameters of the pipe clamping pieces 2 are adjusted according to the pipe diameters of different pipelines, so that the pipelines with different pipe diameters are met.

According to the embodiment, the pipe clamp for the automobile pipeline installation can be used for installing two pipelines with different pipe diameters, different trends and different gaps, the universality is obviously enhanced, the types of the pipe clamp for the automobile pipeline installation are reduced, and the management and production cost is effectively reduced.

Referring to fig. 2 to 4, in particular, the telescopic bracket 1 includes: a first bracket 11, a second bracket 12 and an elastic piece 13. First support 11 has two parallel inner toothed plates 111, and inner toothed plates 111 is equipped with the external tooth in the outside. The second bracket 12 has two parallel outer tooth plates 121, and the inner sides of the outer tooth plates 121 have inner teeth. The two inner toothed plates 11 of the first bracket 11 extend into the two outer toothed plates 12 of the second bracket 12 and are engaged with the outer toothed plates. The elastic member 13 is disposed between the first bracket 11 and the second bracket 12, and the elastic member 13 applies an elastic force to the first bracket and the second bracket in a direction away from each other, so that the inner tooth plate 111 and the outer tooth plate 121 are kept engaged.

The first and second brackets 11 and 12 are moved in a direction away from or close to each other by an external force, so that a gap distance between the two pipe clamp members 2 is adjusted, and the force-receiving elastic member 13 is compressed after the gap distance is adjusted to a predetermined position, thereby maintaining engagement between the first and second brackets 11 and 12.

In a further technical solution, in order to facilitate the installation of the elastic element 13, an elastic element first installation table 112 is disposed between the two inner toothed plates 111 of the first bracket 11; the second bracket 12 is provided with an elastic member second mounting table 122 between the two outer toothed plates 121. The elastic member 13 is disposed between the elastic member first mounting stage 112 and the elastic member second mounting stage 122.

In a further technical scheme, in order to prevent the inner toothed plate 111 of the first support from sliding off the outer toothed plate 121 of the second support, two sides of the two outer toothed plates of the second support are provided with the blocking strips 123, and the blocking strips 123 are connected with the two outer toothed plates 121.

In a further technical scheme, in order to facilitate the installation of the pipe clamp 2, the end parts of the first bracket 11 and the second bracket 12, which are far away from each other, are provided with pipe clamp installation platforms 4. The pipe clamp 2 comprises a base 21 (fig. 5), the base 21 is rotatably connected with the corresponding pipe clamp mounting table 4, a water pipe binding belt 22 is arranged on the base 21, and the length of the water pipe binding belt 22 is adjustable and is used for adapting to pipelines with different pipe diameters.
